Alex was super helpful and entirely forthright and honest. The whole shop seems like its got exactly the inventory you need, and well get it put into your vehicle for exactly the right price. I appreciate being able to have a trustworthy audio shop near me.

Initially did business with Las Vegas Car stereo in July of 2020. They helped me get “new” subs and an amp. 9 months later my system failed and I took it back to them to diagnose... they told me that the “brand new” amp they had sold to me failed and that there was no warranty. Then they immediately tried to sell me a new amplifier with installation for a total of $400 and it just didn’t feel right. I went home and called Rockford fosgate (the amp’s manufacturer) to see if my amplifier was eligible for their 1 year warranty and it turned out the amp that Alex sold me was actually from 2013. (I purchased it in 2020 along with the installation and they told me it was brand new)I see other reviews saying these guys are liars and thieves and after speaking with them and their refusal to make things right I have to confirm all of this to be true. If your kid wants to get a sound system or you are looking to improve your current sound system I’d recommend working on it yourself or just going to any other shop in town because these guys aren’t trust worthy they’re just unloading used stuff and installing it as quickly and sloppily as possible.

I came here recently because my radio completely stopped working. I have a honda civic 2006. I came here and they were so friendly. Alex was so friendly and worked around my price range. He gave me options and told me everything would be fixed. I ALMOST got my radio fixed at audio express and I am so glad I did not. They were not very friendly and are overpriced. When I came to Las Vegas Car Stereo they were patient and kind. I would recommend coming here 10/10.

My experience here wasnt really the best! We agreed on a price for my set up and the amp he supplied me with kept turning off on me cus it wasnt powerful enough for my subwoofer since it was a cheap amp! Then he told me it was too weak and I had to pay 40 bucks more for a more powerful one which I felt like a rip off! And after they installed my stuff my car was returned with plastic parts in my cat broken! Unsatisfied!!!!

This shop is over priced and has zero Customer service the owner doesn’t honor his warranties total backyard installation bought my radio within 60 days I returned 3x to fix issue of going out u would think after two times replace the item he advised me to spend more money (he’s the one who offered me this one) the owner however with with cheap swap meet products I should have known I would never recommend going here to anyone with sense you should listen to your phone with a broken speaker and cracked screen before going here

Quality install and products at a good price. Went back for a little bit of tuning after a couple of months just as a preference, and retuned right away without any hassle. Many others out there would have put up a fuss about something like that. Will definitely recommend!

Great place and nice people, went in because i needed some door speakers for my car, and the prices that I was quoted was reasonable, and in my price range, they got me in and out in the time frame they stated. I recently found out the hard way, that my door Chim doesnt work anymore and also the speakers that i had installed sound terrible, even after having the time to try to get them dialed in, still sounds the same... maybe its the cheap $99 a set speakers I purchased ???? So if youre new to audio system, know what your getting !!!

Grest customer service. Didnt try and over-sell me. Told them what I was looking for and they made a couple of suggestions. Upgraded me at no extra charge. Absolutely have no idea what so ever on how to install a high end car stereo. They will Lie about anything they think they can get away with and take every shortcut possible with their only goal to finish the work and get paid with no regard to the quality of the instillation. When I think of good customer service I think of Las Vegas Car Stereo. Originally went to these guys for a replacement antenna motor for my vintage corvette. Some may know that that is one complicated fix. The guys took me in and stayed late to get my motor replaced and working. About a week later I was having some lighting issues with my car so I turned to them seeing I just had the antenna motor replaced and I figured the issue could have been related. I explained to the guys over the phone what was going on and they were confident that is wasnt the antenna and explained why. They still had me come in so they could check it out. They were able to pin the issue down to a shorted fuse which they replaced on the spot for me with no charge. Definitely would recommend going here for any stereo related subjects. These guys are definitely the subject matter experts and refuse to cut corners. Ask for Alex when you go in, awesome dude.

Very disappointed. Hubby asked them to install an Ingenix stereo that he had previously purchased from the Internet. They quoted $150 for install. Twice they called to raise the price so we agreed since they already had my car. Final install price was $200. The stereo works for 15 minutes then the software is possessed. When hubby brought it in to complain, they said those stereos never work right. That would have been helpful to tell us upfront. Now we are back to square one and going with a reputable place that doesnt take peoples money just for profit. Too bad for them because my friend is also shopping for a stereo. They would have had instant customers if I were pleased.

I walked in last Sunday to discuss my options for a complete stereo system around 11am and they close at 3 but after talking to him for about 30 minutes I decided I wanted a complete system installed right then and the guys stayed open until 6 just to finish my car. The guy there was completely professional and knowledgeable about car stereo systems. They didnt have the deck I wanted in stock because it was too new but they found it for me on a Sunday! The stereo is amazing and the installation is flawless! They went above and beyond mounting my amps on carpeted boards and concealing all of the wires with a second carpeted board. These guys are hands down the best in Vegas and I will highly recommend them over any other stereo shop in Las Vegas!! Thanks guys for such an amazing job!! Much appreciated!!! Camry Guy!

Im visiting from Sacramento, Ca. Needed a stereo upgrade, called Las Vegas Car Stereo, received great service got a good price and was in and out in less than an hour. Very satisfied.

Oh man I gotta tell you this place is genuine, quick, and cheap! I got a 1 channel amp installed with the subwoofer and converter for only $90. Audio Express tried to charge me $220+. LVCS did it in an hour and they are negotiable on prices.

I shopped around and these guys had the best prices in town. The service was awesome, they were extremely helpful. I definitely recommend them. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

Dont go here if you want to save and build a system or if your a novice. This place has only 1 type of expensive tweeters kicker. The rep said kicker is name brand! I dont pay for names I pay for quality. Only a novice would get anything kicker. Tweeters are the least expensive piece and apparently this place sucks to even suggest I pay for the name. Lastly I rock a Fasgate 1000w amp with (3) twelve inch JBL subs... That type of thing you can expect to pay for.

This dude could not get me out the store fast enough. Told me a basic pioneer unit that I searched and found for $89 at most places was going to cost me $220 installed. Seemed like they didnt want to help at all and prices were terrible. I hate leaving bad reviews but I could not feel less wanted at a place of business.

I came in to upgrade my old 2002 subaru WRX to a Bluetooth unit. I was looking at a couple comparable units. He let me upgrade to a nicer one for the same cost as the others. It installed within an hour. They even reconnected my door speaker that had stopped working, free of charge. Alex was extremely friendly and personable. Plus I wasnt pressured into any additions or upgrades. Professional work and I felt like they took care of me.

I called this morning to speak to someone about my car stereo issue. Before i could say much the guy on the phones tells me my amp is bad and I need a new one that its not enough power to run my 2 8kicker speakers and 2 6kicker speakers he knew this before I told him what my problem is. Hes to smart and can read minds.. anyway. Before I could explain what issues are going on he said I know what the issue is. I have 25 yrs experience and said he cant help me and obviously didnt care about the actual issue thats happening. I own several limos in vegas and I own the company. Your customer service sucks and if you think im ever going to give you my business, youre sadly mistaken. You lost my business forever!!!! This guy thinks he knows it all without diagnosing the real issue.
