We love to grab a cheese platter from here when we come into Vegas. Its a great thing to have to snack on while in your hotel. Everything tastes amazing and worth every penny! We especially like the truffle cheeses. The service there is top-notch, as well! Great people! (We would have added a photo but it was so good, we ate most of it, already!)

I could not be more impressed with my trip to cured and whey. It wasnt until after I left the store that I could say that Ive had my first artesian experience.As I walk in they were setting up a platter to be professionally photographed. This platter was nothing short of a masterpiece, but it wasnt for me. As soon as I told the person helping me that my hotel room didnt have a fridge and this was for a snack/light dinner, they knew the right amounts for my order. I got to try a bunch of samples, then they just knew how to make my aspirations become a reality.When I was paying for my order, the owner popped out of the kitchen and asked us if we wanted to try something he was making. It was some Italian dish that was excellent, and then he came back with a different sample to try back at my room.While I waited outside for my Uber, I decided to go back in to see if theyd let me take a picture of that platter. The whole staff had sat down to eat a meal together, but they didnt mind my intrusion at all. In fact, the whole staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and WANTED me to have a genuine experience. This is, without a doubt, THE best cheese destination in Vegas!

This place exceeded all our expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and very welcoming. The selection of cured meats and cheese were delicious and we were guided with welcomed advice throughout our visit. 10/10 would recommend going in for a snack or to place an order for an event of any size!

Following Cured & Whey on IG for some time now and finally popped in with the hubby to check it out. The staff was so kind and were more than happy to share info and answer questions. They were very knowledgeable about their products. We finally opted for a small charcuterie board and a glass of wine for each of us. They asked about allergies and our preferences and proceeded to create a personal board to more than satisfy our tastebuds. We were so impressed with their selections and the marrying of different flavors of cheeses, meats, sweets, etc... and ohhhh that lemon marmalade! Beautiful presentation and just the right size for the two of us... This just made the list of our favorite eateries and well be back to try other options on their regular menu.

Insanity. Off the strip. Its actually a cheese distributor with a quaint little bistro. Made us a gorgeous board, and the wines are excellent ... unpretentious ...

We ordered sandwiches and a charcuterie board for my friends bridal shower. So yummy and delicious!!! They cut the sandwiches into 3rds and there was plenty for everyone. The charcuterie board was a huge hit and looked beautiful visually. My friend was super happy with the food we ordered. Im so glad we choose Cured & Whey. The staff was also very friendly and easy during the whole ordering process!

Definitely do not recommend.We had a event in Vegas, ordered over $1000 worth of trays. Plus dessert.They would not deliver up to the room, ( we offered to pay their fee for it as well as a generous tip) but they didnt want to mess with it.The trays arrived missing any crackers or bread and they promised that a generous amount of both were included. The desserts were terrible. Cookies and cinnamon rolls tasted like they were 3-4 days old, hard and dry.When we called them about the forgotten crackers and bread he replied I am an hour away, sorry. When we asked if somebody else could bring them he refused.Do not waste your money.So disappointed.

Phenomenal experience amazing food

I was planning a special engagement proposal for my girlfriend at the time. I ended up finding out that Cured & Whey did drop offs at Khourys Fine Wine & Spirits. I was given a direct email address to Brian over at Cured & Whey and he was amazing. He was responsive and catered to my request to build a beautiful charcuterie board for my proposal night. They gave me a great deal and the board was absolutely stunning. It made the engagement proposal a very special experience.Thank you to Brian Mosko and the entire team over at Cured & Whey. Stopped by to see how it is, small shop lots of goodies inside. Ordered a French and a Italian sandwich big wow going on, plenty of food, best sandwich Ive had in awhile. They also make cheese and charcuterie boards too cant wait for a party.

This place is amazing! Their food that they serve all looks delicious, as does all the specialty food, including all the meats and cheeses in the cases.I ordered the honey truffle grilled cheese sandwich. It was gooey and fantastic. It had the perfect amounts of honey and truffle spread on it so that it was not too sweet or taste too strongly of truffles. I could smell the truffle when it was put down in front of me though, so you dont get just a little on it. The amount was just perfect.I also sampled about a half dozen cheeses from the case. Every one that I tasted was great. There were definitely a few standouts though. The Paradisio (Blue) was probably my favorite. It is actually super creamy, which is normally not associated with a blue cheese. I also really liked the Bijou. It is a goat cheese, but it almost looks like a brie. It has a bit of a rind and is very creamy in the center. So great. The Manchego that is aged for 12 months is also fantastic. I was expecting it to be harder, almost like a parmesan by the looks of it, but it was definitely still easy to eat. And it tastes great, too.The meats that I tried were great. I ended up taking some Prosciutto home because it was so good. I also got some Bresaola and it was AMAZING! I had never had it before. I am definitely getting it every time that I come back in.They also have a little freezer section that has things like quail, fois gras, duck, and ice cream. As well as much more.In summary, you should go here. You will not regret it.

I cannot say enough about this place, Michael the owner is wonderful to speak with and engauged with his customers which shows in his employees and his employees are just fantastic!! They are welcoming beautiful people who are top notch at what they do! I love this place! Please try everything they offer you will not be disappointed!! Great food is often surrounded by Great People!!

I really hate that I am reviewing this joint. I feel like I am revealing a super secret spot and that its going to blow up. Oh well here goes nothing. This is a supreme deli and charcuterie joint that caters mostly to chefs, but they do make some incredible sandwiches that will make you want to punch somebody they are that delicious. Super friendlies staff the counter. Im telling you folks, if this is where top Chefs in the valley are shopping, you have got to give it a try. And by try... I mean the Spaniard (its an awesome sangwich).

In a world where cheap nasty sandwich stores dominate the landscape this spot truly stands out. Very good sandwiches, friendly staff and chill environment. Highly recommended.

Everything is very fresh. Good meat, cheese and lunch items daily. They even have caviar in a little fridge.

This place is around the corner from my office and is consistently good. The menu is not that huge but what they do, they do really good. The Duck Reuben is great there are lots of exotic cured meats you dont see other places.

One of my absolute favorite places in town! Every sandwich is so good and they have such an amazing selection of meats and cheeses. The staff is so friendly and sweet too. I have gotten a few charcuterie boards from here as well and they were always on point! Definitely give this place a try!

Absolutely amazing! The ladies were so incredibly nice helping us select a charcuterie board and explaining all of the cheeses and meats. We paired it with some of their European beer selection and had an wonderful time. We absolutely will be back!

Found this sandwich/cheese/cured meats little place purely by accident, and Im so glad we did!!The food is phenomenal.They have a wide variety of cheeses and meats to taste, and 300+ in the back. There is a certified cheese monger from France who is very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Next time, well do the sandwiches and do some tastings!

What an amazing collection of charcuterie!! Meats, cheeses, salts, oils, sweets, everything you need to build your own board (or have them build one for you!). Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to give recommendations and samples!Also, the food is amazing! Duck reuben, grilled cheese, pizza bianco, Northern Italian are my tops (and I still havent tried them all yet).But lets talk service, because they blow this out of the water. We arrived on Christmas Eve and it was late--they were waiting for a couple of last pick-ups so they could close. The sandwich toaster machines were cooled down.They offered to turn back on the machines, but knowing we were the late ones, we declined and opted for a purchase of meats and cheeses. We got to try samples, we got recommendations, we got a lesson on eating or not eating rind, we got to try a baked brie, we got a lesson on how to cook dry aged steaks (yes, they have those too!), talked about ice cream, we tasted the difference between a 3- and 6-month manchego, we laughed a lot, and left with a hefty bag of goodies. Such an amazing experience. We knew we were late coming in, but no one was in a rush. Everyone was smiley and happy and laughing.This shop is literally the opposite corner of Vegas from me, but Id drive there in a heartbeat for the best meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and service. Hands-down, fantastic!

The passion Michael has for quality shines through in his food. My husband and I randomly stumbled into this shop to grab a bite before hitting the road and ended up having one of the better meals in Vegas we’ve ever had. The selection of cheeses and meats is great, we ordered a Italian sandwich and a grilled cheese. Both delicious! Had a chance to speak with the owner Michael for a bit, really great guy who loves what he does. We will be back again! Thank you so much.

Wonderful! Friendly and helpful staff. We felt right at home. Enjoyed selecting cheeses and meats for our platter, with their helpful insights. We also ordered the most delicious sandwich - it was off menu and I cant remember the name, but we ordered one to share, and didnt tell them that, but it came out split into 2 serving trays with a side of cherry peppers in each tray. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed every bite! Except for the duck meat lol not our fave, but it was worth a try!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is a small simple deli that makes a perfect lunch break spot. But more importantly you can go in and just order some meat or cheese. That being said, some of the cheeses are the best Ive ever had, also the the selection is superb. Meats are good too. If you didnt know what you were looking for, the name can be confusing, but I think its clever. Now get out there and go eat some CHEESE!🧀🧀🧀

Just had the Duck Reuben and it was fantastic! The sandwich was so well balanced and had a nice smokey flavor. Not too far away a from the strip and worth the visit. The staff was friendly and let us sample some different cheeses too.

It seems silly to type best sandwiches ever. But, well, there you go. The cheese and dried meats purchased for our enjoyment later were heavily enjoyed. The only con are their hours of operation, hopefully as they succeed and grow theyll expand to evenings and weekends (when many of us arent working). [revised] Have been a couple times since and their food has remained of the same high quality.
