Im so happy to have found a reliable mechanic. Anyone who has lived in Las Vegas for a while has been through the mill trying to find a place to take your car. Called the day before to make an appointment for the next day. We were there when they opened, Lee took the information immediately then the car was taken in immediately. He gave us a ride home, and were just waiting on the verdict for what is wrong, and repair time. A VERY efficient shop.

Lee and his crew are top notch!!! I have been bringing my vehicles here since 2006. The team at Brakes Plus has kept all 4 of our vehicles running smoothly and TWO of our vehicles have 250,000+ miles on them. Not only are they good mechanics, but they are HONEST!!! If your car needs something, they will fix it, BUT more importantly, if your car DOESNT need something to be repaired, they wont tell you it does! I now live 25 - 30 minutes away from their shop and I still will drive (or have the vehicle towed if necessary!) to their shop for ALL of my repairs! This place is awesome. Went in to get my breaks checked and an oil change. I thought I was going to need all new breaks. Turns out It just need a little work. Another shop wouldn’t have hesitated to make money off of something that didn’t need to be done.

When I asked what the age was for the senior discount he laughed and said 85. Ive had my vehicle in several times for the same problem but mysteriously needed a different part and you guessed it not under warranty so a new cost. I have finally been able to talk my husband into letting me take to the dealership. Same problem but guess what? Different diagnosis, half of what I spent at brakes plus, I no longer have the problem. Run Run as fast and far as you can from these guys.

They do great work and they are honest. I wont take my cars to anyone else. They dont charge you the $$$$$$$ like a dealer. I llive in Henderson and it is worth the drive.

Took van here, brakes made noise leaving the shop, which is sometimes normal at first if they are new i guess i was told but literally 4 months later needed new brakes and roters again

I took my 2013 Toyota Prius to these guys, and they are awesome. Ive been actually going to these guys for years for other vehicles and even other hybrids. Sometimes people think that just because its half electric and half gas that only the dealer can work on them. So unless its under warranty these guys are not only affordable but they do a really good job and theyre honest. If for some reason they mess up theyll fix it because customer service is their key not just quality. Again I highly recommend them for all your Automotive needs. Thanks Lee...

Ive been coming to this Breaks Plus since I was 18 and Im 35 now. What they recommend is what you really need. Lee and his team have always been nice, knowledgeable and affordable.

Beware... This place on Lamb will get you if you dont know about cars.They loosen up 3 bolts on my crank housing so it will leak out radiator fluid. Better have a cam to watch what they are doing.

SCAMMERS, they wont even give you a set price on oil change, they will over charge and claim to have done a full inspection when i only asked for an oil change, not only that I Came in for a oil change and left with a messed up starter like whats wrong with you guys thats messed up i take care of my car way to good for some one to mess it up like i d idk nt have much money n i take priority in taking care of my stuff

My now X wifes Pontiac Aztec was always full of problems from poor design. Ive taken it to a few places but happened across these guys for a break job, they did the work quickly and the breaks worked great and the price was fair. And weve taken it back for any and all repairs since then and only had one issue where the battery wasnt charging after a repair. called their shop and they were out in 20min to jump us and took us back to the shop. they found a loose alternator wire and they fixed it. and although it was caused by the service i still expected to get a charge since it seems to be the way of the world and was pleasantly surprised when they apologized and gave us another car wash!

These guys are liars. They take advantage of women and lie about what is wrong with your car. Then they have the nerve to say thats the best price, you can ask anyone. I hope a reporter goes there with cameras in a car and puts them on 20/20 or The Lookout. Beware of this place. I ended up taking my car to the dealer. I paid more but I wasnt ripped off or lied to.

Brakes Plus is an amazing Auto Repair business, I have to say that Lee & Jeff run a honest business and I know when they work on my car that I am getting done exactly what is needed and they are not over charging me nor creating things wrong with my car. There have been times over the years that I was worried that fixing my car was going to be a huge bill, and more times than not it turns out to be a small repair to put me back on the road. Because of this honesty I will always take my cars to Brakes Plus and recomend them to my frientds, they will treat you right and are always fair.

Beware ladies, they lie! I went in for my rear rotors machined and pads replaced. They showed me via their computer that rotors worn below (.551) need to be replaced, which meant my rotors needed to be replaced at (.535). A $189 brake job wouldve cost me $349 plus tax at Brakes Plus. Infiniti dealership could machine my rotors because they were (.535) and not (.300), which are their requirements. Its shameful that places like Brake Plus exist. Brake Plus are piranha....thieves without a conscience. Im responding to every rating company I can find about Brake Plus.....crooks! Take my advice and go elsewhere....they didnt do my brakes, I was one of the lucky ones that got out if there.

I had my front brakes done a year later my rear brakes had heat damage To the desk come to find out my front brakes we’re still Brand new and had engaged do the fact that when they put the new calipers on the front they never bled the brakes so I took it back To be fixed eight months later the front left disc was completely wasted Once again due to the fact that never bled the brakes completely when they first put the Calipers on .Or the second time when they repaired it .so at this time I replace my rear disc twice and my front left disc twice yet they had the nerve to charge me to bleed the brakes on the third trip back GREG DAVIS sorry Lee that was unacceptable your ex long-term customer

Lee use to service all 6 of my trucks for my business He put a new motor in one truck I pd him 2800. up front cash They told me 3 to 4 days after like 2 to 3 weeks they got it done pushed it out back 1 of my subcontractors saw it and said I think they are finished I called they said its done I went over Lee excitedly went out back with me to start it voi la no battery them putting it behind shop someone stoled my battery Lee ran into his shop grabbed another battery then charged me for it I always let them smog my truck they did everything from tuneups to all major repairs for me he smogged that truck for me for the next 3 yrs 4 yrs later i tried to smog it the smog guy said cant smog it I asked why he said no smog pump I called Lee he said I wasnt going to put that old smog pump on that new engine i said why not you re used the carb and distributor and alternator Its The Law he said oh well I had to pay 1700. to get the new smog stuff thru not just carburetors I even went to the junk yrd to get another double groove pulley why? Because Lee put a single groove pulley on the motor the double groove has 2 grooves for 2 belts not just a single grrove ok I bought another truck took lee with me to inspect it he said good deal buy it i did I immediately took it to lee to put new brakes on it as well as other minor repairs like lights etc Lee put it on blocks and there my new money maker sat for over 7 months the day after i bought it BOGUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
