My wife and I have gone in to this location 3 different times looking to have our new home furnished by Pottery Barn. We entered the store and not 1 employee greeted us or even acknowledged us (on all 3 visits). We ended up going to Crate and Barrel in Summerlin where not only were we greeted and helped with seconds of walking in the door we were also able to work with their design expert right away. Crate and Barrel received our business and we were able to furnish our living area, kitchen and dining area for $20k. Its sad when you walk into a store that you love but cant even receive help. Sorry Pottery Barn but you guys need to get it together. Anyone who has experienced poor service at this location just go to Crate and Barrel and they will take amazing care of you!

Great products!A mix of modern and farm style fixtures and furniture. A little more farm furniture is present but that is the style nowadays.We came here since the they have a design studio specialist who is on hand to give you advise. If you would want them to evaluate your space or house, they will go to your home and make suggestions on potential changes.The cost is free y’all. Everyone should take advantage of this service

Great place and Matt was awesome to deal with. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and helped us out the whole time. I usually hate doing this type of shopping with the wife, but Matt made it easy and painless!

This is a drop ship company that gets most it’s items from out of the US. Once you place an order it can not be refunded until arrival- you will pay shipping charges. What the website states at the time of ordering is not the same after the items are purchased. Then you will get a confirmation with items as far out of arrival as 3 months. Order placed you will be told that the order is processed hence can’t be refunded until item is shipped 2-4 months out. DO NOT buy from website only if items are in store.

Sadly, it was honestly a horrible experience.I’ve been to many pottery barns in the past, and I love pottery barn but unfortunately this location was a very upsetting experience.We walked in grabbed a couple of things, I waited about 5 minutes for someone to check us out - while a group of 4 employees were busy speaking to one another, unfortunately no one cared so I left the items I intended to purchase.Thank God William Sonoma was next door :)!

Pottery Barn was great picked up some Christmas 🎄 ornaments.

I wish I had just ordered my new home office furniture from Pottery Barn online and skipped the help from the in-store people at this location. I love the pieces, but if I had ordered online i would have realized that I had to assemble the pieces myself (to make the sale, the in-store person lied and said Pottery Bern would assemble). Now Im scrambling to hire someone to help me assemble the pieces in time for my move (rest of my furniture are being moved by a moving company in a few days). SKIP THE STORE -- ORDER DIRECTLY FROM POTTERY BARN because then there are less unpleasant surprises and lies. Moving is so stressful and the lies I was told at this location are just making everything more stressful.

Good Social Distancing. Employee Did Not Believe In It. Actually Said After The Election Covid Would Go Away.

Always something wonderful to look at. Shopping made easy and fits in my house beautifully. The sea shells, lovely. Glad I stopped to shop.

As I am preparing for our new home, I am often here shopping and thinking and even buying now and then. I get so many ideas, their inventory is creative and the prices seem in line with other good shops.

They have the softest most durable towels on sale often

High quality home decor. They always have great items, my wife drags me here every time we are in the area.

My experiences previously with different Pottery Barn stores pottery has been hit or miss. I love the products but the staff sometimes ignores you or is rude. I shop at this because the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service. Older sales ladies were chatting away. Failed to greet me as I entered the store. Greeted other ladies of European ancestry. Victoria, PhD
