I have been a Jaguar owner since 2016. The service is always exceptional. My service advisor, Brandon, has always gone above and beyond with everything needed for my Jaguar. I was said to hear that he had moved in July 2018. But to my surprise, he moved back and I was very happy to see him back at the dealership. Great Customer Service! Friendly! Knowledgeable!

It takes over 30 days to get an appointment. We have found that the service department is not up to par with other car dealers . Like my Audi dealer makes me feel like I just won a million dollars every time I’m there .

Our Jag issue was quickly and professionally resolved and returned bright and clean for its next adventure filled road trip! So we went to a few dealers including Lexus and Audi. The sales guys at Lexus Henderson was a joke and the Audi dealer was good. We ended up at Findlay Jaguar and let me tell you we were floored at how professional and friendly Justin was. The only downfall is he is a Bears fan and we are Packers fans lol. But seriously he was great to work with and did not BS us. It was quick and easy. We have never owned a Jaguar before so he made sure he went through every detail with us. If you want a salesman that is down to earth and can relate with you see Justin. We will return in the future.

STAY AWAY from this dealership and Jaguar all together!!!I purchased a Jaguar F pace and liked it until at 40k my engine died! It was taken to this dealership and they put in a second engine and that died (for lack of better word) then they put in another engine and turbo! The dealership would not give me a loner car! it was in the dealership for 7 weeks!! They also refuse to extend the warranty! way to stand behind your product Jaguar! I literally just got my car back and there are two new chips in the paint that were not there and the back of the car had oil all over it! I made a claim with Jaguar corporate and they would not do anything for me! The warranty is almost up and how can I sell my car that has had two motors and a turbo? FYI The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is because I could not post unless I at least gave 1 star. I would have loved to give them none!

Customer service is great here. I bought a used car and was treated the same as if I was purchasing a new car. After I purchased the car I had a issue with it and they were willing to talk and help me out with the problem. They do not put any pressure on you to purchase and want to make sure you take the time to get the right car. I highly recommend Jaguar Las Vegas whether you are buying a new or used car!

I had my Jag in for a $380.00 software update and was told I would get it back all washed and clean.I was wrong it looked the worst it had ever looked since I’ve owned it.The lot boy told me sorry it didn’t get done but if I wanted to wait another 30 mins They could do it!Really?They had an extra day as I was going to pick it up yesterday afternoon.I had my mother with me whom had just received Chemotherapy and she could not just sit there another 30 mins and wait.I doubt I will go back there again.Very unprofessional and I had to take it to a car wash after spending almost $400.00 to spend another $29.00 to clean it myself just to see out the windows.Very disappointed in that dealership of such high caliber!

I am very disappointed with the company period! I’ve recently received a urgent letter in the mail regarding a passenger airbag safety recall, I’ve been calling jaguar retailer here in Vegas for two days straight, I’ve left a voicemail I’ve spoken to someone in sales because no one in the service department never answered the phone nor did the operator, the person in sales took my number and name down and stated that he was going to give it to the person in service but yet no one had returned my calls. I’ve sent emails I called the 800# and no one has reached out to me, but yet I received a URGENT letter to call you guys ASAP to book a appointment. It’s fine I just pray nothing happens to me are my children while driving my Jaguar XF with this safety recall being effect.

The worst. Chris said he expects a 930a appointment for an oil change to be ready by 4p.That is correct....I did pick vehicle at 230p. When I shared with him my disappointment in a 5 hour wait for an oil change....his reply was that he would expect a 4p delivery. He was pointing out that I got it out early.

Absolutely absurd that the only way to prepay for a part for a 2006 Jaguar is to go in to the pars center, pay, and sign and receipt. There is no way to pay over the phone or online.

On February 2 I went to the jaguar due to a airbag recall on my 2010 jaguar xf, I know it is a free job but is unacceptable waiting 2 hours after the due time, I received a text message at 4:30 that the car was ready and I left the dealer after 7 pm,This is a disregard, since the beginning of the service I was asked by Robert if my car has a rebuilt title and maybe they cant do the service, he asked me if I have the title with me. Even with my registration and id in hand he was able to write my name wrong and it took me 3 days contacting Jaguar to find the recall invoice. I believe that regardless if the car is good or not the service has to be the same quality and Cordiality as a brand new car. I will not go back to this Dealer never anymore.

Worst customer service!!! They forgot to put my service appointment in the system when I called to schedule it and when I arrived for my service not only did 5+ employees walk right by me without asking if I needed any assistance, the one person I was able to flag down couldnt find my appointment in the system and was insisting that I must of scheduled with another Jaguar dealer until I showed him my call log which had their phone number.

I showed up without appointment, which is something that is not advisable at such a busy dealership. However, my advisor, Marvin Edwards, took care of me, just as if I made a legitimate appointment. His personal touch is something that you can’t pay for – if you could, it would cost a lot. Ask for Marvin.

The services dept. is totally indifferent to their customers. I went there because the engine light was on, the appointment scheduler on their website was booked a month out - really couldnt afford to wait that long. The service consultant that came to talk to me had 0 empathy, not helpful at all. I get everyone is busy, but heck youre talking to a customer, showing some respect and trying to find solutions together goes a long way. Really missing the Gaudin guys.. They werent perfect, but were much better than this.

How would you like to pay big money for a 2016 Jaguar, have problems with the car after 6,000 miles, and find out the dealership CLOSED! Yes, the same dealership that spent thousands on a big party for its customers to introduce their two new models closed the doors a few weeks later with no notice. I found out I have to take my car to the Land Rover dealer who has to wait to fix it while hiring Jaguar technicians.Weak Gaudin Motor Group....very weak. Future buyers of any Gaudin vehicles be wary...this is not a reputable company.

Recently, I went to Jaguar Las Vegas hoping to test drive a 2014 F-Type. I was greeted by Glen Testamark. He was very helpful and informative as he broke down the details of what life with an F-Type would be like during my test drive. He was not pushy at all unlike most car salesmen.After the test drive, I was sold, but to my surprise Glen had a 2016 available for the same price that I was quoted for the 2014. It was a no-brainer. Initially, I was working with Carmax on a purchase and to my surprise Glen was able to, not only get a 2016 for me at a lower price, but it was Certified and came with a valuable warranty with only 22,000 miles and a few other options. To this day, he is still a phone call away. He has helped with various services and he is even helping me with getting the registration for the car, so I dont have to waste precious time at the DMV.Go here and REQUEST Glen Testamark. You will not be disappointed!

My friend and I visited Jaguar Las Vegas to purchase one and possibly two F-Paces. After having owned two Jaguars I was really excited. As we exited our car the first thing we noticed was no customers and no salespeople. All of the salesmen were in the showroom in a group watching a sporting event. We asked for help and got a bunch of dirty looks for interrupting them. A salesman took us out to the one F-Pace they had on the lot. He knew nothing about the car or its competition. He kept using the words luxury and elite but could not explain why even a Lincoln MKX has more torque (380) with its eco boost engine and has a much more luxurious interior. In fact, according to my research, all of the competitive SUVs are more technologically advanced. His only response was you can get that in the $70K-80K model or I would not want that in my car. He was not smart enough to realize that this was my car not his. The exterior and interior was nothing special. The salesman was rude and obnoxious the whole time. He wanted to go back to his sporting event. By the end of the day my friend bought the 2017 Lincoln MKX which at $53K is more powerful, luxurious and technically advanced. Not wanting to go to another Findlay dealership we went to Team Lincoln and had a great experience. I bought the Porsche Macan Turbo, which has much better performance and is more comfortable to drive, and has more advanced technology than the Jag and am extremely happy with it. It was less money than the top of the line F-Pace. I had heard that Jaguar had been purchased by Tata Motors of India and had really gone downhill. That is definitely the truth.

I just bought a 2014 Jaguar xk from here and I have to say.......It was smooth and non painful experience to buy a car here. Mike Shiffman was super professional in everyway. From making the deal, explaining all paperwork and going over the car. What a true leader to this place.I bought many of cars in the past and had to deal with ripoff creeps trying to get every dollar out of you but not here. Mike Shiffman treated me like family and fought for me to make sure I was super happy with my purchase and got the best deal possible.
