Good meat when they actually have some middle of day didnt have but 2 steaks cut how you a meat market with 2 steaks cut up what a joke.On top of not having meat at a meat shop there always closed even when they say they close at 5 go there at 4pm and noones there I used to love this place but they have went down hill last year and half do yourself a favor and go to brians market down road there always open anddd always have meat.

Anyone giving a bad review is a Karen. I have been buying steak from here for 2 years. I have never had a bad piece of meat....ever. 10/10. Try their jams and jelly’s too. Blueberry is my favorite.

I havent stopped in at H & S since the Covid pandemic started a year ago. I was in the mood for quality burger and chicken breasts so I decided to go there today. When I walked in, there were 2 employees behind the meat display. Neither were wearing masks & I asked You dont wear masks here? The answer was no. So, I said See ya! If this market doesnt follow the Health Department guidelines on mask wearing to protect their customers, it makes me wonder what other department guidelines they dont follow. I wont be back.

Absolute crooks! Processed a whole steer from my cousins beef ranch and they switched out the meat for a low grade substitute. We know our cattle after decades and these people were crooks. Beyond that, processed a dead cattle that they don’t have the authority to do.

H&S Market is a family-owned company they really love their customers they have great fresh meat and their Deli their sandwiches are awesome I give H&S Market 5 stars. They have great homemade potato salad coleslaw and also asked for their pork chop sandwiches are out of this world. Also process deer its a nice family owned company.

Were definitely going back. Meat bundles saved us quite a bit on comparison to what we would get at corporate grocery store. Not to mention, the staff was nice and helpful, and so far the meat has been great. I have no complaints!

Love H&S. Great deli, one of the best selections of fresh beef and pork. Always have a good selection of craft beers on hand and if you are looking for a quick lunch their deli cant be beat.Add in its locally sourced and family owned this is a gem in Lapeer.

Bought meat, cold cuts, and fresh corn. The corn cobs were huge and the best corn ever. Supper for two was under $6 plus drinks!!!

Went to H & S Market today to buy filet mignon. I would usually purchase it at the Lapeer Meijer, but they do not carry it anymore. I purchase 4 filets & they were the BEST filet mignon I have ever tasted! Thank you H & S Market, you’ve just earned another loyal & frequent customer. 😊

Friendly staff! Great meats. Picked up a couple Ribeyes for our anniversary dinner on the grill. They were awesome. Will definitely be going back in the near future!

They have the best Meatball Sub. My wife buys all are meat here. Cant wait for them to move into there new location on M-24 north of Daley Rd.

Great little store usually has good meat deals but the other items like mustard, ketchup and other things are on the pricey side. Just watch what you get....
