The 4 star rating was wrong. After revisiting this. I decided to take it to the max. They are very helpful and I would recommend the Kerman Mobile Home Dealership to anyone who is thinking about owning a mobile home.

Tim and Jose very nice guys who are totally incompetent.

I have been here twice to get more information about buying a mobile home. & to check out the prices. The two times we have been provided with the keys and were told to look around. Once we were done we would go into the office with questions and every time, Tim ( I believe his name is) would tell us how we would need at least $10,000 to get started and we are better off purchasing a stick built home. We would leave there discouraged. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (for the third time)by emailing them but again disappointment, No answer. I emailed other dealers and got a response the same day and with step by step info about the process. It sucks that we will have to drive more than hour away knowing we have this dealer around the corner, but we will do it happily than to give Kerman Mobile homes our Business.

I went in with my bestie. It was hot outside, like 100*+. The salesman handed me a set of keys and said it opens all of the homes... go check it out, and if a cat goes in to gently shoo it out. Thats was odd ..but ok. We looked, we liked, then we went to chat. Im not sure why but I just didnt like the salesman. He casually cussed in front of my nephew, and I just had this overall view that we were taking up his time. He stayed until closing and didnt rush us out.. but he had a certain aire about him. Anyway my besties husband passed away and she was looking for a mobile home to buy with the life insurance. We decided to look elsewhere.

Tim the General Manager was a delight and answered all my questions.
