I paid a 75 dollar delivery fee, yet the driver just dumped it on the porch and left. He tried to just dump it in the yard, but I helped him get it up the stairs. I feel like for 75 dollars they should at least get it in the house

Called the Liberty City ( Kilgore number) location to ask about a dishwasher, told him from what company I was with in Longview and I would send my husband to get it...they didn’t say that they had closed the Liberty City location and were now located in Tyler...husband not happy. I am not happy...wasted effort.

Not a huge selection at the time I went, but they had a few washer/dryer sets and a lot of refrigerators. Very nice, helpful staff.

I hate leaving negative comments, however when a company doesnt keep its word then I have to voice my opinion. First, Stacy is very nice and friendly. Now to the bad. My wife and I went in on Thursday and bought a washer and dryer set. They delivered them on Friday. Well, when he connected the dryer he did not connect a vent hose. When he connected the water hoses, he did not wrap the threads with teflon tape causing them to leak from the wall and the machine. Apparently he failed to even verify the washer was working properly because the first time my wife turned the washer on, it left a huge puddle of water under the washer. So, I called them bedore work at 3 pm. Stacy said the owner would call back. He called after 5 pm and asked for pics of the washer so he could find another similar one and stated he would be here on Saturday. Well it is almost 3:30 pm and no owner and he doesnt answer his phone.

My father purchased a stove here for us $200 dollars which was worth about $75 had splattered paint all over the sides its burners didnt even match we ask if we could switch it out for one a little better for that was the same price are more and the so called owner said no they couldnt do that. my father got ripped off!!!!!!!
