I just wanted to give Zack the biggest kudos on his service today he knew how much it meant to me to be sending my uncle’s memorial military flag and Vintage hat from the Navy To my cousin in another state it broke my heart to give it up he had compassion and showed condolences and would take good care of the packaging of it to be sent off I know he will I could tell he had a heart of gold I just wanted to let you know if he is an awesome Employee and I think him from the bottom on my heart today

The man who was there this am was terrible. Mark was short with customers. The young lady was very helpful. She was pushing through an address he walks up says Im not comfortable pushing this. Mind you it is correct. So had to leave verify info for him come back and wait in line again.

Just because my door is the closest door to the parking lot, does not mean you can leave everybodys packages in the complex in front of my door. Does that mean your laxy or dont have time to deliver.? If so that job was not your calling and maybe you need a sitdown with feet up and dont answer the phone kind of job. Just saying! Dont even knock, just drop it at my door

We had a product shipped here and went to pick it up. The man who helped us, David, was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards my husband and I. We had the webpage displayed to show him with our Id ready, knowing that because it was an expensive product we would probably need them. My husband showed David and he promptly said “that webpage doesn’t mean anything to me”, then my husband offered his Id and with an attitude he exclaimed “that would have helped” then went to retrieve our package. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I appreciate the courteous and efficient service. This holiday season was exceptionally busy and I was impressed with how well the staff managed.

The girl that helped me was very new but was super nice and super helpful in getting some documents for court. I was obviously stressed because anything with the word court and it is stressful but the associate made me feel better by getting the job done very quickly and efficiently and not making me seem like I was being a burden. She had to Print each page individually each individual email and instead of charging me two dollars each they charge me their normal price of $.15 each which of 40 copies that’s a huge difference in price. I was half afraid they were going to charge me that and I would’ve had to pay it because I need these papers but they didn’t and I think that was a really awesome of them. I have made many returns to the other UPS store in Santee from Amazon but I will definitely come to the store for all my other niece great customer service friendly and patient from the new young girl associate with dark hair!

This UPS Store location in Lakeside is top-notch.Who and what makes it consistently top-notch is Casper, the store manager.Casper is the epitome of an extraordinarily kind, friendly, polite, respectful, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and hard working person. Honestly, one of the nicest people Ive ever met.He is such an asset to his company and to the community. And he always has a smile!I felt compelled to finally leave a comment of my personal past experiences with him. Always such a breath of fresh air every time Ive gone into this UPS store location, thanks to Casper.Plus, they offer so many valuable services, from shipping, packing, mailing, shipping supplies, notary service, fax services, p.o boxes, etc

Under new management, be careful ask before u do anything, I want notary I brought 2 sets of papers got 2 stamps, they charged me $60.00 I dont believe it is a good chargeI will never go back there again, owner was present. Heard everything did not say a word.Like I said if you have to go there ask how much its going to cost you before.

I have had a box at the lakeside store for 8+ years, and they have always been awesome & gone over above the call of duty! Then came the dreaded news, change of ownership...I have to say, they transitioned flawlessly, and the team is outstanding, and they go over & above the call of duty as well!! Go team lakeside!!

When I want to print a photo-quality print quickly and mail it to someone, this is so handy! They even email you the tracking info!! The employees are nice, to a fault!! And so helpful. A great alternative to the Post Office when you need a bit more.

Dont bring anything here that you value. second time now theyve lost my packages. the manager is worthless, who just passes all the blame onto USPS or anyone else for that matter. stay away from this place.
