Received a set of (4) jar candles, Monte Carlo scent aka Pomegranate & Sage. After burning one candle, the wax melted unevenly, and had to try and make it even to get the full use. After doing so, the wick would not remain lit. Moving on to another candle, 1/4 of the way through, the wick again would not stay lit.Working with customer service, it was agreed a new set would be sent and I would return (self paid shipping) what I have for the team to test why the issue. Needless to say, the same thing happened with the new set. After contacting customer service again, I was given a response about how my returned candles were completely damaged as there was no packing support, which is 100% false.In addition, the scent was hardly noticeable when lit. Needless to say, I wont order again.

I stepped into Wallpaper Elegance for an appointment and almost fell down it smelled so good! Sharon the owner, told me to go next door to Aroma Retail. I went right over and was greeted by friendly, professional, educated women.. Kaylee and Rebecca. I bought a salon, and have been dealing with swamp poo smells so bad we were feeling hopeless! Kaylee had me smell poo killing blends, and I got a machine at a smoking hot price for our salon. The owner Christina was so sweet, she gave me a free bottle of scent as a gift and a donut! Love these gals! Price, experience and product is truly best of the best. Amazing product and even better customer service! I first ordered sample blotters of multiple scents which shipped and arrived within days. I frequent Vegas and love the fragrances used at Bellagio and Aria - let me tell you, these are spot on. I settled on the scent from Crystal’s at Aria - Black Orchid - and couldn’t be happier with it. The home unit is compact and quiet. I had the pleasure to speak with their CEO, Jim and he not only helped me choose the right model for my store, but also sent over sample blotters of the scents he felt would work best for my stores environment! Upon receiving the sample blotters, I had follow up emails from Jim asking what I thought of them and to be honest, it was hard to choose which scent because they all were amazing, but we selected the perfect scent! I ordered my professional model/scent and I look forward to setting it up! I highly recommend this company in all aspects as this was such a great experience!

I wanted something to make my home smell amazing so I used Google to help me out and with a quick search, I found Aroma Retail. Let me tell you, this company is amazing. They offer a machine that covers up to 2000 square feet of your home. The variety of oils they offer is fantastic. If you have ever visited Las Vegas and you want your home to smell like the Hotels on the strip, youve come to the right place. They even have oils that theyve made. Different seasons have different smells so its nice to change up the oil each month. They offer a monthly subscription of their oils at a discounted rate with free shipping. One bottle lasts me a month so I never run out and my house always smells great. When I have friends over, they all ask me how do you make your home smell so good all the time? I tell them about this company. I even had my neighbor ask and he ended up buying the machine with the oil. I recently started driving for Uber and Lyft and this company offers a travel size machine for your car. Its FANTASTIC and the passengers all tell me my Durango smells so good. I tell them all about this great company in Las Vegas. I highly recommend this product for your home and your car. Uber and Lyft drivers, I promise you that your tips will go up. These folks are a dream to work with! Im not kidding you Ive never had an experience with any company like I have with Aroma Retail. I see why everyone raves about the service they recieve. The scents are spot on, Ive searched the globe for a copy of the Westin White Tea scent Ive tried all the competitors and i mean Ive tried EVERYTHING (my wife is so sick of me) and finally I decided on the Aroma Retail HVAC commercial unit. The machine is the best value youll find and a true work horse. Any issues Ive had, the team in Nevada has over delivered on always fixing it or making right immediately. I was so disappointed in the candles...Cromwells Allure Noise. I was so excited to find this scent available and didnt mind spending extra money to have the smell at home. Probably wont even burn them due to the lack of fragrance. Very disappointing 😕. Pretty expensive white wax....

Purchased both the small and professional scent machines. They work exactly as I hoped, except my floor plan is not open enough for the small machine to be efficient. The scents are incredible and smell exactly like the hotels that are listed. Had to contact them with a few questions. The staff and CEO are the nicest and most courteous people. I dont think Ive ever had better customer service with any company in my entire life.

I order The Venetian sample Arancia and it smelled absolutely awful. Nothing like that beautiful floral smell that I remember from 2009. It smelled like old lady perfume, disgusting.

Jim was a lot of help in deciding what scent we wanted to use in our hot tub showroom.I spoke with him on the phone and he sent us the top ten scents to test before we bought.A few months later after ordering thier larger machine and scent for our 6000 sqft showroom we couldnt be happier.Our customers point out the scent all the time.

My order was shipped quickly and packaged nicely. The scents are exactly the same formulas as those used in some of my favorite hotels and resorts. They are not inspired by or our impression of scents like the other online retailers. I look forward to ditching the plugins and using these oils in my HVAC diffuser.

I have bought both the reed diffusers, the home scent machine (the smaller one of the 2 they offer, though I am using it in my business) and 2 scents. I dont feel the reed diffusers cast too much of a smell, but the scent machine does and it works really well and is very adjustable. I like the Nobu scent, Boston Park Plaza White Tea not as much. I wish their site allowed for customer ratings/feedback to help me choose the best scent without total trial and error, especially since the stuff is expensive. I chose Nobu from these Google reviews. Happy with the company and product.

I have read the reviews and I must have got some old stuff because it smelled like bad perfume. I ordered several sample blotters and I couldnt get the smell.out of my nose fast enough. Others smelled the product and had a similar reaction. I threw them in the trash.

Candles smelled nothing like Cosmopolitan, actually had no scent at all. No better than dollar store candles. Cost me $20 for shipping and $30 to return them, which they should have refunded the original shipping. Customer service was extremely unimpressive.

Im the first to review. Ok.Purchased Nobu Hotels Lemon Ginger in reed diffusers, sprays and oil for burner. Received carefully wrapped shipment yesterday - on time. Set up diffusers in baths and beds and living/dining/kitchen area (Loft condo). Was mildly pleased last night with scent. Diffusers apparently overnight came to full bloom and woke to bursting scent throughout condo. Yippieee! Such a delightful scent and takes me back to my time at Nobu Hotel 2 years ago.Searched for this wonderful combination of yuzu and ginger scent (yuzu a Japanese citrus fruit comparable to lemon) since my stay at Nobu and nothing has come as close as this from Aroma Retail.Very pleased. Will buy again.
