Called to set up service, for which I was able to speak with a rep within 5 mins. After much discussion, delivery was set for today 7/20(at the time, a week out) Once I received my account number, I then downloaded app, which also showed delivery of today. Oriented my whole schedule and business appointments around it. I noticed I never received a email stating time of delivery. At around 9:30 I called sparkletts CS...after waiting for 1 1/2 hours, while I was on that call, I get a call from a rep from sparkletts, advising my delivery/installation time had been arbitraily moved to Wed. I check the app and ive noticed they updated it to 7/22. They also took off the water cooler they were supposed to be installing. Now I decide they are so disorganized that I dont want to deal with them. I call back to cancel, because theres no way to do it on their website. I wait an hour on hold. Finally hang up and call the sales line which they answer within 3 mins. She tells me she cant help me, and puts me back over to CS. I wait another hour, get someone and ask for supervisor. I then get someone who again says they cant help me...I get super upset, and they then tell me to hold while they cancel it. I double check the app after I hang up, and they have it as delivery on hold- not canceled. Clearly the are fine to take your money, be very unconsiderate of your time and make it extraordinarly hard to cancel. I do not recommend unless you have lots of time and money to waste and like being treated like an inconvenience.

Already off to a bad start. I sit here all day waiting on a my first delivery of water and cooler and they never show. I call and was told it was rescheduled to Monday. Thats an inconvenient especially since I took off work. I think I will just cancel my order.
Literally the worst experience we have ever had with a business. A sales man meets with my assistant, promises free coffee...the brand we buy for our office.... and free perks. He leaves a machine. The coffee doesnt ship. We have to call to get it and then the dont carry the specific brand we buy therefore we ask them to come get the water dispenser. They dont come get it. We have to call them again to come get it. A month later we get a a collection notice for $60. We call and explain that we already had them pick it up and are confused as to why we are getting this bill to which they have no idea or explanation. I finally have to talk with them to let them know that we never got what they said they were selling/giving. Everything was returned the second they said that the salesman didnt know what he was doing. Claiming to give away goods and services, then not delivering those goods and services, picking up the water dispenser when you get around to it, and charging a business owner for not delivering on your goods and services....then filing with a collection service is a scam. A scam this local business owner doesnt appreciate.

They bring water as scheduled. Dependable reliable company.
I would give it 5 but they should have larger bottles im always running out 1wk before they come and if you ask for another delivery you get charged
