Great hidden gem! The mochi doughnuts are absolutely devine. They are light and airy. They offer a great variety of drinks. I recommend the Bourbon Vanilla latte. The iced rose tea is refreshing. Perfect place for a little treat.

We loved how clean and quiet this place was. It was a little out of the way for us but the ambiance and flavor profile of their coffee was worth the extra effort.

A very clean and modern coffee house with indoor seating. There were a couple of tables outside but they were directly in the sun and had no covering whatsoever.We tried a couple of lattes. The drinks were well made and tasted fine but the quality of the coffee itself was just average. Considering that two small lattes cost over $10 I would have expected a higher quality product.

We visited this coffee shop from a friends recommendation & said we should try their mochi donuts. We visited on a weekday around 10am. There was a line of 7 customers but moves quickly. Service was good. There were about 10 tables inside space out & 3 tables outside. The inside seating was pretty much occupied & one table outside was available. There were lots of take out order also. They serve primary coffee, specialty coffees drinks & tea. We had coffee & tea. Both were good & it was true that their mochi donut were very good. I would go back just for that. The mochi donut was such a a good seller that the owner, Rich told us they generally sold out fast. I do see a lot of people ordered them for take outs. It comes in 6 different flavors.

I ordered mocha latte but there’s only mocha powder inside, whole cup they fill half cup ice and mocha powder, it tasted just like water. You don’t taste any like lattes. Very disappointed with drink. But the donuts is good.

Very quiet, very clean coffee shop. They have wonderful Mochi donuts and good coffee with interesting flavor profiles. It could use a little more atmosphere and some more seating options, but its a nice place to sit, sip, and chat.

I love the coffee at Aware and wanted to share the love with friends who just moved to the area, but was super disappointed to be charged a convenience fee for purchasing a gift card. It’s not the amount ($1), it’s the principle. I hope this practice can be reconsidered because that’s the last time I will gift Aware’s coffee to others.

Their coffee is amazing!!! My favorite little local coffee shop. Hands down better than Starbucks. They could honestly put Starbucks out of business. Great drinks. Great food. GREAT customer service.

I actually liked the less invasive decor inside. I tried the Pistachio latte, it was very good and a great buttery taste! The baristas in front were all very kind, helpful when I asked what the seasonal drink was. The inside seating is set mostly for reservations, but if there are none then you can have a seat. I love the amount of sunlight that comes in. A great little spot, close to home, I am happy Aware is here 😀 Try it out!

One of the best little coffee shops in town. They have great coffee and tea. I always get their bourbon vanilla, it’s such a nice flavor. Boba is even on the menu. I haven’t tried their snacks quite yet but they look like they are tasty!

The employees are super nice and the place is really clean and it’s affordable. Today was my first time going there and I would definitely go back there. I got the bourbon vanilla ice coffee and it was BOMB!!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new coffee place.

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! Great service and great coffee every time I come! The atmosphere had a great vibe!

What a great place for a light lunch! I ordered an avacado toast with tomatoes, grilled onions and balsamic, along with a honey latte. It only took 5 minutes to get my drink and less than 10 minutes later my meal was brought out. Everything is in to go containers due to following the current Covid government guidelines, but I was able to make an on the spot reservation, grab a table and get some work done. They also have a few tables outside to use. You can also order ahead using their app, which I downloaded quickly, and joined their customer appreciation program as well. Will definitely be back soon.

Happy to say this is my local coffee spot. Great drinks, food and service! I also take my bulldog with me on occasion, they are nothing but happy to have her ☺ its always the highlight of our day. Definitely recommend if youre in the area 👍

I absolutely love this place, they pay so much attention to their products and treat their customers and goods with a lot of care. We had these amazing mochi donuts samples, and all of the flavors are amazing! Can’t wait for them to add them to their menu! The drinks are on point, and they use such high-quality and fresh ingredients, you can really tell. My only wish is that I discovered this place sooner. My family and I will be back here on the regular!

Love this place!!! My family and I have been going to this location since it first opened as Tea Time. The drinks are great. All the employees are very friendly. I definitely recommend this place for a quick boba run or a chill place to meet up with a friend.

Coffee was great but Im disappointed at their fill tactics. I watched 4 drinks, including mine, come out with about ~3 inches of space at the top of the cup that should be filled with coffee (see image). After all, you are paying for it (~$12 for 2 drinks).

Why aren’t there more awesome coffee places like this in Vegas! Darn good coffee, highly recommend!

Love the coffee here, I drive up from summerlin to get an iced oat milk latte with bourbon vanilla. Doughnuts are delicious, tried the avocado toast, it was a little spicy but good. Trying the fig grill cheese today!

I love their coffee but depending on who is behind the counter, thats where they don’t rate the 5 stars. Inconsistent customer service. I don’t know why they have the moody non-smiling people up front and center. If I wanted that I’d have stayed in Berkley where they are known for their temperament.

Absolutely love coming here. I stop by 3 or 4 days a week to get my hands on something new. I’m the type of person that doesn’t have a favorite drink and instead like to try out a bunch of things - I haven’t had anything that was less then delicious.

Wanted to go somewhere other than Starbucks and we weren’t disappointed!! We ordered a bourbon vanilla latte and a cappuccino and fig butter cheddar sandwiches. Amazing!

Awesome to see Aware! Same owner as the old place (Tea Time). Bigger and wider area with more space to lounge. It is still a work in progress however the drinks will not disappoint. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the menu. They have a new menu going for an organic approach this time around trying to cut out as much fructose as possible so it isnt entirely the same as before but it is better if you ask me.

I love Aware! I just moved to Vegas recently and I haven’t been able to find another coffee shop that compares to it yet! The staff is incredibly friendly, the prices are respectful and the atmosphere inside the store is very peaceful. It’s an amazing experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out! Been going here since it opened. The owner is super nice. Their coffee and tea is top notch quality and full of flavor. Customizable if you have sensitivities without comprising taste. They make most of their stuff including syrups in house. Not overly sweet so theres less guilt. My go to place for both coffee and tea.

The staff is VERY friendly and they have Oat milk. They definitely need to expand and have more locations.

First let me start by saying the coffee is really good! I order from this coffee shop almost everyday usually 3 drinks or more. I place the order using mobile app however when I come in 30 mins later I stand there waiting for someone to hand me my order while they continue to make others. I was once told the order won’t be ready until the time of the app, I did that still not ready. Her response was we have a lot of online orders, that’s doesn’t mean you leave people waiting and don’t ask hey are you here for pick up order.

They charge for sugar?! Like, plain ole sugar in your coffee. Not a special syrup or flavor. Ordered a large coffee and like most places they put the milk/sugar in for you rather than have it out. 50 cents if you want sugar in your $2.75 coffee. I guess at least they don’t charge for milk... 😑

This place may seem like a blank canvas but it has a lot to offer the taste buds. From this bourbon-vanilla latte to avocado toast with the caramelized onions on top, this place will amaze the most complicated taste buds with a satisfying experience. Indoor and outdoor seating area is available.

Happy I came in today for my coffee fix. Minimalistic decor for sure. The menu is simple and the service was pleasing. Not busy when I came in, so cant speak about how they handle busy volume. The quality of the coffee drink was exceptional. Bathroom, unisex, is in good condition. Seating arrangement is something different. The chairs are not very comfortable, so I took a seat on a barstool. The couches also did not look like a good option to me. (I can say the same thing about other popular mainstream shops as well so dont mind me) If I may make a suggestion, just one, More power outlets, especially on the bar area. Make power outlets available in the room so costomers can plug in for a min or two please. Furthermore, I would not call this a cozy place because of its minimalistic approach to decoration (or perhaps my definition of cozy is not right). Overall I am awarding 5 stars and will be back when Im in the area.

The staff at Aware are so very sweet, kind and knowledgeable. The coffee is amazing. I have had a tough time finding good coffee while in LV and Aware is GOOD COFFEE.

A wide variety of espresso, signature lattes, specialty coffee, premium teas, iced teas, milk teas, options/additions, & some smoothies. Pastries.The first drink I tried is the Hongkong Milk Tea. It is delicious & mild or subtle sweetness.Theres plenty of seating to include two couches.Employees were pleasant & friendly.

I have been coming to Aware for years with my daughters and I passed the tradition on to my friend! The coffee and teas are beyond amazing! The variety, the rose petals, the sweet service! It’s a little coffee house that feels like home! They decorated recently and it’s modern and cool but still quality coffee every time! Also their food is oh so scrumptious and you can not go wrong with their blueberry muffin! We love you Aware!

Theyve got great Thai tea and great boba! The bourbon white chocolate coffee smoothie is delicious. The green tea and taro smoothies are very strong and tasty.

MINIMALISTIC is the best way to describe Aware. The coffee was great (some pretty unique flavors too). The lounge left some things to be desired. There aren’t really enough outlets and the power strips they do have are awkwardly placed for someone the seats at the table and the legs of the table makes it uncomfortable to sit at the ends. If I could give it three and a half stars I would.For a quick stop this is a great option... for a long stop not the most practical option.

Northwest coast meets NW Vegas.Artful craft on java here in town. Hidden in a strip mall its one of the best coffee places here in town.The owner here takes pride in his selection as his ingredients are far from generic. You get a sense of high quality ingredients infused into a cup of Joe or a delicious lavender boba tea whos subtle flavor has worked its way into my desired palate.If your in the area I would definitely recommend this place. And btw Im addicted to the Cold brew Vietnamese Coffee here 😋 ❤️ ☕

The baristas here have always been helpful and friendly, and the drinks are nearly always perfect. The tea and coffee flavors aren’t ever overshadowed by the accompanying flavors in the drinks.

I’m so happy to have a coffee house so close to home. But lately Aware has been off their game. We went in a couple weeks ago and ordered the balsamic avocado toast. Only to find out they were out of salad and the caramelized onions. We went in a week later and now they don’t serve boba until after 10, but doesn’t mention it anywhere on their menu. I can only imagine the pandemic has been tough in business, but I hope they step it up soon.

This is the most high quality coffee and tea house in Vegas! So many products are made in-house, you can taste the quality.

This is one of the nicest coffee and tea places on this side of town, they offer boba, toppings, they have dairy alternatives, Vietnamese coffee, and plenty of other drinks including seasonal items.

This minimalist little coffee and tea lounge is simple yet tastefully effective! I tried the rose milk tea and was SO happy with how elegantly delicious it was! Going to come back to try more while staying here in Las Vegas.

This place is amazing! Such friendly employees and the coffee is high quality. It’s so nice to have a coffee shop other then a chain coffee shop close to home. If you haven’t had a pour over coffee it’s a must, I promise you won’t regret it.

So chill and a minimalist spot to forget the rest of the chaos ... the milk teas are awesome and its nice to be able to get authentic tea in the north part of Vegas instead of going down to Chinatown. The attendants are polite, prompt and very efficient in getting you the best tea for your taste.

My new favourite coffee spot to grab and go! Their bourbon vanilla latte and smoothie is to die for! I love that they also offer oat milk as a non-dairy option. Its a bit too quiet for me inside, so its hard to have a conversation without feeling like everyone else can hear you. That being said, it is perfect as a quiet study/work spot if you can grab a table.
