After we contacted the Creative Custom Awnings and asked them about our desire to have a patio covering, Alain visited our restaurant and gave us few options for our terrace. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.When the job was completed and installed, it exceeded our expectations. We love our new patio covering, the style and the color! Wow! I was intrigued with this company at first because of their website. There were lots of pictures, designs, colors etc. I called to get more information and the receptionist (who was very friendly and informative) set up an appointment for Alan to come to my residence and give me an estimate at NO COST TO ME! I thought great! He was punctual and provided a ton of information. All of my questions were answered before I could even ask them. He had lots of color samples and provided me with a reasonable quote on the spot. Being a single mom of 6 kids, cost was definitely an important factor. We have a backyard with no shade and it was hard for my kids to go outside and play. Alan presented me with some ideas that I loved and we chose an aquamarine mesh material that looks fabulous! It definitely adds to the finish of the house! When it was time to install, the guys showed up promptly with a smile. They were very polite and knowledgeable. It was exciting watching them install our new sail shade. I can not express my gratitude enough! The whole Creative Custom Awnings family performed beyond my expectations! Thank you all SO MUCH! I will definitely be referring you guys to all of my friends, family and local businesses!

When I search for a contractor for my home where I keep my family, Im very tough on them. So when chose this company I was very happy to realize that I chose right. They were professional arrived prompt and on time. They respected my home and the men were clean smiled and finished the job with a work ethic I thought gone.Now I have shaded windows, Im happy and the cost was very appropriate.

I did not have very good dealings with this company. I hired them to install an awning at my house. Alain Aubard come to the house, gave us a quote and we said go ahead with the job. We gave him a 75% downpayment, and he said it would take three week to manufacture and install. After three weeks, i called, got the girl in the office and left a message. It took three more calls before i talked to Alain. He said he was having trouble getting 1 part but was sure it would be in any day. I made more calls but he never returned the calls. After 9 weeks i had enough, and said i would be there to pick up a refund check the next day. When i went there the girl in the office said they had mailed the check that morning. The next day the check came in the mail, and i deposired in my account. Two days later the check bounced. I called and said i would be at the office in the morning to pick up cash only. He said he didnt have the money then but would bring it to my house the next morning. The next morning i got a text that said he was running late. I have not seen him since, and it is 5 days later. I went to the police dept to pick up a bad check report to turn into the Clark County District Attorney. I have sent a letter to Alain Aubard certified on 7/28/2014 stating that he has 10 days for restitution, or this is turned over to the district attorney. Went back to the bank today and still not enough money in the account. A real dead beat. Dont do business withthese people ever.

I am having the exact same problem as Nara Lachansky - I plan to file a police report next week if I do not hear back from Alin.
