Wanted to share our latest shopping experience with regards to Patterson Dodge in Kilgore, TX. My bride and I had shopped at several other Dodge dealerships before reaching out to Sales Professional Jason Fertitta who was the absolute best. My bride new what Ram 2500 specifications she wanted, I knew what I wanted as Jason confirmed & answered all of our questions, responsiveness over the top while even taking the time to shoot a detailed video catered to all things we were looking for with our long term diesel pick up. The truck was of course cleaned up after we came in to pick up, even the fuel tank was full as Jason showed us everything the truck offered including a lifetime power train warranty Patterson offers. The best part, no dealership ADD-ONs!!! We have 500 miles on out truck now, love it and will certainly tell others to go see Jason, Drew abs the entire team at Patterson Dodge!!! Thanks team

We were in the market for a family vehicle and stopped in to look at one that we had seen on the internet. ATTENTION!!! Do I really have to give them a star? Bought a truck from there it had a chunk off of the side wall of the tire. They knew I had a long trip and still wouldn’t give me a spare tire. These are the kind of people you are dealing with.

Would highly not recommend using their service dept for any type of service. This is the second time that I have had work done there and have had nothing but issues. The car initially went in to have recalls replaced and almost a week later it was determined that they needed to take my engine apart to take a look to see if they could maybe find what was wrong. Both the technician in the service dept and the manager of the service dept never returned phone calls and always had excuses as to why they couldnt or why the could not simply fix my vehicle. I would recommend taking your vehicle to Peters in Longview!

So those that work in car sales are already pretty much considered the lowest of the low in terms of honesty and integrity of business, however, Ive known many people in the industry and purchased many cars and Ive never been so taken aback by disingenuous, slimy, deceptive sales practices as what I encountered here. They are so underhanded that they even think its entertaining when cornered in their deceit. These guys are wolves... Go somewhere else and take your chances. Dont do it here.

The initial sale experience was great! Couldnt ask for better. However, now that Ive had the car about two days Im seeing features that were claimed to be on the vehicle not on the vehicle, like remote start. Ive called, emailed and tried the text sales button on their website and NO ONE has replied to me yet. Its been over 24 hours since the first attempt. I havent gone there yet bc theyre closed when I get off work. Make sure you buy what you want & dont make my mistake because once they sell it to you, theyre apparently done with you.

I was lied to, more than once. When I called them on it, they all but admitted their deception but stopped short of remorse saying that these deceptive practices is just part of their game.Integrity means much more to me than money. These people give all salespeople a bad name.
I called and made an appointment yesterday to get my truck recalls repaired. I was told to be here at 8 am,now I am here and no one knows who I am and there is no record of me having an appointment. I was also told that there is not a tech on Saturday here to do these repairs. I was told hang tight and sent to the waiting room. Here I sit.
Well..... strange experience! Not sure if they really wanted to sale a truck....we left after 5 minutes of bantering!

Not happy
I did an inquiry on their website on a Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot and they sent me an email saying the final price on this Jeep would be this price and when I get there and test drive it and start the trade in process I get presented with a price that was $15,000 more than what my final price stated in the email that they sent me.
They have had my Jeep for 6 weeks to put in a transmission. Still dont have it after being told several times it would be ready the next day.

I bought my first Dodge from them it used to be the place to go I tried them recent and had to go to Peters to get things done
We called first and they convinced us to drive 45 min to look at a car they didnt even have in stock. Then after being there half an hour when they then told us they didnt have the car we wanted, and they had mistakenly posted that car online they wouldnt even come down on the price for the cheaper car that was mistakenly posted as the loaded version we wanted
Use extreme caution dealing with the online sales dept....they ran my fiancé credit approved him for a vehicle and then called to say the vehicle was not available because it had been sold 4 days prior...GM called personally to apologize and said he would find a replacement vehicle and would call back by 4 and now 4 days later we still havent heard back. ..unorganized and unprofessional! !!!!!
