The man who works the counter is very pleasant and helpful everytime Ive been there. I recently bought a Coolster 125cc dirt bike for my son they are actually nice bikes for the money. I would recommend buying from them over Amazon or a online store. Procell goes through the bike to make sure everything is good before they sell it. With online purchase you really dont know what your going to get.

The guy working behind the counter was rude and was trying to over charge for used parts. All the bikes in that store are old used and over priced, will not go back. Use eBay better prices and customer service. Trash store.

Called to have my scooters fuel system flushed and guy telling me new TANK prices,etc. and when I said it just needs a flush.We dont DO THAT

I recently bought from them and they have been very very helpful very easy to deal with. They ordered the color scooter I wanted. My husband and I travel a lot and they were flexible about letting us come in and make payments on the moped as it was on lay a way. They also had a part for my husbands antique motorcycle which is very difficult to find parts for. Sean is friendly and flexible I would recommend the place for sure.

The gentlemen there took the time to education me on pocket bikes. I didnt buy from them though because they charge at least 300% over market value. A pocket bike you can get online for 300 buck will cost you near $1000 at this location.

This dude is a used car sales man turned rip off scooter dealer. Over priced scooters and he doesnt fix anything, only replaces it. Charges 50.00 for a tune up and all he does is change the spark plug and motor oil and does an inspection which he usally finds something wrong that the bike that wasnt a problem before you came to his shop. Just so he can squeeze a few more bucks out of you like charging 15 dollars for a 3 dollar light bulb. Just buy talking to the guy you can tell he is a sketchy dude. Do your research folks before you hand over your scooter to these cons and get ripped off.

Shawn is the best! Period. I have dealt with a number of mechanics and most of them put band aids on your scooter so your back 2 weeks later. He does it right the first time and if needs more work he will find the issue. He has kept my scooter running and you can price shop all you want but if the term you get what you pay for ever applied it does here. He goes the extra step to find the problem and makes sure its fixed right. I had an issue with my starter and even though he fixed it it still was hard to start in the cold morning. He had me bring it back, kept it overnight, and its been 3 months. Starts every time! Say what you want but I will not let anyone else work on mine.

How I wish I could give a ZERO star rating. Stay away from renting a property that the owner Dale Godfrey has under the name Proman group LLC. He uses Sean who works at Procell Motorsports as his property manager. They dont fix broken items in a timely manner and they break many NV laws regarding renters rights. Dale uses Sean as a middle man and Sean is not in a position to make any decisions. We had to live with a broken and moldy cabinet for months until we fixed it ourselves. We had no hot water for 5 days and when the fridge broke they replaced it with one that was covered in black mold and filthy. Then they expected us to pay for and arrange for the broken fridge to be thrown away. I cant stress enough DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought a drive belt from him and it snapped two weeks later. Found out i payed to much fpr it anyway. Before u buy from him call around to other places and u WILL find the same thing cheaper from other shops this guy is a bad bad man

AVOID THIS PLACE AND GUY NAMED SEAN!! IM TELLING YOU FROM EXPERIENCE!! I purchased my tryke from him last may from the start I had problems with it. Few examples: He was the nicest person when i purchased the tryke. I started having problems with it after a week. The battery needed to be changed out, the terminals to the battery were striped, it started when it wanted. IT HAD juice but didnt want to start had to kick start it. NOW it hasnt even been a year, I HAVE TO KICK START IT EVERYTIME!! Called him up today 3/26/2016 he knows who I am because of the times i called him and have taken it in. EXPENSES: HAVE IT TOWED TO HIM (my expense) $70 to look at it plus parts and labor! A brand new 2015 iceberg that doesnt work!! HE Charged me $400 to upgrade it so it will go faster 45mph. From what people told me that he way overcharged me... He has no type of customer service and expect to pay alot of money out of pocket!!! GO ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY HAVE MORALS AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Just stopped in to follow up on picking up paperwork and parts3/17/2021, hello are you still open. Need to order parts for trike.

Somebody help me i checked if it was open and everything is clear outside no modpets. They say its open 8am to 8pm and I called they didnt pick up the phone please ive been waiting for a part.

Always say they have stuff then you go to there and never have it and people working there know nothing

They dont know anything my husband called to see if they had a certain part they said yes so he drove all the way the and they didnt have it. And I just called to see if they have a tie rod and the guy on the phone all stupid saying umm umm I dont know what that is he said... So useless there

He answered all my question and fox my problem fast.
