The showers and the attendant were awesome last night but as for the rest of the place, Flys everywhere, the kids could use more training. Atleast they are working. They dont accept ultra one credits, which sucks.place was clean.

2 stalls and 1 out of order. SadBreakfast Sandwich was good and Ladies working this morning are nice and friendly.

Im lucky enough to work for a company that encourages to fuel only at TAs due to their fuel discount (they have a contract or something) so im lucky enough to be able to jump from TA to TA and nothing else.THIS location is probably top #1 in my list overall in the nation, #2 would be Downtown Nashville just cause the have Charlie’s Sub but this right here is anything a driver could ask for 🤤!!!FYI !!! you have to be a pro at blind spot parking if you’re thinking about reserve parking, theres no way around it 🙃 good luck ✌🏼

Showers are clean and they have a western theme in the place kind of clean absolutely different than your regular truck stops Dennys is next door and opened 24 hours.

My favorite place to go for a pit stop when Im traveling through. The restrooms are clean and the store has a wide variety of snacks and drinks and souvenirs. The dunkin donuts next door was pretty good as well.

I travel the country on foot sometimes in vehicle... its been an incredible two-week Journey out of Detroit Michigan and one of the largest storms Ive ever seen in my life on foot. At times I walked up the 20 and I was the only one out there in Alabama Mississippi and Louisiana....but when I arrived at this truck stop the ladies and manager here were Simply Amazing. I almost froze to death in Shreveport Louisiana last night and thanks to these beautiful ladies Im sleeping in front of a fireplace and I will make Dallas tomorrow to check on my loved ones. God bless all of you💯🥰🇺🇸 yall are true Americans... and it is so good to be back in Texas. Thank all of you once again for your kindness.I helped a lot of people when I could and Im so sore from pushing cars and trucks that Im going to pass out now.🤣🤣🤣🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Bathrroms not clean and out of toilet paper. Would gave better score but restrooms should be kept up and presentable

0 stars isnt an option. Paid for my parking on the app. Got woke up at midnight asking me if I paid to park. I asked her if she needed to see my email confirmation. She said no that she had my truck info. THEN WHY WAKE ME UP? JUST TO BE EVIL?

Wow! Showers are CLEAN and private. The staff is friendly and the entire TA is an awesome western theme! Amazing!

I was disappointed to find out once we got in there that the laundry facilities were down for remodel, HOWEVR, this TA was amazing. The customer service from the store manager and clerks was above and beyond. And the fried pies? To die for!

A pleasure to stop in. Showers were clean & hot. Friendly staff. Wendys was great! Washer, dryers worked. Decent parking. Shelves were stocked. Great western atmosphere. Def b back!

Showers were not cleaned and it was not comped and just over looked and both me and my son had to take a show in a dirty shower room......the least they could have done was given a shower to show good faith.

Easy access off I-20. Has Dunkin Donuts and Wendys. Clean restrooms, great selection of drinks, snacks, and gifts. Fair fuel prices, yes they have diesel. Open 24/7.

This store isn’t dog friendly. I shower at many truck stops across the country and I’ve never, not once, had a problem bringing my dog in to give him a shower. I know that not all people are “dog people” but to be down right rude to customers because they have a dog is unacceptable. First, we bring in our towels for him. Second, he is a registered dog. Third, we’re out on the road for a couple of months at a time and our dog needs a bath just as we do. I can’t stress enough how rude these employees were to us, not just one employee but a few of them. There was even one waiting for us when we came out of the shower. She informed us that we couldn’t bring our dog back in and that only registered dogs were allowed in the store. OUR DOG IS REGISTERED BUT SHE DIDN’T EVEN ASK!! Some one from corporate needs to come into this store to provide a customer service class for their employees.

There must have been 10 to 15ﾟ difference between the shower area and the store it was so muggy the showers were terrible . I dont know why they have to do this I guess theyre more concerned with what comes in the front door than what comes in the back door I will not recommend this place to anyone Im sorry I believe in speaking my mind about this

Great clean place, friendly people, but something is wrong with their coffee machines or the dont know how to operate them cause when you pour a cup of coffee, you get a lot of coffee grounds in your cup and the coffee is way too strong. They could also use another 3 to 4 stalls in their bathrooms .

There is a new TA truck stop here. They were very professional and had cheep fuel. The showers were very clean. A lot of people do not know this truck stop is here so there is a good chance you will find a good parking space for your truck.

@7:24 pm .There are some rude people that works here . Need better customer service. Have customers waiting in line because they are two busy talking to each other . Restrooms were very nasty . They need to where name tags so I can know who they are when I make a complaint. Let’s not talk about how the employee I can touch that (What I was buying out the store) because it’s a virus but you just touched the money I GAVE you with no gloves . Need to hire people that have common sense.

This is the worst TA Truck stop . This one store has changed my mind and will no longer use any TA Truck stops. The General manager should be replaced as I called with a problem and he could not even give me the courtesy to stop talking while I was on the phone. Managers pass the buck off like they are playing hot potato. TA lost my business. Thanks for the enlightenment.
