Took two of my cars here to get tinted. One with the Groupon and other cash. Honestly they were both done beautifully.

So It took over a month to get an appointment.Not to mention I did my pre-appt consultation and they asked if I had previous tint I told them yes. They didnt mention a fee of 125 dollars would be applied on top of the price of the coupon. So its not really that good of a deal at all.My last issue is that I paid for the package yet they didnt complete everything. The forgot to do windshield visor. They made made mess of my car. I can clearly see streaks of solution were left running down the interior doors.Wouldnt advise buying Groupon

Spoke with Ismael on my first visit. He’s super friendly and explains everything well enough for me a person who doesn’t understand audio stuff that well to know what’s going on. I had 2 10 shallow mount kickers put in with Tint installation as well. Everything looks, works, and sounds great. I wasn’t able to get the gentlemen’s name who actually worked on my truck but he also tested out the system and explained a little bit about it. Will definitely take my Colorado or future cars and friends here 10/10

This is not a good place to spend your money cause thats all they want is your money no good guarantee. If something is not working the next day your just out of luck cause now there so busy they my not get to see what the problem is for a week or 2. Customer service was great! Someone cancelled their appointment so I got to come in early and they got me all settled and started working on my car right away! Beforehand they even showed me what tint they have and see how each tint percentage feels like against heat.

Took my car here today to get tinted and rear speakers installed. Dropping my car off was a breeze. They had my vehicle the entire day. I picked up my vehicle a few minutes before they closed. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed they left a huge mess. My panel near the rear speakers were pretty drenched, as well as the trunk in whatever sticky solution they use to apply the tint. Also found trash everywhere from the installation of the speakers in my trunk and back seats. Along with some sort of glue, gum like residue that was rubbed into and left on my carpet in my trunk. Also did not clean up the wiring. Left all the wires hanging down into my trunk. Stay away! These people are slobs! I will never take my vehicle back here again!

Came in for tinting as scheduled only to find out that there is a regular paying customer schedule and a Groupon paying customer one. However, they were able to fit my other vehicle in. Customer service was really good. Professional and courteous. Shop is clean and customer area clean.I pick up my car in couple hours and will update review...Picked up vehicle. Looks good! I am someone who tinted windows for 10 years therefore am particular. This was a great job with no noticeable lint/dust. Very happy with result and would absolutely recommend LV Audio/Tint.

I love good customer service. I stopped by to get them to have a look at my TV cameras. They took the time to look at the cameras and gave me an honest opinion. That’s what’s most important to me is someone being honest and up front. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for the same.

I had a terrible experience with this place I guess cause Im a woman an came in by myself for a nice radio which I was told I was over charged an it stop working the next day an started smoking I called to see if they could take a look at whats going on with it an was told they were booked for the next week which I had to go to another shop because it was installed wrong an wires were burnt out, Im very disappointed in this shop I encourage you to shop else where..

This place is a joke. It does take a while to get someone on the phone. As soon as i do get someone to answer i tell them i bought a groupon and they scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks later which is today. Drive 20 min there for them to tell me my appointment must have been erased because i didnt redeem the coupon with them while booking the appointment. Now i wonder how i would know that if no one said that to me on the phone even though that was the first thing i said after hi. He only asked me to come in to see if i had old tint film to remove which would cost 150 more which is understandable. But why do i have to come before if you cant charge me for services weeks before i even come. You should be able to let me know at my appointment. He told me he didnt want to charge me extra if i didnt have any tints. like youre writing up a bill for me to pay before i even get there

They fixed the problem with my Viper remote starter/security system so quickly. I walked in as soon as they opened to try and squeeze my car in without making an appointment because I knew it would be a quick fix. They took me in and I was on my way 30 minutes later. Very fast and very professional!

Jesus performed a miracle on my Slingshot! lol He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job setting up my alarm system and light switches. He made sure the system was set up just the way I wanted it and went through all the features until I felt comfortable with each one. Definitely going back to these guys. I installed an amp and subs in my Silverado but I needed someone to help me mount the amp and tune the system. LV Audio came through big time. They got me in the next day and charged me about half the price all the other shops quoted me for the same work. They also exceeded my expectations by cleaning up my wiring and making it look nice and clean. I highly recommend LV Audio!!

I brought my sons car in to have a amplifier installed& to have the rest of his stereo system fixed. I was a given a flat price with NO surprise fees or add ons ! This is a late review. I purchased a auto start system 15 July of this year. They were super friendly and efficient in shop. A day or two after the installation I noticed the system was not functioning right, it kept turning off when it ran for more than a minute, additionally they did not assist configuring the smart start phone app like they had said they would. I called and was told I would be called back, never received a call back. This happened 3 days in a row, even when I spoke to the installation technician. Ive called other times during this time period but nobody answers.Lately my car has been making arcing sounds from the steering wheel assembly, leading me to believe some wires are making contact in there. I called earlier today, again, no answer. They were great while I was there; however, the post installation service has been terrible.

They dont pick up their phone had to call more than once to get someone, and the way they handle things on Groupon is a little sketch. They wanted me to open my voucher before I came in the store, mind you the appointment is 3 weeks away and I just didnt feel comfortable with that. I went elsewhere and shortened my appointment to next week.

Excellent service!! I went to LV Audio and Customs to have the windows tinted and 2 way alarm installed on my wifes truck. The appointments were schedule a few weeks out because they were so booked but they called me when an earlier appointment opened and I was in within less than a week. Everyone was really friendly and professional. It was also nice, being a veteran, to go their website and see the appreciation they have for vets and they even offer a military discount! I will definitely be returning to LV Audio and Customs to have more work done!

Very happy with my window tint! My technician was Ismael, he went through the various options and tint levels and gave me his professional opinion as to what was best and why. The tint looks amazing and definitely makes a difference in the sun/ heat blocking. They did have a waiting area with a couch, tv, and water so I was set. The time estimate for the job was spot on. I would highly recommend their services!

Mike and his staff are super professional and the products are great. The price is reasonable, but was on the high side compared to their competitors. I went in for a full ceramic tint and they explained everything in detail and got it done on time. My only gripe would be that the small windows on the A pillar were not done. They did tell me ahead of time that they couldnt do it due to accessibility, but it would have been nice to try. Other than that, great job.

He charged tried to charge me $200 to install my own music! Lol never again

I visited the shop on Thursday and made an appointment for Saturday (2/6/16). During the consult, they showed me the difference between the types and shades of tint along with what is not only legal/illegal in Nevada but also in other states. I was sold on the ceramic tint as very little heat actually comes through, even on at 70% (almost clear) tint.I got my Jeep Wrangler windows tinted while I relaxed on their couch and watched a little TV. About 1/4 of the way through the job, they called me into the shop to sit in the drivers seat and let them adjust the height of the sun/glare strip at the top of the windshield so it would be comfortable while driving. As the job was almost complete a couple came into the shop to price out tint & see what was available. They were having a hard time visualizing what the tint would look like applied on a vehicle and how much light is actually let in once all windows are tinted. The employees first asked me if I minded, then showed the couple my windows as it was roughly what they were looking for. I was impressed that LV Audio would go the extra mile to explain and show what they were getting, rather than just going for the final sale.After I left the shop, I did a boomerang and came right back. I noticed when the Sun hit the tint, it looked different than the back windows that were factory tinted. Michael came out and spent the time to explain to me the difference between window tint and actual tinted glass from the factory. From the outside it looks exactly the same and I could only notice a slight difference from the inside when direct sun was hitting it.Over all they did an awesome job and know their craft inside and out. A definite recommend!*UPDATE* 4-15-2020Original tint is still in perfect shape and holding strong. Came back today to install tint on my 2019 Ram. These guys are awesome and know their stuff. I have already recommended and will recommend again to anyone needing a tint job!

Very unprofessional. Went in to the store on a saturday, because they never answer their phone or respond to voicemails left on their answering machine. Had a groupon for window tint, he asked for the verification, otherwise his guys would erase our appointment. We gave him the verification number from groupon, and set the appointment for three weeks later. Went in three weeks later and our appointment did not show up. At which point he said they didnt do appointments for groupon on saturdays and blew us off. Even though he was the same person we talked to and set the appointment up with from the get go. He then ignored us and started with other customers. At which point we left and are in the process of getting our money refunded from groupon. Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

This review is long over-due. About 3 weeks now I visited LV Audio.The installation went smoothly and I could not be happier. They were by far the most competitive and fair price of all I had done with my truck.I would def recommend for any audio installations based on my experience with them.The install process was pretty quick -usually within an few hours while a waited with my daughter. We have a Toyota Sequoia and the previous owner did a total hack job on the video and audio system the put in it. Well my wife has been driving it for two years now without a working stereo. We finally decided to get it fixed and we came here. It needed new speakers, a bed deck and new wiring top to bottom. JD and his son here were so good to us that I think I’ll have them over on Thanksgiving. That’s how grateful I am to have these professionals doing the hard work. Everything went smoothly and the price was great! My good wife drive it for two years without anything working so to celebrate we drove California the day after JD finishes and our kids got to watch movies on the pull down screen the whole way. Mike and Jose did an amazing job on my audio system for my 22ft wake board boat. Custom work was done to make the speakers look and perform phenomenally. Mike was in constant communication with me giving me updates on how the installation was going. I called LV Audio and Customs and set up a 1 o clock appointment for window tint on my Solara a week ago, on the day of the appointment they called me to confirm my appointment which I thought was awesome. The moment I walked in the front door the receptionist greeted me right away. She helped me a great deal in selecting how dark I wanted my tint and was very knowledgeable about their products. After I chose how dark I wanted my tint they drove my vehicle to the back and got to work right away. I didnt stick around until the vehicle was done only because it was gonna take up to 2.5 hours, so I got a ride home. They called me 30 minutes prior to the vehicle being done, when I arrived the vehicle was already parked out front. Before I got out of the car I could already tell that the quality of their job was outstanding! Before leaving they give you detailed instructions on how to maintain the tint and go over the warranty of the tint which has a life time warranty. Im a Marine Corps veteran and they provide a discount to anyone who is a vet and/or is active duty or in the reserves, very impressive! Overall, the customer service was outstanding, the quality of tint is awesome and I would recommended LV Audio and Customs to anyone!

I used groupon to have my cart tinted and Ismael helped us choose the better tint for the windshield. Their samples in the store available are really useful in choosing what’s best for your car. Of course I chose the infrared tint as it blocks heat and you know in vegas it is really hot so this is advisable.Thanks Ismael and Kevin!

These guys have taken such good care of us, I could not be happier. I had them do my tint on a Groupon, and they will be my customization shop from now on. Just had them install a remote start in my wifes car (a must have in Las Vegas!) and it took them a couple hours, and you would never know it was an add-on, it works like it was installed at the factory! Jose made sure to show my wife how to use it, and took great care of her car. Clean shop, comfortable waiting room, and helpful staff. Dont bother going anywhere else, these guys do the best work in Vegas.

Don’t purchase a service with them through Groupon. I waited two weeks for my scheduled appointment only to be told the day prior they’d have to push back the appointment indefinitely since the guy who does it is out and they don’t know when he’ll be back. The guy I spoke with was friendly and the area was clean but I was unable to get the service.

I went to LV Audio & Customs to get my CUSTOM dream aftermarket stereo system, window tinting, and 2-way Viper alarm when I first got my Camaro beginning of this year. The staff here is very friendly and courteous. I have not had any problems with my tint as the installer did a great job. The price was not bad for all 4 windows either. Whenever I have a question, they are there to answer it. I have come back to this shop multiple times to add more aftermarket accessories to my car since my first time as a customer. I belong to a car club and I have recommended all of them to come here for their quality installation and service as do I recommend any who reads this. The members of staff really know their trade and it shows in their work.

Happy with the product while it worked. But when it stopped working, they were difficult to deal with and made it practically impossible to get service. I tried for a month to get an appointment on my day off and they always had an excuse why they couldnt see me on that particular day. I finally took a week off work and got an appointment to have it fixed today at 3:30. At 2:30, they call me to tell me yet again that in spite of my appointment, they cant take my truck at the scheduled time. They ask me to come in at 5:30 and I agree. I make the hour drive to get there, they spend half an hour with it and tell me I need to come back next week because they are booked for the rest of the week. I explain that this wont work because I have a buyer (that is expecting this product to work) that wants to buy the truck this weekend. I dont plan to own the truck next week. Their response? Rather than trying to accommodate me, all they did was remind me that the warranty is not transferable. So, sucks to be me, sucks to be the next guy.Well, I finally got the hint. It doesnt matter how far I bend over backwards to get this fixed. They will not give an inch. I really wish I hadnt sent the referrals I did. They are quite accommodating to get a product sold and installed. Just dont look for help from them if theres ever a problem.

Great customer service, took my sons car in to get tint redone. Quick turn around and looks great. Thanks I will be back for all my car audio or tint needs.
