I have waited 20 minutes with 3 employees behind the counter. Not one of these employees acknowledged me, offered to help me, or even cared when I mentioned how long I had been waiting. I would avoid this place at all costs. It was filthy and I saw several bugs. I had plenty of time to check things out! Maybe you should appreciate customers. I have a wide reach and I assure you I intend to use it!

We’ve been wanting to get ice cream here but we never seemed to make it. One Saturday, a couple of weeks ago we stopped by in the middle of the afternoon. We were so excited! No ice cream. 😳 We are told it was being cleaned and none was available. 😩 So to Sonic we go. We stopped by the following Saturday early afternoon; no ice cream. Again it’s being cleaned. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I asked when it would be available. Not today. 🙄 So from what I’ve gathered the ice cream bin is cleaned on Saturdays. You don’t sell ice cream on a Saturday?????

Always rude. In the 2 years I’ve been coming here, they’ve never had more than a few tubs of ice cream. They say they’re out of cones but they’ll be in the case on the counter. They’ll offer a cup but say they only have big cups and charge you more when you only ask for a single scoop. Lazy and full of excuses. My kids are always disappointed when we come here.

Ice cream was good but the waffle cone was old, chewy, and just plain nasty. Hopefully the birds or some animal out on Hwy. 42 liked it.

Small scoops and expensive place!!

The management should be fired. Or the owner have his franchise pulled. Not once not twice but three times I have been there in the last three months and they are ALWAYS out of pralines and cream ice cream. And its always the same excuse so thats one of our most popular flavors. 🤔. good business sense as well lets see if its one of your most popular flavors perhaps you should order more than you do of the others. Perhaps you should stock more often it is summer time after all. Supply and demand. Thats Basic economics 101. Not only that theyre usually out of other things such as toppings brownies cake. That is not how you run a successful business. SMH. You people need to get with the program.

Service was excellent, the server was kind and courteous. I only gave them 3 stars because they had a serious shortage of Ice Cream. Weird for an ice cream shop.

Pretty gross. Loved watching the guy dip my ice cream with no gloves, right in front of the wear gloves sign. Wont be back.

I was not impressed. Unprofessional employee, very wobbly table that almost made my daughter fall, large dent in the bench seat when I went to sit down. The only good thing about this place is the ice cream itself.

I am a shift leader here and I would just like for yall to know that we have better crews with better attitudes if yall could just try us again u wont be dissatisfied and we are now OPEN 24 HRS DRIVE THROUGH AND LOBBY sorry for yall past experience with us give us another chance to have yall coming back

Slow service even though I was the only customer there. Good coffee and donut though. Very friendly.

I was at this place eating ice cream with my three year old daughter, and the employees there were saying cuss words and they had their personnel music playing that also included cuss words... never going back there! This place is suppose to be family friendly !

Very professional attitude for younger people.

First time time visiting this establishment they only had 5 flavors of ice cream. (Seriously) The employee told us that the manager didnt send in a truck order so therefore they ran out of product, on top of that the guy seemed stoned, slow moving, slow speech, definitely didnt seem to care to be there. This was about 4 months ago. Second visit, about the same as the 1st, out of everything and rude service. Third and final visit, this last Friday my husband and i pull up to the drive thru speaker we are greeted with Baskin Robins, please hold... Then as are looking at th menu a man says what number did you want, I replid Im sorry we are still looking... i said WHAT NUMBER DID YOU WANT, 2 number twos, very, very rude, I calmy said no thank you weve changed our minds, have a good evening and left. I will never visit this locatin again, ALWAYS OUT OF PRODUCT AND VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. If I could rate this a zero I would!

I wouldn’t give them a star! I asked for a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone, the rude employee puts a very large scoop of ice cream on a toddler size cone because as always this Baskin Robbins never has waffle cones. I asked if he had any waffle cones and he said no not at the moment and I said well I don’t want that, the rude employee throws the ice cream back in the gallon, throws the toddler cone and walks of huffing and puffing! I it worth the drive to Longview Baskin Robbins for better service!

Came through the drive thru at 10 p.m. tonight and the woman that took my order has no people skills whatsoever. This was my first time stopping at this particular Baskin Robbins and as Im trying to read the menu board Im being rushed. I ordered an ice cream cookie sandwich. I got to the window and she (shift leader) has an attitude. I paid and was told to pull up to the sign and they would bring my order out. About a minute later a boy came out the back door with my order. Why not the window?!? The cookie was very warm and in pieces and what happens when you put ice cream on a warm cookie? It MELTS!! Now, Im holding a melted ice cream sandwich in one hand and the steering wheel with the other hand driving almost 10 miles back home.I WILL NOT BE BACK!! To much competition in Kilgore to have this kind of experience.

Did not have a good selection of ice cream or cones. Wanted a reeses sundae and since they didnt have that ice cream, I was told they couldnt make it. They could have offered to make it with a different kind. Rude customer service.

They dont deserve one star! Went tonight to order icecream and they said they were out of cookies and cream, ok we will just get vanilla, they didnt have that either. My husband said well what do yall have? We were told they only had like 4 flavors! Are you serious? Also, this is not the first time this has happened, but we thought we would give them another try. Will not be back! This is the worst Baskin Robbins ever!

We have been several times all bad. the lady that tried to take our drive thru order at 7:20 tonight should be fired. this place has a bad rep in Kilgore for service .we wont be back.
