I absolutely love this hardware/feed/home and garden store. They carry everything that you would get from any of those stores from baby chickens to lumber, plants, guns and ammo. Amazing selection and their prices are mostly reasonable. I really like the candy they sell too! Truly a one of a kind place to shop without being a huge corporate store like Lowes.

I buy all my dog supplies from Atwoods their prices are very competitive, but lately their dry dog food has had mouse droppings on the bags and several of the bags appear to have moldy food in them. My dogs dont want to eat the food anymore. Im afraid Im going to have to start buying it elsewhere and thats a shame. Because I really liked the stores prices. Also if you need help youll be lucky to find someone to help you without going all the way back up to the front of the store and asking at check out. Then you go back and wait forever it seems for someone to come to where your waiting to help you.

Something for everyone at this place. My husband likes the selection of FR clothing and tools my kids obviously go for the chickens and toys. I just like they are all happy in one store.

I went to this store last week and I was followed around like a common thief. Its ashame how people of color are treated at some places. I spent over $100.00 at that store. I guess Ill start shopping at the Gilmer location. Afterall, its not that far from Longview.

Love Atwoods!! They have kept my chickens fed along with all their supplies for the last 3-4 years, there is a certain lady there that was able to answer all my questions when I first started raising my little flock. They also have some Spicy Peaches from the Amish that make a wonderful cobbler in my cast iron skillet..

The store has just about everywhere you could need. Nice to drive to a store in town without having to go to Longview for hardware supplies you need.

Strange kind of place where other customers are much more helpful than the staff working there. Huge selection of items you dont need and none of the things you hoped to find. Not very well organized and nobody knows where anything is so expect to waste a lot of time here and leave disappointed in most cases. High prices on most products.

This is like the old general stores it has feed for all the farm animals, lot of medicines for livestock, clothes for all ages, as well as footwear, parts for the well& plumbing hook ups, just about all the electrical items you need, lawn& garden section w/lawn mower blades, spark plugs, gas mixture for the two cycles, tires, chain saw blades, ATWOODS is well like the general store, if they dont got it, they can order it or direct you to where you might find it, locally.And dont forget some old fashioned candy, candy corn, peanut brittle, popcorn balls, big pieces of Bubble Pop, bubble gum .I give ATWOODS a 5 star badge.

Atwoods! Who doesnt love Atwoods?! Everyone loves a good old trip to one of the best feed stores in the beloved Southeastern location in the great state of Texas! I must warn you, Atwoods is the Target for country loving women! They have something for everyone and even more for you to come back for second helpings! I love their snack aisle lol you should see all the beef jerky & meat sticks! And their candy is pretty darn good too...BUT most importantly this is where we buy all of our ranching & livestock needs! They have awesome prices on EVERYTHING from mud boots to pellet guns to industrial size fans (I desperately want one if anyone cares! Haha!) I lose track of time when I am at Atwoods! And you can sign up for emails which include their sales and coupons so its already a good price and they go and make it even better for yall! And theyre there to help if you need them but theyre not heavily breathing hot coffee breath into your face while they are desperately pushing some wonky water purifying system that you dont want or need or can even afford! They used to make delicious free popcorn too! I know the panicked public pandemic kind of shut it down but hopefully they will start it up again! Oh! And! If you have a service dog in training - or even just a remotely well behaved dog - you can bring those furry friends with you to help pick out easy-to-clean tiles for their potential future accidents! How great is that?! Weve purchased everything from a porch swing to fencing to power tools to a security system and have yet to be disappointed! I am sure there is more that I could say but 89% of people have probably stopped reading by now so I will quit my rambling and let you get your shoes on to head over to Atwoods! 💕

Favorite place to shop for all my weapon needs.

First time shopping at this Atwoods location. We were amazed in how well the store was put together. Very clean, organized and good lighting. Most items were priced or had price signs. Employees all spoke to us and ask us if we needed assistance. We walked the whole store and will frequent this location more often.

Was looking for a generator,when I called,the employee said they had one left. I ask if they would hold it till I could get there. She explained they dont allow them to hold items. I explained that we are raising our grandson,who has heart issues,and is autistic. That it was needed so next time we had power outages he could be kept safe. She told me yes she would hold it for me. I got there 40 min later and purchased it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will do more biz with them for sure.

They rearranged the store and it took me awhile to find my way around.

Great place to buy things for the farm, lease or rental properties at a good price! They are not high priced and assistance is very easy to get if you need it. We love shopping here because if the prices and reliable products they sell.

We love coming here!! They have so much! You can find everything from farm to home. I love finding unique seasonings that they sell. They also have bags of cookies that i grew up on. You can buy baby chickens and baby ducks here also.

Was picking up our chicks today and even though they wasnt labeled all that well the employee helped so much. He was very informative on the birds. While we was going all over he was right 2ith us making sure we have the picks we wanted.

Its the only place I can find that sells great work jeans in sizes that fit my weird body.You can usually fond stuff for tall and really skinny or really fat or short and really fat or really skinny, but its hard to find sizes for people who are tall and only kinda fat.Thanks atwoods.

The ferns looked really bad. The food section used to be a lot bigger as far as can foods go. It was nice to see the clothing but the sizes werent for bigger people.

I was on the phone with the manager Hope while she saw how much was the display price for the 10ft x 10ft double extending gazebo for the sale price $229 (9415-2006).At first, they hung up on me when I asked for the manager. Then, I called back and Teresa said hung up on me. I called again and I got Hope. After Hopes disconnection, I called back 3 times and all three times hang ups. Very poor customer services. This was at the Kilgore, Texas Atwoods. Around 3pm.

I normally love going into this place but the service at the gun counter is unacceptable. i understand they were short handed but the person working back there is incredibly rude. This guy seems like he is about to snap and shouldnt be around customers.

The stores web site shows inventory so we go. There is no inventory. When I asked they laughed and said the website is never correct. They also said that ownership knows and really dont care. Sad

Love getting seats and gardening stuff from here. Also learned alot about rabbits we raised for my daughters ffa class. The animal supplies where so much cheaper there than anywhere else and we like to get all of boots from there to. They have a good variety fitting my 2year old all the way up to my 28yr old husbands work boots.
