Jason helped me get a new phone and get it squared away! Last iPhone I had was an 8 plus with a home button. He gave me a few pointers on the new no home button theme and was able to get my old phone data switched over. About half way through I decided to get my daughter a new phone as well and not only did he go out of his way to help with that, she was also in the stop and he kept it a secret until it was time for the switch!! Not a customer. Data plans are little pricey. Friendly, helpful, honest phone service from my experience with one call. Former customer because they wouldnt replace a defective new phone within one month of purchase.

Went here to purchase a phone device.June 4th 202.1 I used this device on the 8th of June device self-destructed camera. Went back to location of purchase cause tech support sent me there. 5.5 hrs later and on the phone I was able to get out from device contract. This store has no customer service skills what so ever. Do not go here. GO TO A CORPORATE STORE.

My mother and I are switching over to a cheaper company from Verizon. My mother went to Verizon today to get some help switching her phone over and the employee was rude to her. My mother is not tech savvy and asked for help to understand what all she needs to do to switch over and the employee had an attitude when she told him she couldn’t afford their prepaid plan and asked what all she had to do. Definitely not going back.

Jeremy made it seem like a few minutes. Spent over $400. Not that much in todays world. Jeremy answered every question and was over the top helping me to understand and getting everything set up. On my next visit to a Verizon Store I will drive the extra miles for this kind of customer service.

I came into Verizon with a lot of doubts but wanted to price match. After being with ATT for 15 years, Jeremy explained what Verizon offered and what the pricing was and the perks to Verizon. Needless to say, I made the switch and Jeremy was a key reason why. Thankful we still have customer service in our small town.

I had been a customer of both Sprint and then T-Mobile for as long as I can remember. When switching to Verizon, Jeremy helped me more than I’ve been helped by the other two providers in the many years I was with them. If the other carriers had more sales associates like Jeremy I might not have ever left.

I will NEVER step foot in this store or Verizon again. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They had the chance to make something right with a customer and said our system wont let us do that. Its called honoring your product. If the product doesnt work, you refund it. You also have business write-offs to make customers happy and want to continue doing business with your store. So over $55, youve lost my business, the business of the 3 other customers in my family (who have spent over $3000 on phones from your store) and hopefully the business of anyone reading this post.

Went in to buy a phone case, they didnt have one in stock but I was going to buy a screen protector for my note 10. $59 no thanks ordered a case from Amazon with a built in screen protector for $25. Im normally someone who goes out of my way to support local businesses but your prices have to be competitive.
