I would not recommend them to anybody. Very unprofessional. You always have to chase them to find out if your hearing aid is there or not. Keep on promising today and tomorrow and it took months. Talked to the manager Brian he did nothing except empty promises and I would call he wouldn’t call back. They won’t switch the hearing aid easily to make you happy but they were quick to take the $3000 but not willing to put you in the best hearing aid possible. Kevin kept on saying that the hearing aid must be worn for some period of time so the brain can get used to the hearing aids and that’s not true because the hearing aid was worn all the time and certain hours they wanted. Plus my mom was wearing aids for a long time so her brain being adjusted to hearing it is not true. Very fake and unprofessional people. Stay away. Had to get my money from the credit card company.
