Ive been going to this company for years! Im a hip hop artist in the city and always need t-shirts and merch. I come to them because I know the quality is going to be top tier! If they make a mistake they fix it right away and take care of their customers. Their customer service is awesome and you feel welcomed when you come into the building. The prices are a little high but if you want quality come to this location! I will always do business with them always love!

We searched for a custom tshirt print shop and found this diamond in the rough!!! Not easily seen from the street, but so glad we found this place!! Their prices are very competitive but their customer service is impeccable!! Everyone one of the staff members were friendly and professional! Their design acumen is top notch!! Done business here before. With success it seems the customer service has suffered and pricing now reflects popularity. I called at 10 am to ask what size is smallest print possible with Vinyl. Was told size, then prompted to send an email for a quote that would be sent right back to me!. This was for a client build, so I did. 2 hours later I called again, they were going to get right too it. Finally at 2 p.m. I call again, was told we are helping those right in front of us, in line first. Was suggested I come down. I do so, still needing vinyl for build. Arrive before 3 p.m. and was asked to wait on couch for 1 person in front of me. Right before 3:30 I am called up, asked how they could help. I explain I called at 10 and need very small vinyl letters printed, .5 x 2.5, I sent an email. They say ok, I say I never received a quote. She brings up my 4 vinyl cuts that are the size of your pinky literally and says the way the owner Angie prices this it will be $40. I am clearly upset, she asked the other girl for assistance. I say would you pay $40+ for this, she says no but with you arriving so late and all our other orders I can do 20% off. I guess its my fault for calling at 10 am, following up twice, then driving almost 30 minutes after I was informed my email was not a priority. Still left empty handed, when you own a business as I do you try to support those around you. This place seems to being so well they pick and choose. Right on Customistics! Wasted my day and now my client waits, my bad for having faith in you guys. Pass on this place and the experience, the fancy new phone system is your red flag. Just answer the phone.

Wow, cool place. We brought in 4 shirts to be labeled for our bowling team. They were fast and very precise with getting the design we wanted and printing them out. Picked them up 2 days.

2 stars because the first shirt was fine. Second shirt looked different from what I remember the final print being, so do yourself a favor and ask for it via email, take a picture, or just dont go here at all and take your hardworking $ elsewhere (paid almost $80 for 2 shirts). Also sucks that you cant pay after they make it because youre basically stuck if youre disappointed and dont like it. Angie, the business owner who replies here & yelp, offered a 15% discount to fix it, another $28! Ridiculous! good luck if youre dealing with her, you can get a taste of her sour professionalism from other low ratings here.

I had same day service😁The quality is good for how the print goes on to the shirt. The young woman who helped me, knew exactly what she was doing and with the help of her input, she made my items perfect. This is her profession and it honestly shows 👌There are 2 comfortable couches to sit on while your waiting and folders with pages of print ideas. I will be back for sure 👍

I found them just by googling in maps. When you walk in the place is so alive! Couches to relax on, and books with different custom ideas. Youre greeted, with smiles and food! They were giving away cookies, candy and car decals for free! They make it so easy. You email them your picture and then they print it on a shirt in minutes! I will definitely be back for more custom shirts!

Will never go here again in life! They just took my money me lied to my face! My shirt came out hella faded like it was washed a thousand times and they it was my designers fault the red didn’t come out like it was suppose to! As a local artist, I appreciate that I can print digital art on custom apparel. They also keep the design stored in case it needs to be reprinted down the line. The prices for the quality is very reasonable and the turn around time to make the items is very quick. Very high quality print and I enjoyed the communication and transparency. Nothing but excellent service here. The best shirt vinyl I have come across and great staff. Definitely recommend coming here for your next gag gift that comes in the form of a shirt, if you need any sports jerseys with names, and just about anything you can think off to put put on clothes with heat press or vinyl. They also do vinyl decals - big plus for neat car graphics.

After spending my day being told I would get a call back time and time again I was spoke to rudely by the owner Angie. All I was looking for is communication about an order of 1 Hoodie. After we finally got a response it literally took 10 minutes to add some lettering. This headache could have been avoided had lia done what I asked her to do to begin with. I recieved the same answer each time. We will call you right back. No call. No response. Very frustrated by the time my order was finally complete.

Wanted to get something printed on a shirt for Father’s Day, walked in there and they did it all right then and there on the computer for me and then they printed it up and had me out of there 15 min later. Was there for a total of 25 mins. They were so friendly and I will definitely be back for more projects!

Was dealing with them for two days coming up with a design for my sons birthday and the day before my son‘s birthday, they told me that their machine is down and that they could do clipart work that would be more simplified (Machine went down a few days ago which was never mentioned). But now in order to even get that I would have to pre-pay without them even showing me what this simplified clip art would even look like? A complete waste of time and unprofessional service. Brought them the design for a t-shirt I had digitally created in a virtual world and they helped make it real for me.The staff is wonderful, theyll work some serious magic for you. Just make sure you bring the names of the fonts with you and theyll take care of the rest in no time flat.

After speaking with 3 representatives from this store, I was quoted a price that was not honoured in the store. I even sent the company a copy of my design so that I wont have any issues. The representative in the store was not friendly which lead me to go to T-shirt Diner at the Meadows mall. The T-Shirt Diner was cheaper with better quality shirts and had my shirts ready within 2 hours. I personally will never come back to this store.

Went to this place yesterday to make shirts and hats and things for my kids YouTube channel I pay 136 for 4 items she tells me it would be 136 with 5 items Im like OK whatever so I paid she told me my things would be done in 1 hour remind you I told her my children would be getting out of school around 2 and I went around 12:30 so I came back an hour later my things werent done at all nothing has been printed she tells me another one and a half Im like OK she then tells me if I can come back at the end of the day I explain to her that I dont live close she turns says something is wrong with the machine so I request a refund she then said she isnt authorized to give me a refund but I had none of my things so long story short they arent same day all the time it was just very upsetting..... I DID NOT GET A FULL REFUND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THE SIGN THAT WAS MADE THAT HAD CUTS AND PIECES THAT HAD TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER 15.00

In 40 years of seeking help from a commercial vendor (no matter what industry) = NEVER met a team as helpful and as accommodating as the ladies in this place. Need full color custom photos burned into a shirt for a conference (trade show). I would take 60 mins to do the work and I could not arrive until 30 mins before closing, They said not to worry, sent me off to a local eatery (walking distance) and return any time later - even after hours. Pricing and quality were exactly as projected in the call in advance ( ie not sure why others had any issues). I would order again from them ANYTIME ANYWHERE

Hello, I am a Internationally published model and picked this store to help in the printing of my new line for Raven Apparel. This location is nice, it was clean and the help was okay and thats why im even giving it a 2 star. I launched Raven Apparel™ a few years back on other designs that was far more complicated than the one we brought to them. The price for 4 shirts was $140 (way over priced). The quality of the shirts were less than those you find at a thrift store. (Thread was coming off, shirt discolorations, stretched from small to medium). Also our logo was in the wrong place on all shirts. We ordered 4 shirts to see what the quality would be by using this company and in turn we were going to place a order of 400 shirts just to start. After the many defects and lack of quality we did a return. The owner did however refund the money 100%. We have went with another company thats prices are 75% less on the bulk orders, better quality, and faster turn around. I ended up getting the same 4 shirts on better materials today for $12 a shirt and the turn around was 1 hour with design, and print. For the life of me, I dont understand why a company would do such poor work for someone that would be bringing them a large amount of work. Our apparel is online and in stores in Los Angeles, California. I would think one would love to give outstanding quality. As a model and short film actress I have over a 5 million base following and am showcased on Vegas Billboards. Wouldnt you think a company would take the time in producing quality shirts for someone that has a huge impact on others? I thought the same. Now, I wonder what quality and services others received and will receive. I dont recommend this business for anyone. Shop around, dont always settle for a company with the best ratings, as that sometimes will go the ego and not the quality.Bella Raven

Customer service is great, folks are nice but the pricing is pretty bad especially for Gildan brand shirts which are basic shirts you see at walmart.
