Worst company ever to deal with. They don’t maintain the machines like they should. My machine almost got fired twice and instead of them apologizing and comping me for what they caused He decided to say in front of me that he knew that the cord was faulty. And I saw to pay full price for the machine then today they just came and got my machine because I decided to call him and his wife out on all the lies that they’ve said

DO NOT CALL THIS TECH!! Im a manager of multiple properties and since I had Jeff repair our ice machine at our hotel in Carthage, I obviously turned to him to repair our machine at Tatum. He came out and we paid him the diagnostic charge and his fees of $200 plus to clean the filthy ice machine, which is what he thought was wrong with it. The machine worked after the cleaning, but within couple of hours it was not working so we called him back and he was kind to come back out. He re-diagnosed the machine and realized we needed a thermostat and quoted us a cost of $350, but we advised that we would get our own part and he was okay with that. He helped us locate the model, part, etc. The part came in and the fee has increased to $250, mind that the part alone is $150 plus. Not that I mind paying him that, but feel this is unreasonable and his business tactic is shady. His thought is it costs him money to run the truck, which I totally understand as I operate businesses myself, but lets be honest. Im not expecting free service. And, to hang up the phone is very unprofessional as I did not once raise my voice or be disrespectful.

Ive used Jeff my restaurant, Kilgore Crawfish and Seafood, for 15 yrs. I have an older ice machine. He has always had a quick response to my call. Very knowledgeable, excellent service. Reasonable prices.

Terrible service had me waiting all summer for a ice machine and backed out at last minute and would not even return call or text if you want service call the guys in Longview.
