When a customer comes in, waits for an hour, and comes back to find out that their car has been sitting untouched because of an issue and you forgot about her, this is bad customer service. You have 4 to 8 people working for you back in the auto center and I know there was a car wreck that happened on the lot. But, that does not excuse your responsibility and courtesy to your customers. The minute you knew my car was untouchable, someone should have had the decency to call me. I know this sounds a little like a Karen situation where I think I come first but hear me out. I got back to the auto center fully expecting my car to be ready since they were pulling my car in practically as I was walking into the store. They were jammed packed so I went shopping. At almost an hour later I come back only for the service desk lady to tell me there is something wrong. There are two mechanics just standing around the clerk needs someone to tell me whats wrong with my car. The manager comes in proceeds to tell me whats wrong and I asked why didnt someone call me, ive literally been here almost an hour waiting. He throws his hands up and in the most condescending tone tells me there was a wreck on the lot and I forgot about you. What a way to make a customer feel better about their car not being able to be worked on or the waste of time that was incurred.

Very good treatment by honoring their warranties on tires. Good experience for me.

The people are great but Walmart polices are dumb I bought 4 tires online and scheduled a installation they would only change 2 because a lug was broken in the back passenger but they wouldn’t change back driver which is showing wire cause it would make the tires midsized even though it’s them that refused to change the one after I bought all 4 tires from Walmart.com

This is the only Walmart Auto Care that you should take your vehicle to in East Texas!!!!! I never have any issues with this location. The staff is very friendly and very efficient. It only took them 20 minutes and they were done! Always a great experience here at the Kilgore Walmart Auto Care

Decent tires excellent service the one thing I was not expecting to see whats the torque wrench they torqued my tires to spec Ive broken four ways as in the tool that you use normally to take your tire off I went to a breaker bar Style because of that you are not supposed to tighten tires with an impact youre supposed to torque them and they do

Worst place ever to have a oil change. I went and had a oil change at the walmart in kilgore texas and the guys that done it didnt tight the oil filter on my car and oil went every where under my car and before I found it I drove my car all over and now my car is missed up and the manger in that department does not care about the customer at all. I was complaining to him the whole time they were working on my car telling him they were playing around while they were doing my car and he just looked at me like I was a dumbass. He dont deserve to be a manger and I spoke with him again about my car and he lied to me again about my car.and then I spoke to the store manger and she act like she can careless about a customer too.
