After an almost 15 year break I decided to get back into bowling... I decided to go to Haynes Bowling and talk to them for their advice on a new ball... had a great talk and bought a Rubicon at their recommendation. They took their time with me and drilled it while I waited. My first game back wasnt pretty, but the ball felt good and the issue was my lack of flexibility, my age and weight... so I lost weight and got more active and my next outing was 3 games and I was much improved... this ball is perfect for me.. I have never had a ball style and been fine with no adjustments at all... but I wouldnt change a thing about this one. 5th, 6th and 7th games were awesome... averaged 190 with a 238 on the last game... not bad for an old, fat bowler 😀 anyway Haynes has a new loyal customer and I thank them for their time and expertise.

The owners are amazing and the staff is top notch, especially Gary. He has helped me on a few occasions. I would strongly recommend Haynes, if youre a beginner, because they take the time to talk and explain things and their selection is great. They have everything you can think and may need for any stage youre at with bowling.

I’ve never had any bowling equipment before and the lady that helped me was really great. She shared great knowledge of the products and was more than happy to help. I got one of their bowling package and was satisfied. They finished all the job needed to be done even after the closing hours. Really helpful and friendly towards anyone. Will be back again for future needs.

My girlfriend and I went to pick up me up a new ball and fix the drilling on her ball. We ended up leaving with new shoes, ball rags, and more. The customer service here is absolutely amazing. John and Zack were amazing in giving us information to make the best choice in the equipment we purchased, even if it was the less expensive option. HiPurchased in mid November while on holiday from Northern Ireland a Ebonite gamebreaker3 pearl and a halovision got both drilled, great service and fitted to perfection.Improved average as drilling was accurately done, would recommend without hesitation.

My boyfriend and I enjoy bowling a lot and it was hard to find quality equipment used or brand new for the right price just anywhere. Here at Haynes bowling supply, the staff is always helpful and they all are very kind. Haynes bowling supply has A LOT of bowling balls, competitive pricing/price matching, LAYAWAY, and a myriad of used stuff ranging from moderate-heavy use, to like-new condition. I can definitely seeing Haynes becoming like another home away from home due to their one-stop-shop setup and super friendly atmosphere. After being treated like dirt at K&K I went to Haynes. They helped me get into the sport, answering any questions I had. I purchased the starter kit (ball, bag, and shoes) I paid a little extra for a better bag. A free towel (or shirt) was included and after having my first ball drilled and adjusted I came back to purchase my second ball. Love this place. Even willing to hop on plane or drive for 12 hours to come back here.

I am from Phoenix, Arizona and I walked in to buy a new ball because I was frustrated with the way my ball was performing and he took his time and asked me lots of questions and then before he even looked at my ball took measurements of my hand . He then asked to see my ball and low and behold my ball was not drilled properly for my hand. He kept my ball for a day made the corrections on my ball and had it back to me in time for a tournament I was bowling on Monday at noon. Now I am not a professional bowler by any means but I appreciate the time and care that he took to help me with my problem. The ball I was prepared to buy he told me was a less of an aggressive ball that I already owned and after drilling correctly for my hand my game has improved greatly. I am grateful that he took the time to talk me and just did not sell me a ball that I really did not need, but because of that the next time I need a ball I will drive up from Phoenix and buy it from them. They just have amazing customer service and care about there customers in a day and age that you dont see that very often. I would highly recommend this shop too anyone ! I went there to see how much it would cost to fix my 20 year old bowling ball. It was ripping my thumb up and I couldnt get a good grip on it. David knew exactly what to do to fix it and it was much less than what I was quoted from another shop. He plugged my thumb hole, redrilled it to fit my reach and replace my finger grips.I then asked them if they had 6 pound balls. My kids are just learning how to bowl and its always easier to bowl with a ball that actually fits your hand. They had quite a few to choose from and I got a great deal on the 2 balls.My husband stopped in the next day to see if he could get a ball and they were able to find him a ball in the weight he wanted, the color he liked and a very affordable price!We will be coming back for more!

So after talking with Rob on what I wanted reaction wise and etc we ended up punching out a iq tour 30th and fixed some fitment issues I had. And I could not have been happier with the outcome. Amazing ball and it was nice to see Rob measure 5times and cut once. We re did my existing hy road and spare ball fingers to fit my span better. Thank You very much. I will be back in the future.

I have been a customer of Davids for about 5 years and every single ball I have had drilled by him (Billy Platt and Corey Hofmann as well who used to work there) has been money every single time. As a friend of mine and loyal customer of his, he comes highly recommended. If you need expert drilling, advice on your game or equipment (especially if its a Storm or Roto Grip ball...hes on staff!), dont be afraid to seek him out! :)
