I give it a 4 only because their price is a little high, for the most part, clean and 90% of the time my woods are fresh and they are friendly the cashiers are nice makes you feel like family and the owner is down to earth and doesnt hind in the the back away from customers oh and I meet the wife very sweet lady my second favorite smoke shop

The place isnt bad.. and Ive only been once.. I need more input before I can give a solid review..they didnt dazzle me but they didnt frighten me away either.. more to come.

To bad its the only one open after hours in the area. The customer service was not good. The man was not discret, at all. He walked away right in the middle of me pricing some items. And then he acted like he didnt want to come back and finish the sale. The prices are to high. Im just saying that you might want to take a refresher class in customer service soft skills. That might help.

This is my favorite Go-To literally everyday. Very clean, very friendly!! I come here for backwoods everyday & they are always fresh!! RJ the owner is there sometime & he’s the absolute best! Very genuine businessman. And they’re now open 24hrs except Sundays (which is understandable) Best Smoke shop on Flamingo though.

Went into the shop telling the employee how I had just blown $50 on fake vape bar products that tasted horrible at another shop. The employee was kind and told me I could try them before leaving the store, the puff flow was clearly fake out of the package and I asked to exchange for another product. Unfortunately the nice employee was off shift and the one I had paid with at the register was being completely unreasonable and rude, the nicer employee tried to explain to him and I exchanged for a different brand and tried it- it tasted awful and was definitely fake. The nicer employee tried to convince his coworker but the one on shift treated me rudely and told me tough. I had even paid an extra $6 in the difference when trading the first counterfeit product. They sell knock off vape pens/bars. Don’t waste your money and go to a shop with legitimate merchandise.

Came in looking for dottys like the ignorant tourist I was. Man at the counter told me right next door but you should buy here :)I was instructed by my wife to go to dottys tho so I went there instead. However dottys was not cheaper and R Js had a large selection of my kind of instruments. Ive never went back to dottys and RJs is my favorite. Thanks guys.
