Worst place to buy…literally; I been trying to cancel a GAP insurance from a vehicle that I sold in July 2021, I sent them all the required documents (3 times), took a day off to drive there since I was getting nowhere via email, provided everything they need it, is been months now and no results so I called the warranty holder and was told that the contract was still active and they haven’t submitted the cancelation…called back the dealership and they are now avoiding me…will seek legal assistance so save yourself the headache. I applied here and just because of how the eldest man there treated me, I straight up refuse to ever consider buying a Ford car PERIOD or ever attempt to work for anywhere that is Ford (yes Im aware different locations are owned by different people. My experience just made me hate Ford and I never want to possibly buy something and somehow the man who interviewed me ever get any income from it). On top of the Ford cars my biological family has owned in the past that would constantly break down after a few months of straight out of Ford dealerships anyway. Had my mental illness compared to the mans grandchild just because I didnt act the exact same as his and constantly prodded me and made me feel worse after I started crying when he told me to explain what had happened to me at previous jobs/locations (sensitive topic was mentioned and he wanted detail of when a man dragged me by the back of my head which is what made me so anxious to cry) then used it against me saying I wouldnt be able to handle obstacles.. oh, and when I totalled my car thanks to a previous job having me out for work for about over 25hrs so I fell asleep driving. Apparently that meant I wouldnt be able to put my all into a work environment and even saying how he believed I wouldnt stand up for myself in certain situations. Everyone else working there was wonderful to talk to, dont get me wrong but what appeared to be the eldest man in charge, completely inappropriate with the comments he made towards me, comparing my mental illnesses to his grandchild to say he doesnt believe I have them (yet Ive been diagnosed and attended mental help from 5 up until age 16 which only ended for messed up reasons) and to top it off, if I can keep my mask on my face the entire time, so can he. Especially with us being in his office with his door closed..

Headed to the beach on a friday, actually Friday the 13th. My expedition started having problems in Kinston. Knew it was a coil. Went straight to Sale Ford in Kinston. They replaced the coil and spark plug in about an hour at a reasonable price. Excellent staff and customer service. Couldnt have asked for any better immediate attention. Thank you Delores!

Pushy salesmen that are too hungry to just get you in any car possible. They ran my credit 7 times when I told them to run it once. My credit was good enough for me to pretty much get what I wanted. Score dropped 94 points for all hard pulls. 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼. Went to Massey motors instead.

I bought a truck from them and they were very professional. My local dealer did not have the truck I was looking for nor would they work with me on trying to get the truck, I ended up buying, shipped to my local dealer. I worked with Misti in sales and got a good price and they delivered the truck to my driveway (220 miles round trip) that afternoon. Good job!

I made an appointment to look at a specific car I wanted to buy. The sales person called three times to verify I was going. Then when I arrived they didnt have the car there. Said someone had mistakenly loaned it out while the customers car was in for service. This did not impress me! So I went to another dealer and bought the same car that they couldnt show me! Their loss, not mine!

Took my truck there to get the sunroof repaired. Was quoted $2,100. 1200.00 for parts. I found replacement parts online for $65. My headliner was covered in grease marks. Trim buckled up and the woman said that couldnt be from them taking it down. I applied for financing and was charged twice $299.00. Terrible experience wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service on the paperwork side, bought my truck over 2 months ago from them and the court house just today received the paperwork, but it was the wrong paperwork and didn’t have the details in the paperwork the court house needed to file it, also they told me they were sending a check to cover all fees and sent a check to only cover about half, I’ve been getting the run around for over 2 months and my truck still isn’t registered because of them.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Took my Ford focus here to get fixed. They didnt fix the issue and they tried to play me for money. Smh

They used to have one of the best and honest service mechanics that youll find in a dealership service centre, thats something of a rarity today, especially in dealership service centres where they are known to rip the customer off and lie and cheat to make a buck off you. hopefully they find someone to fill his honest shoes for him.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fussion from Sale Ford . My salesman name was Jeffery K. White Sr. I have purchased cars in the past and I never had an experience from any other salesman, like Jeffery. He was very attentive and any concerns or questions that I needed answered he had all the right answers. I am a single mother and people say that men take advantage of women when they buy or have anything dealing a car. This was not the case. Jeffery said and did everything he promised both on the phone and in person. He even delivered my car to me on my job. Trust me that has never happened to me nor have I heard of it happening to anyone I am associated with. He went the extra mile and because he was a man of his word and devoted to his career I am the proud owner of a 2016 Ford Fussion. Couldnt go this morning, made appointment for 3 this afternoon, got there a little before 3 and I finally got my car back at 430. It took that long just for an oil change. Thats almost like going to a doctor. I have never had to wait that long before.

Looking at the other reviews I would assume these peope either wanted a car with no money down and HORRIBLE credit. I personally have nothing bad to say about the people here at sale ford. I recently purchased a 2013 ford fusion the beginning of January 2016. The staff worked with me considering my credit isnt the best. Mr Chris Bland in sales ford was patient and found a car that best met my preference. They didnt make me feel pressured into doing anything. I will definitely be coming back to purchase a 2016 Tahoe from him. Go see for yourself and dont believe everything you read.

Do Not waste your time here! Give you the run around cannot begin to describe what goes on here. Young salespeople who would rather checkout their f/b OR smoke . Waited and hour and a half to even speak with a manager and that was when we were walking out!! Poor service.
