I scheduled with Vanessa to do my son’s hair and Theresa cut it. My son is a LITTLE BOY and she gave him straight bangs and left the rest of his hair long! Unacceptable that they did not listen to the adult. Little boys get LITTLE BOY haircuts. Not straight bangs. I have to take my son to another shop and spend more money to fix the damage they did. Completely unprofessional to do that to a child. I expressed how unhappy I was and she wanted to “frame his face?! No fixing except clippers now because the bangs are Betty styled short. I will be sure to notify the company because I am completely disappointed

Chelsea is great! After the complimentary shampoo, she took her time and was refreshingly thorough when cutting my hair and did not take off too much. She even moved my part around to ensure that when I inevitably toss my hair to the side, there wouldn’t be any rogue uneven hairs sticking out. (Which happens a lot with me) Then after blow drying my hair, she styled it with the cutest soft curls that lasted all day! The prices are reasonable too, especially since every cut/style/color/etc. comes with a free shampoo.10/10 would recommend

I went there for a haircut everyone was very nice but they did a horrible job I asked for some Layers and the lady made my hair so choppy and very uneven I had to go to another salon to get it fixed I would not recommend this place

I believe I worked with kim for the first time, she was so kind and we had a nice chat while she washed, cut, and dried my hair. Great price for the service she provided! She did exactly what I asked her to do and I’m in love with my hair, I feel like myself again!

I have had Alexis cut and vibrantly color my hair at this location for the past 2 years. When I color, I get bright colors and the purple is still there 6 months later! The service and staff are great! I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality salon services.

Been taking grandson for years there, not once have been asked to leave. She said can you leave as your a distraction to him, and dont want mess up his haircut. Just would have left but she had already started his cut...... so to not start an issue I left and stood outside. Wont be back, another shop down the street will give them a try next month before school starts.

I have been having my hair cut at the Lakeside salon for at least 5 years. Now I also have them color my hair too. I love their color sales.. plus all the ladies are awesome!!

They use good products in your hair, but the woman that cut my hair didn’t give me the cut I wanted at all. I part my hair to the side normally, and I asked for a trim and layers with bangs. I even showed her pictures of what I wanted. She then after washing my hair parted it down the middle and proceeded to chop off my hair. I asked for an inch off and she took 3. Now when I part my hair the way I like it, I have uneven choppy layers everywhere, it looks like I have 6 layers on one side and 2 on the other. I wish I could get a refund. I’m so upset I paid $22 to ruin my hair. I would have said something before I left but while it was wet it didn’t look that bad, now I want to die every time I look in the mirror. Im going to have to wear my hair up for the next year, because unless I shave my head- there’s no fixing it.

I went here after I had a bad hair cut at another place. This place was a recommendation I saw Amie and she fixed my hair perfectly. I go here every time I will only go to Amie though since shes already done my hair. My brother and sister go here as well. Great staff clean place. I would recommend it!

I called to get my daughter a haircut on very short notice and they took my daughter ten mins ! Employees are super nice and professional and my daughters hair came out so beautifully! It’s so close by my home too. We will definitely be coming back here!

I went to the fantastic sams the lady Darlene was extremely rude first I called her and asked how she was doing she just said nothing in appropriate manner of anything I asked her if they use coupons she had a very bad attitude by saying we dont use them you have to bring it in then I asked her if they need the bar code she said no so the call ended and then I went to the salon it was a nightmare I told her what I wanted which was a 9.99 haircut and a flat iron she rudely said it doesnt cover that I said thats fine I can pay the difference so she told me a few minutes later its a hour wait I said no problem I then went up to the desk and asked her how much is it going to be exactly for my hair she wouldnt give me a direct answer so I told her I dont want to stiff you guys by not paying all of it she looked and me smugly and said in a very smart and condescending tone you cant stiff us she then started byunprofessional talking down to me and giving me attitude whenever my husband and I go there for his haircut she always talks to him but never to me and she sees me she doesnt say anything to me she always give my husband and I weird looks when we enter the salon together she is a very nasty and mean person I dont know if its a race issue or what but I will never go to fantastic sams again.

Amie was the stylist who fixed and trimmed my hair nicely and I will only be going to her. Once I walked in, nobody greeted me(this was during Amies lunch so she was in the back but promptly took care of me when she finished) and even when they all looked at me they went back to whatever they were doing. There was a red haired lady who wouldnt stop staring at me even while she was shampooing a client. I dont know her at all but she felt the need to provide me with fan behavior ; more attention for me I guess. Dirty blonde haired lady provided subpar at best customer service when adding me to their system, in fact she looked straight at me and did not greet when I walked in. Dirty blonde haired lady has butchered my hair before about a year ago, I just wanted a simple trim and layer adjustment; Amie noticed and was able to bring back my hair to life. If you want to be treated like a human being by someone who knows what theyre doing, go with Amie. Im pretty sure dirty blonde lady and red hair lady would want to change their hair colors soon after reading this. But thats OK, their true colors show regardless.

April 6th when youre walking back to get your haircut second chair on the right butchered my hair today worst haircut Ive ever had I had to go another barber to fix my hair cut Im still in shock I expected a certain level of professionalism obviously dont they dont screen people there I will not go back
