My mother is a returning customer and has purchesd from this furniture store and recintley purchased a hide-a-bed with warranty ....Has only had it for about a month and only used the bed twice and the bed part messed up to the point of it not folding back in ...we called the store to ask for assistance but they say there is nothing they can do so now my 68 year old mother and 70 year old mentaly disabled aunt are now stuck with no where to sit because the couch is there only place toSit....When we told the store of the situation they continued to say there is nothing they can do even though it is covered and she only lives4 min. From there store....

The real terrible service about a month ago I bought a bedroom that they told me was made of very good material and the truth was the most common when I saw it I returned it and they even got upset and I had to buy another much more expensive they lasted 2 weeks to bring it and when they installed it, they made an Oyo on the wall and they werent even good at telling me they left very fired

I do not recommend Kerman Ideal furniture to anyone! I have several friends who told me not to go with them. But I didnt think that such a bad experience was real. I ordered my sofa and they told me that it would take 2 weeks to arrive because it was a special order. When the two weeks passed, nothing came. Then I talked and they told me that it would last another 2 weeks (4 weeks in total) and I said ok. Then when I finally got the sofa, 5 weeks later, it was the bad sofa. The sofa that came to me was made of such ordinary material, I couldnt believe it. It was a much more different sofa than the one I paid for. So I talked to them and they told me that I was going to take 4 more weeks to order the correct sofa. When they finally brought me my correct sofa, the man who was lowering him from the troca broke his side. The man told me that the next day I spoke to the store to order a new sofa. So the next day I talked to the store and talked to Christina. When I told Christina what happened, She told me she was lying and that they couldnt do anything. I told them that I wanted to return the sofa and wanted my money patras but Christina told me that it was not possible to return the sofa because I had broken it !! They told me that I was accusing them but they are the ones that were throwing ridiculous accusations !! I never send them business to ideal furniture.
