The best Chevrolet Dealership Ive visited and/or purchased a GM product from by far. My internet salesman, David, was waiting on me as I entered the lot. He a had a few vehicles he believed I would like. He made the purchased process as easy as it has ever been for me. The financial guy took great care of me. He was very nice and understandable to my needs. Furthermore, my other 2021 Chevrolet truck had a nail in the front tire. The service department took care of it quickly. Mrs Donna and her team were a joy to work with! They went out of their way and treated us fairly. The worked with us And our insurance instead of giving us the run around like most body shops do these days when they learn its an insurance claim by trying to deal directly with insurance only and cutting us out of dealings with OUR car. I highly recommend Mrs Donna and her team! Not only will I send future body work to them but will be buying my cars as I did this one!

I have had nothing but trouble with the service department for the last year. I was having transmission trouble and they told me nothing was wrong after having my car for months then of course they ended up having to put in a new transmission. Out of the last year they have had my car over three times almost 4 months. When they fixed my transmission they had rented me a car from enterprise. Once I got my car back they told me they would take the rental car back. Well it set there for 5 more days and insurance didn’t cover that and I can’t get them to take care of it. I can no longer rent from enterprise because of an outstanding balance that is not my fault. Now I took my car up there last Monday and was told they would have it looked at in a couple days. It has been there 8 days. I have left 3 messages talked to two people and still no one has called me back. How can a service department be ran so poorly. Last time I was told they got a new service department manager and things would change. They haven’t! I’m done with this place. It makes me never want to purchase another vehicle that would have to be serviced there! They deserve a 0 star rating in my book!

We were just driving through the parking lot, really not planning to buy a new vehicle at this time. I just happened to look in my mirror and saw a salesman coming up behind us. I might not have stopped but what I saw was the face of a sweet young man so we stopped. Turns out to be one of the best moves we ever made. Very special, knowledgeable and caring individual!! Would give 0 star if I could. We dropped our vehicle off to get a air bag recall fixed and was told it would take one day to complete. It has been 8 days. Called several times, left multiple messages and no answer or call back! Do not recommend at all!! Will definitely use a different location next time!

I dropped my car off Saturday after 1pm, the dealership was not able to look at my car until Tuesday. I believe that it should be better communication when the dealership opened on Monday morning stating that they have the keys( I had to leave in the drop box) and letting me know a time frame of at least when they would be able to look at the vehicle. I had to call several times and my husband also had to call because no one would call back when messages were left. Customer service name Tony called and she gave great customer service, and helped with questions.

Service was not performed on the 1st scheduled date due to parts availability. service was initially scheduled one week outThere was no call to postpone so I drove over, signed in, and sat for 30 mins just to be informed that the part was not in hand.

Just got my new jeep! Christian was a great salesman, he showed me all the cool features of the cars I was looking at. On the test drive I was able to get a real feel and he did an awesome job explaining the aspects of the vehicle inside and out. After several calls over several days, with no answer to the service department in regards to scheduling an oil change, I left a review on Facebook, next day I receive a text from the Ram sales Mgr requesting me to remove my review and he would take care of me getting my oil change scheduled. Well that was about 3 weeks ago NOTHING. My review was removed and now I cant leave reviews on FB expressing my concerns on the pitiful customer service. Not only was I lied to but had to pay $82 instead of receiving my free oil change from Patterson. As an ex employee I am well versed on the scandalous behavior from their management and honesty wouldnt refer anyone to purchase as much as a valve stem cap from them. I will happily pay $100 for my oil changes, rather than deal with the dishonest management there.

5 out of 5 would recommend Zac at Patterson. I went to the dealership just to look around, not even thinking I would be purchasing or trying to purchase. I ended up with a better price than my original car and with a brand new car. He was amazing, genuine and so down to earth. I would highly highly recommend him if you are looking for a car.

I received a direct mailer in the mail to receive a full synthetic oil change! I tried scheduling an appt online but that was a failure! I then called in to their service department for an appt on May 5, 2021 at 3PM. I got off work early to make it to my appt at 2:56PM. So I pull up and a lady with a cast on her leg comes to my car to assist. She checks me in and tell me to keep my car running and that someone is coming to get my car for service. I go to waiting room to wait. 30 min go by and my car have not moved. I go back outside and the lady assures me that someone is on the way. I then go back and sit. 20 more minutes goes by and my car is still parked in same spot running. 50 minutes my car was running and still no oil change! I go back outside and ask for my keys. The lady hands me the keys and then tells me that she is sorry. I will never use this dealership again and word of mouth is everything. This was poor customer service and a waste of time!!

Asked them to rotate tires, according to the onstar the same tire is on the left rear, it is the one that always has more air in it, had it fixed at one time and every since then it was always stated that specific tire was inflated more, and they charged me for the tire rotation $24.95

Only have gone there for factory recalls mostly. Very slow leave me hanging time wise.Reason for my 1st visit was my charger about 3 yrs ago. They took it to check a noise.. Rotated tires and didnt tighten the one set of lugs. I drove to Odessa for work. Ruined the rim.Was several years before let them to any recall work. After the recall was don on my pick up will never fo there again. Lady told me it would take 2 hours and would call me. When it was ready. That was at 9 am, she called at 4:30. Had my truck for 7 1/2 hours. That was the straw that broke the camels back. Even though Kilgore is close for me will NEVER go there again.

Check engine light relating to MAF sensor. I took it to longview, they claimed it needed $500 worth of system updates. We had all the recommended work done. A couple days later the issue continued. So since then we put off having the car worked on. Finally we took it to Patterson. I am beyond pleased with our recent service. Shelly and the whole team went above and beyond. Anyone who can educate a customer into spending $900 and feeling good about that decision has a special gift.

I’d like to know what it takes to get a loner car? Obviously it can’t be because they’re going to have your BRAND NEW vehicle for 5 days or more. I would also like to think if the car is driveable and there is no loner car to give they would put said car back together and call you when the part is in. I’m not pleased with this location. I will take my car back to Tyler from now on.
