As big-box stores go, this one is extraordinarily safety conscious. From the moment you walk into this Target located on Blue Diamond Rd., you notice the security kiosks staff enforcing mask regulations. There are staff members visibly cleaning all the shopping carts, so customers feel safe. And all the floor personnel are wearing masks and gloves. No other department stores I go to do I see such diligence to customer and employee safety. What immensely impressed me was the person cleaning each check-out position (after each use) in the self-checkout area. I seldom, if ever, see this kind of diligence at any large store. For that matter, even at smaller stores.This store is quite expansive and very well lighted and clean. The floor personnel goes out of their way to help you with your questions. Although many shelves are picked clean from Christmas, you can see Target employees effort to quickly re-stock empty shelves.Ive said this before. People reviewing these large stores such as Target, Walmart, and Costco tend to denigrate them for whatever reason. Maybe they are the stores people love to hate. Only recently started using curbside pickup and its great when Im in a hurry. Noticed that a lot of other customers seem to claim they are there long before they get there, the runner had about 5 orders in their cart just waiting for people to arrive. Didnt seem to slow my pickup down since a 2nd runner was at my car within 3 minutes of my arrival.

It’s a Target so if you have been in one you have been in them all. Staff is pretty good, however for the amount of volume they do it would be nice to see more staff on the floor.It’s a nice and clean Target located centrally on Blue Diamond so easy to get to. Parking lot is absolutely insane during busy hours so keep that in mind.Overall good Target location. I rarely shop at Target but when I do I prefer this spot!

The process was so easy and smooth!! The app was user friendly and easy to place the order and the store rep that brought out our groceries was extremely polite and professional! Actually our first time ever placing a pick up order and it was great!

This trip to Target I bought this Star Wars Lego set of Yoda. And I finally put it together. Took me about on and off for an hour or two for about 3 days. I love getting sets like these. theyre just really fun put together. Its just a fun things to do to pass some time.

No hand soap available for guests and team members today in women’s restroom. This is very problematic since they hold 2 food venues, have a pharmacy, and handle food products in grocery. Tried to rectify issue by asking for someone to change products out, but the response was that they were “too busy”. I then called Guest services at the store to speak to a manager since one was not available in the store, and was hung up on while on hold. Safety is number one, and not being able to wash hands before returning to work can be detrimental in an immune compromised person like myself. Your consumers safety and team members safety is NUMBER ONE. No if’s ands or buts. I will be contacting SNHD concluding this review, as well as corporate.

I go to Targets often, and this is one of the best, if not the best Target I have been in. Customer service is 5-stars.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Order pick up was easy and fast.

Today my card was stuck in my wallet. The wallet slip had melted onto my target card. The cashier was helpful and kind. She helped me remove the material that had melted to my card so that I could make my purchases.

I make a run a couple times a week to get supplies for our business. I see the same people every morning and they always take the time to say hello and make me feel welcome. They have always taken the time to help me find what I need if its possible. This is a great team and store! Barbara in particular has a positive glow. Im not sure if she remembers me but when she asks how I have been or says hello she does give off a very personable and friendly vibe!

I really like this place theres quite a bit of variety at a good value, however if you are looking for things like paint for Home Improvement or garden good luck they are very limited couldnt even find a garden hose, however they have a vast array of cast-iron and pots and pans and a very good selection of canning and jarring utensils at a very fair price

Everyone here is always wonderful. They always have everything I need and the staff is always great. Last night I had a few items from different orders I needed to return. Nicole was really fantastic (and patient!) and I really wanted to take the time to point out what an asset to the team she is.

Josh from electric department helped me and others not just within his department, he knows all different axel I’m different departments. Saved everyone time to look for things we need.

Target is an outstanding shop. A better Wal-Mart basically. The clerks are nice and helpful, but the food court service is questionable. They have only one worker in the pizza hut express and the one worker is stressed by many orders and forgets other people’s orders. You shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for an express food which I have. The orders are simple but forgotten. This isn’t the workers fault because they are understaffed but and the same time it is because of the lack of memory and customer service. The worker is still nice and well behaved just forgetful and it makes customers wait 30 minutes instead of just 10.

Staff was very friendly and courteous but they were spraying a chemical on the counters that effect me and my wife. We were able to taste the chemical, had breathing issues and started coughing. This not only dangerous for the customers but endangering your staff. Other then that spray the location was great.

Excellent Target! Made a stop there and it was so organized and clean! The place was stocked. Would go back again :)

Coming from a bigger city I became disappointed with every trip I made to Target out here in Las Vegas because the stores were outdated and the customer service was the worse. Drive-up became a blessing and not just because of the pandemic, but Karen at the checkout lanes turned that all around today. A friendly demeanor and a friendly smile is all that I ask for! One of the best run Targets Ive ever been to. Came here for some last minute back-to-school shopping about a month ago and an employee helped me with my entire list. With 3 kids, I think they took pity on me and I appreciate it! List was not that long, lol.

I ordered some items last night and used the Drive Up feature on the application..quick, easy, and very efficiently done. You may need to wait a few moments if they are busy so be nice since they are saving you from shopping!! Will definitely use the program again. Great job Target!

Amazing how you can call each department and they either let the phone ring, or they hang up the call. Called 5x got the same results. Real professional.

Nice selection but they might want to sort out the rude employees. Particularly, Barbara who took care of self check out. She was just rude and certainly turns me off from returning to that location.

Target is a great brand, but when I go to the stores, I want a clean and exciting experience. The Targets that I visited last weekend in Las Vegas were mundane, kind of dark/dingy, the electronics section was very picked over and not re-stocked, and the clothing is so old/second-hand looking. The employees were great though - helpful, kind, polite, smiling. That made the experiences better.

Its a Target like every other one youve visited before. Its usually clean and organized. The prices are decent, although I can often find cheaper deals at Walmart. I wish it felt brighter in the store. If it was closer wed probably visit more often.

This Blue Diamond Target location was clean and well organized. Plenty of beautiful furniture and home accessories, my reason for the stop. The store employees were kind and professional. The atmosphere here was relaxed. Overall my shopping experience was a pleasant escape from the problems of the World.

Try and call and get someone? Today I needed to speak to Guest Services. I am not kidding the phone rang so long it cut me off, that was the first call. I called back, dialed my extension, rang and rang again to cut me off. So OK I called back and tried a different extension. NO ANSWER I literally called Target 9 times, 5 different departments just to try and talk with someone to get some help. ALL 9 times I WAS CUT OFF after the phone rang and rang. I am just appalled at the lack of professionalism with a store like Target. This is not the first time this has happened. I always give a place at least two chances before I ever write a bad review. NOT GOOD TARGET ON BLUE DIAMOND LAS VEGAS!!!!!

Target has become my favorite store, you can literally buy everything there. I didnt even know Target carried bookshelves, and at a great price. Im going back tomorrow to get it. I also prefer Target to other retailers because even when its busy I dont get claustrophobic there. Its my happy place.

Friendly and helpful service staff. Well stocked. I especially enjoy the order pick-up service. With the 5% off from Target Redcard, I find the pricing better and more predictable than Amazon, even with the Amazon 5% credit card. I have switched from Amazon to Target for my day to day product purchases for the past two months. Its been great.

Im not going to use names but I have conversations from employees to management regarding my wife car accident on their parking lot. One of ther employees walk by at the time and see that happens. He was ther video surveillance and know about that incident and have full video on their cameras. They refuse any help or provide proof what happen so we can give that to insurance. So if you think you protect by ther cameras in case something happens youre rong and good luck . Maybe if you or someone gets killed then court order them to do so. This was last time Im ever spend any dollars in Target even i have to go under side of town and support small business that appreciate.

Target Blue Diamond. Great store, excellent location with easy access from Blue Diamond road and plenty of parking.The store is large and clean. Shelves are stocked well and the produce area was fresh and clean. The reason I’m giving this store a 5 is someof the staff. The day before Christmas Eve my cashier Kev was so helpful, friendly and complete gentleman. He bagged all of my things and put all the bags in my cart, wished me a Merry Christmas. Excellent customer sevrvice. Don’t make the mistake of letting this gentleman go! I will be back again because of him and I plan on calling corporate because of how impressed I was with him!!

This is one of the nicer Targets for sure, since its right outside of the actual strip. They have a huge selection, including a food section. Their lines go quick, and there are employees at every turn, which is a good thing. Targets prices in general on most items is pretty great, so no complaints here. Make sure to get the Cartwheel app, as it can save you a lot of money if you go here often.

Of all the Targets I have been to in the Las Vegas area this is the nicest so far. The facilities are clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. As with all Targets, if you have a Red Card and use Cartwheel you can get some decent deals.

Asked to remove protective mask.I’m 45, I look 45, the hairline and eyes match. I get you’re trying to be clever about the ID laws, but asking me to remove my mask is dangerous and stupid. This is a liability that cannot be tolerated.

Terrible experience at the blue diamond store. Customer service was a zero, hassled the individual whom I sent to pick up the order. Other retailers provide smoother online experience..do not do much shopping at Target anymore...now it will probably be zero since T cannot learn to value customers.

The team is usually very helpful at Target. On this particular visit, the team member (I remember her name, and its not on the receipt) came to my location in the electronics depart to assist me with my purchasing of a cell phone. Even though she was not familiar with the department or technologies, instead of saying (I dont know) She took the time to help me make a decision using all resources she had available to her. She was friendly, honest, and didnt make me feel like I was interrupting her operational tasks she was trying to complete. (hire more people, you can afford it! She is one of those rare employees that every company would be happy to have on their team.
