I’m really stupid for this but i accidentally gave 40$ to the cash register guy and i spent about 12-15$ and literally looked at it and put it in the back without informing me i made a mistake. i know this is my fault, but i should’ve been informed of my mistake and not just take it like if it was a tip! Their is really some greedy people out there!!!

Jan.25.2020 around 8:30am the store manger was very upset and was using very foul language yelling real loud in the store to another employee I didn’t even buy anything felt every uncomfortable and just left HR need to be watching store manger she very unprofessional and needs to be fired ASAP . The store was wonderful but will not be shopping there again due to unprofessional store manger Kellie.

Manager is RUDE. cussing and yelling on the phone while customers were shopping. I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there.

Very nice employees but the manger is very rude. I was checking out and manger was bad talking her employees and cursing really felt bad for her employees something needs to be done

What an OUTSTANDING experience I unexpectedly received about three weeks ago by Elizabeth Gonzalez who is the Assistant Manager at the Family Dollar store #10017 in Kerman, California! Knowing that an item I was trying to locate had recently been discontinued, to my SURPRISE, she texted me a picture of it which she had found on eBay.She went over and beyond the call of duty to assist someone OVER THE PHONE whom she had never met but obviously had compassion for sensing the disappointment in my voice. What she spontaneously did for me was an act of Paying it Forward.After taking the screenshot of the item, she texted it to me.Needless to say, I immediately went online and ordered it that night. It arrived last week, and I could not assemble it fast enough! Way to go, Elizabeth!More employees need to be as compassionate and caring for their customers which is a direct reflection of ones loyalty and commitment to their job and employer! Unable to use digital coupons. Whole reason I shopped there. Unable to use coupons bc THEIR server was down. Didnt offer to just manually take off the whole $1 ... not my fault I couldnt use their store qpon. Lame. Why offer store Qs if theyre not going to work???

An employee by the name Bethany talks about her other co-works in front of customers and every time I go into the family dollar in Kerman she always smells like marijuana she has a foul mouth horrible coustomer service I will never go back in there when she working
