Great drinks, but the workers are rude. Sometimes you have to repeat the order and they rush you. I prefer to order online and pick up because they are friendly and ask if you need extra items. Sometimes on the Starbucks app it indicates you can buy something, but when you pick up it’s unavailable. I had this happen and decided to get a different box, which is disappointing. I only visit this location because it’s the closest to my hometown.

Rude staff. They don’t have change and besides that they only have a limited amount of refreshers. Definitely need to work on their clientele needs.

Great staff..wifi, a/c appreciated.. clean restroom....and of course....my latte 3x shot,breve, cinnamon iced. Or hot depending was excellent. Nice no pressure to leave spot in Kerman.

I always come here 3 times a week, and they always have something missing. But they are really friendly, make really good drinks, and the Place is overall greatly clean. Would reccomend to go to.

This location likes to make there own hours. The hours are always inconsistent (they’re always closing super early and just won’t be open) it’s gotten so bad that when I drive to go get coffee Its pretty much a 50% chance they won’t be open.Also, they seem to have a issue keeping items in stock they’re always running out of stuff or have machines not working. I’ve also had numerous occasions where they go in a turn off the order ahead option and closed the drive through (during covid ) causing people to all come inside and order which made absolutely no sense it just honestly seems like people (mgr) trying to cut corners and make thing easier on themselves. Based off personal experience it seems like who’s running that store is cutting corners and loosing your business money. We are projecting a DUTCH BROS coffee is opening In our small town of Kerman so with that being said Starbucks is going to loose a lot of business to your competitors because you won’t be the only option for coffee in town anymore. So I’d suggest you stop cutting corners and try to be more consistent, that or look at why your manager is loosing you money. (I don’t normally write reviews so that shows a level of frustration if I’m willing to take my time and energy to write this.)

Always get the drinks right and are delicious BUT today they forgot one of my straws and i saw them give one of my drinks to the car in front of me, the lady gave them the drink and the straw back and they gave me that drink instead of making me a new one. I didnt say anything but I was kind of uncomfortable with that situation because of the whole covid thing going on.

Friendly service and hard working but rush hour still takes a while to get your order. Counters could be wiped down more often too... Their smores frap is the best around!

For a small town Starbucks - these guys really do a great job! They are fast and pretty good about getting your order right - or fixing it with no issues if they do it wrong. Everyone is super friendly and when my mobile app says its ready in 5 min - it usually is. Good job!

The drive through line was long but they got to us quickly and our drinks were great as always.

Well i must say staff is great but drinks not so much. Last night i got a mango black tea with lemonade and basically it had so much ice i believe i got like 2 oz. of tea. Very disappointing to say the least, you can say i paid for ice.

This is a hard time in all of our lives being shut down. I dont understand the early closure. I usually babysit in Fresno and try to wait until i get to Kerman for my tea. I tip good but i guess being a fateful customer doesnt count.

I always use the drive thru when I come to Starbucks and they always get my order ready super fast. It can become a bit busy but they never have their customers waiting long for their drinks. The inside is really nice but is also usually very crowded so it can be hard to find a place to sit if youre looking to get some work done. Otherwise its very clean and a great location to get your Starbucks fix!

I always stop by the drive thru and even if the line is big, it moves fast. I love that the staff always has a smile on their face and it makes my day when someone asks how my day is going. Even if my days is going bad that question helps make the day better and with a smile makes it that much better.

I always get very bad service at this location and infact I feel that that it should be closed down. The last time they took my money, had me waiting, and never brought out my order.

Its a super good if you get a large one its like only $4 and then on the budget if you want to spend low on coffee but it is really good.

I havent written a review on Starbucks in quite a while so I figured its time for me to leave another good mark. Ive recently fallen in love with their cold brew coffees. I thought I would give the new nitro style a chance just to see what it is all about. It was actually very good, I was really impressed. Honestly, I was skeptical about just how much adding nitrogen gas to coffee would impact its flavor and consistency. but the barista was absolutely right, the nitrogen gas really did give it a nice rich foamy head and it actually mellowed out the bitterness that is usually present in cold brew coffees. Would I buy the nitro cold brew coffee again? Perhaps, but I would be more inclined to buy it if the price wasnt so high. I just cant justify paying over $5 for a grande size simply because they added nitrogen into my coffee. Personally, Im perfectly fine drinking their standard cold brew coffee at a little over $3 for a grande cup because the bitterness really isnt that magnified compared to the nitro. Overall, its a fun idea, a neat concept, but only two stars in terms of pricing.

Everybody knows about Starbucks very good caffeine fix very easy to get in the habit of getting a frappuccino everyday however it gets pricey at about $5 a pop for the Venti Caramel Frappuccino I still cant stay away but it eats at your wallet very quickly if you make it a habit that being said its good to go once in awhile for your caffeine fix or for a quick treat I dont remember if this location has a drive-thru but if the ones that usually do are very fast with their service they have a wide variety of drinks and even some desserts and pastries to its worth stopping by every once in awhile but going everyday is just too costly for me I will have to check this place out again when I have a chance
