Im a little bit different customer in this shop than most. I find myself hanging out here and chatting with the owner and locals that stroll through and now feel like family. Their on-hand selection isnt the best but the shop can always order what youre looking for. What they lack in stock they make up in the service department. Great bunch of honest people here. They have a decent selection of military surplus and reloading supplies as well. In-house gunsmith is top notch but watch what you say because you might be there for a few hours. Take that as you may and Ill leave it with this: A good mom and pop shop thats got a little bit of everything.

Ray has always been a great help keeping great inventory likewise ordering firearms and completing FFL transfers. Emerson is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable gunsmith. The entire team is high caliber.

New owners killed it..

He seems like a quality smith, but expect to wait forever.I had a small job, though he explained it was a busy time and would take at least 2 weeks. Called back a month later and he hadnt even looked at it and no idea when hed get to it.They do work for the LCPD which takes priority-- so be it, but dont accept other jobs in the mean time. If you accept work and give a time frame then honor that reasonably, if you cant, dont accept it. Could have had this done 3 times already.

Walked in with no knowledge about guns, feeling intimidated and Ray took the time to explain everything I needed as Ive never owned a gun. Will be coming back in to purchase my first gun as hes very honest and helpful. Cant be customer service.

I always loved buying my guns and ammo there, but that all cjanged. The owner litterally stole about $200 worth of supplies. I bought a 223 from him. I ordered s scope and various other things. This was about 2 years agoWell he never gave me the scope and the other stuff. At girst i would call him every week and he would tell me one thing or another, always blaming his supplier. This thief (and of course a church goer) never even offered to give me store credit or my money back. Needless to say that i consider this man a thief and a cheay. I wonder who else this thuef has ripped of. So Mr. Thief. Keep the money . i hopewish y o u nothing but bad luck

Not a terrible place, but not great. They have a very small selection. Prices seem fair.

I went there looking for reloading supplies and they had a decent but high priced selection. Assuming I lived next door to them and it cost me no time or gasoline to get there... If I were to buy 2 pounds of powder and 3000 primers, about right for someone who reloads small handgun calibers, I would of saved a couple dollars by ordering online and paying shipping and hazmat fees.Also make sure you call ahead to see if they have what you need because there is a good chance they dont. This is especially true in the department of reloading equipment.
