Bought a used vehicle from here and I was shocked with how easy the sales process was! Normally the sales people are all pushy and aggressive but not here! All of the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me all of the facts and let me take my time and make an educated decision. Then I was introduced to the service department. So, when I took my car in for its scheduled maintenance I was expecting it to be really expensive but it wasnt! The prices were very reasonable and the employees were very fast and friendly! I was always told not to go to the dealer because it was more expensive, but that isnt the case here. So next time maybe shop around and you will probably be surprised at what you find.

Tried to make a deal w Thomas. However, as photo shows of the communication. PC was to be included in deal which clearly shows $500 for such item with a note from Thomas - PC included. Then this morning Thomas asked me to pay $750 for said item PC - which would mean I’m being charged $1250 for said item and it’s not included in deal as message posted shows clearly.Also, work up sheet clearly shows the VIn and stock # with 6 miles. However, actual miles are 1405. Quite an oversight or mistake? This is not an honest way to do business. Complete waste of my time.Transparency is the honest way to do business. Don’t worry person who replies to reviews - the proof is posted. I’m more than happy to post the entire conversation if needed. No way to spin out of this one. It’s all in writing

Worst parts department I have ever dealt with. Literally was on the phone waiting for over a hour. Constantly getting hung up on. Put on hold multiple times. And then when I finally get someone to actually answer the guy hangs up on me again. After 2 hours of trying to get a part price and part number from them I gave up. Literally not worth my time. Fun fact. Fairway Chevy can get almost all Cadillac parts. Don’t waste your time with these people. Call Fairway Chevy. They actually answer. Cadillac has no idea what they are doing or they just don’t care. Either way make them your absolute last resort.

I went to this Cadillac and this was the worst treatment I have ever received. They over charge me on my oil change and motors for my windows, over $1000. My dad works at a dealership in Colorado and he told me what they were trying to do. Good thing I only got an estimate, I think they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a younger college student and don’t know much about parts on vehicles. Overall, my experience here was not good. I do not recommend coming here to get your cars worked on.

Our roadside technician Darron Peters arrived on time, he called before his arrival. He immediately assessed the issue I was having with the cars installed garage door opener and within seconds had it reprogramed. Due to circumstances beyond his control he was not able to program the security gate opener. His professional demeaner stood out and his friendly personality was infectious. His through knowledge of the Cadillac product was obvious.

Valerie made sure I was well informed about the vehicle before I purchased it, and on my first visit to look at the car offered a test drive which is one of the most important aspects about selling a car ensuring i loved it before I bought it. They made the paperwork process really easy and ill be recommending Cadillac Sahara to all of my family & friends. These guys are the real deal and are all about SERVICE which is just as important as the sale of the car itself.

Be careful, I had the transmission and differential fluid changed. Days later I noticed a leak in my garage floor that never existed before. I went to ask for guarantee and they charged me half an hour of service to identify the leak. The consultant also told me that he couldnt guarantee a car with 140,000 miles. Congratulations to those involved who took my car without any leaks and delivered a leaking car. You go to the dealership looking for an excellent service and people end up with its reputation. Unfortunately.

Just horrible, made an appointment was promised loaner, came down and was told there no loaners left for me. But this is nothing compared to their service and quality of the Cadillac’s navigation system is defective, some of the destinations you can’t enter manually or command verbally it’s exhausting and frustrating, the car has only 7000 miles, left window not closing automatically ( one click), trunk not opening automatically ( sometimes). Service nor general manager didn’t care. So navigation problem is clearly factory defect and my car is under warranty yet they still present me with repair order with preliminary estimate $179.00 to sign, I refused. So they didn’t take my car for service. Later I read the disclaimer that if I won’t sign, but verbally explained then they still have to service the car. General manager didn’t read even their own policy and when I showed it he just began blinking his eyes. When I was customer of Lexus I was treated royalty. I will complain to GM headquarter . So this is how they treat you at luxury premium American car company? Very upset and frustrated

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, The service advisor noted that there was a bolt in one of my tires. He arranged to get the tire replaced. The screen on y CUE was delaminating due to heat exposure and this was replaced as well, it was under warranty. I was provided a loaner while the required parts were ordered and am completely satisfied with the service. These guys are great!
This dealership has unbelievable service.I called 730am and spoke to Britton in service about a concern we had.We have a vehicle we store at the MGM for when our company exec and partners are in town. The battery was dead last night upon arrival of our guest and they could not use our 2020 escalade. We had three different roadside assistance dispatched and none of them could get it going.Britton from your dealer gave me Darrens number with your roadside team and he went to the MGM and found the battery was bad and replaced under warranty. He was were prompt and communicate with me the whole time. This is stellar service and this service makes the difference between Cadillac of Vegas and others. I wish I could rate 100 Stars . Kuddos to your team.For the record we are also a family owned dealer group in St. Louis Mo and the largest in the Midwest and I have to tell you It was great to see this. I am not one to review, but I couldnt be more upset with this dealership right now. Have been looking for days to find the right car and finally think we found one here. We called and were told due to COVID we had to make an appointment to test drive. No problem, right... We spoke with Fernando and Raul and informed them we could come in at a set time. We also let them know we had a good 45 min drive to get there as we live across town. When we arrive people are getting out of the car we were looking to test drive and then are told its first come first serve and these walk in folks were there first. No courtesy call as we are traveling across town, nothing but a shrug of the shoulders and a we are a first come first serve biz. Truly question what their service beyond that is like as this is quite telling... needless to say we walked out and will never go back. I understand first come first serve, but this was different. Dont waste your time here, they dont know what the term customer service means!

I can no longer recommend them. Because I was unable to purchase my warranty as promised so Findlay got me one same day. The manager reached out after my complaint it took months he was friendly but after being a 21 year customer spending aprox 100k I didnt feel taken care of and my extended warranty was not given after my first three years as promised. I wish them the best and hope they improve on promises in future. Watch your warranty and extended options. Get it in writing, I know better now
My appointment was at 7:30 a.m. 3 hrs later after no reply regarding the status of my vehicle. I personally had to go to his desk to get an answer.My vehicle had not been serviced st that point. Ultimately, 3 hrs later, around 2pm. I left the vehicle and used Uber for transportation home.Im not happy.
Saw a used, low mileage, Certified 2020 XT5 on several websites being advertised by Cadillac of Las vegas. I contacted them and Raul Sanchez_Ochoa arranged for me to test drive the vehicle the day before Thanksgiving. I told Raul, that we were not going to make any decision until after Thanksgiving. No pressure from him at all as most typical salesmen do to try to close a deal before we left the lot. We decided to buy the car on Black Friday and the transaction was quick and without any hassle. . I needed a few minor things addressed and Raul quickly scheduled an appointment with a loaner to have them done next week. I highly recommend Raul and Cadillac of Las Vegas. .

My husband asked the lady like everyone will asked, can the price be negotiable?. The lady put a serious face and said no. She made us feel uncomfortable, her treatment was not the same,, and for little she knew we already had the blank check from our financial institution. People should not be assuming or be careful with gesture. She lost a sale today due to type of customer service she provide.

Dropped off my 2019 Esv and received Horrible unprofessional service. incomplete work and very dishonest service team led by the service manager and Raymond. canceled my appointment the morning I arrived, told me to bring back loaner vehicle the next day because i cant drive my out of town guests sight seeing within the state, refused to return phone calls and didnt complete the job when the Escalade was picked back up.wonder if other Blacks have been treated this way..Definitely will be using platforms to shed light on this dealership and possibly allowing my Mom/attorney to deal with them.
If you buying a truck and transferring it out of state dont go here. Make sure you get the title and check if they are paying off your trade in in person since they will not send it.

Took our vehicle to get appraised there today, after the appraisal the headliner for the sunroof was falling down!! it was 100% not like that when we brought it in, they claim they didnt touch the sunroof because of it, totally bogus lie. They took pictures before the appraisal but of course none were of the headliner. they would not own up to it abd blatantly lied to my wifes face. i would strongly not recommend doing any business whatsoever with this dealership considering these are some of the shady practices they do. they should be ashamed with the way they treat customers, tarnishing the brand cadillac with bad, crooked service is unacceptable. shame on cadillac of west sahara.

Worst dealership to ever purchase a vehicle! Test drove a Escalade, complained about shaking. I asked the salesman Raul to take a test ride with me to see the issue. He stated this is how Escalades drive and have you ever owned an Escalade. (Bye the way this would be my 4th Escalade)They sent the truck to service and said they would replace tires. They replaced tires with a swap from another vehicle (used tires). The problem still was the same, they said truck was corrected. I sent the truck to an independent auto repair shop. After inspection, the truck needed new tires and struts and the brake rotors were glazed.I brought the inspection report to Cadillac of Las Vegas attention, the service department put 4 new tires, turned the rotors, told me the struts were damp and not leaking. So they refused to replace them. When i called to check on the status of my vehicle, they told me there was no vehicle in service under my name or phone number, unbelievable! Then with signing paperwork, when i was looking at the paperwork it was for the wrong customer and vehicle. Then i was called constantly saying i needed to sign more documents they forget (Carfax Report) . Im a cash customer, so i told them Im working and cannot come in to sign. So they said they said they would send a runner to my location to sign and bring my EDRS to register my vehicle. They sent the runner to sign the CarFax report, but did not bring the EDRS. I immediately called the dealership and was told they would mail the EDRS to me!This is the most unprofessional dealership Ive ever dealt with, from every department of services.I would not recommend doing businessBuyer beware!
I took my car in on a Friday morning and by Monday was told the problem. I had my car back by Wednesday and was given a car to drive in the meantime. Thanks to being under warranty I was taken care of free of charge. No complaints.

0 stars !!!! Absolutely horrible from sales to service. Purchased a pre-owned truck and was told it would be perfect time of delivery. Picked it up and it definitely wasnt it was worse then the first time we test drove it. Called the dealership right back and was told bring it back in, these was 2 days after purchase, it was serviced yet again and was told all set nothing wrong . Unsure if it was a technician that worked on it or a 5year old. I had a feeling it would not be corrected asked for my trade back and was told it was already sold. Drove the pre-owned truck half way down the road after picking it up again and it is still the same way . I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH WHAT A HORRIBLE and stressful experience this has been. Such scammers!!!! Besides all the issues with this truck they even messed up on paperwork, so unprofessional and not a friendly dealership . I will never purchase anything from this Cadillac store in the future and will tell everyone I know the same thing. I will be filing a complaint with the state of Nevada . THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE KIND OF DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They also tried changing the price on the buyers order $1,000.00 more then it was advertised for so if that isnt scammers I have no idea what is .Good luck if you go here to purchase anything
