The coffee was great. The waffles were way too soft and it lacked flavor. However, I did enjoy the candied pecans. The eggs were powdered, the chicken was bland. It was a 40min wait for our food.

Stopped in for breakfast on the way to the airport. Amazing food and service. Our party of four all ordered something different and every single meal was hot and delicious. Highly recommend. Great vegan option.

Ive always loved Tiabis. My favorite sweet waffle is Strawberry Kisses and my favorite savory is the Thai Basil. This time around I got my usual and my beau got the West Coast. Theyd never been there but loved it! Made for a wonder brunch experience for us both. I also tried the Zen Latte which was beautiful and smooth. My beau got the Yuzu Rose Lemonade and that was incredibly refreshing! As always, the staff was wonderful and the service was amazing. I love coming here!

We enjoyed this place. They had unique flavored drinks and I really liked their West Coast waffle sandwich. They were only doing take out when we were there but the guy behind the register told us about a cute park we could eat our treats.

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 30,2021We come here often, the lady that opened the shop @7am was the most impressive staff we have ever seen during these times. She was by herself the whole time we were dining, we were the first ones in through the door she had a line going, manage to deliver everyone’s order to the table, kept her positive and courteous professional delivery when speaking calmly to people at the line that she will get to them eventually. Based on our observation, she was very fast.I normally don’t leave reviews often but this observation merits recognition. The food is always amazing but the service provided by her is incredibly amazing, she managed the crowd with fitness and still able to tend to a vendor briefly.

Used to own a business in the same shopping center and Management Company mentioned this TIABI that was super HIGHHH QUALITY. Its taken me a while to get over to try it but boy was it worth the wait. My coffee and wine pallets are the same I know quality and price usually equals flavor. Opposite here, super knowledgeable whole bean experience and very under priced! Will def be returning!

Like waffles and chicken? Order the Savory Thai Basil. Snickers iced coffee was a bit strong, they brought me some creamer and made sure my needs where met. Impressed with how friendly all staff was especially the male server, he served very elegantly. (I ordered more xD)

Pretty sad I was excited to go based off all the great reviews but werent able to wait the 50 minutes for food so we asked about just coffee and were quoted 15 minutes. Cool we had 15 minutes. 25 minutes later no drinks ready yet. We had to go up and ask and a few minutes later got our drinks. We had to order food elsewhere in time to pick up and get to a dance competition. Get to our event excited to drink my coffee and half of it is missing!!?? I ordered a 12 oz coffee and got maybe 6 ounces!

Delicious food in a good vibe environment. They have free wifi and were extra nice. There is a cute window spot I think is cute. I worked on my PC and had no problems. The coffee is delicious too. I suggest the lavender one

The best waffle I have had (churro waffle).Price is a bit high for just a waffle, but you are getting so much more than that. Pick all your toppings and your style or waffle. Just a great place to go and eat. The waffle sandwiches are delicious as well.

Great food and great coffee. Waffle savory sandwiches are really good, and the sweet waffle menu is also good. The coffee drinks are great especially the pistachio latte. The drinks arent overly sweetened like you would find at other coffee shops, you can actually enjoy the drink with the caffeine. The smoothies here are awesome. Kind of a smaller place so it might be hard to find a table when its busy.

Was looking for an off the strip option for breakfast and found this gem! Its an awesome local spot with friendly staff and interesting & creative waffle combinations. I had the maple bacon waffle and Java Jolt. Intimate and cozy setting. Definitely recommend 👌

I have no photo because after one bite I couldnt stop eating until it was gone! I got the west coast sandwich, they were out of tomato so they gave me extra avocado for free. I expected the waffle to fall apart or I dont know be messier than it was, but it was well put together. I had to wait over 5 minutes for them to make my order and it. was. absolutely. worth it!! I cant believe the price is so affordable for such fresh, delicious, food! The bacon was cooked perfectly, no fatty or old bacon. The staff is super friendly, very helpful, and downright chefs in my opinion. I have to say this was in the top 5 best food Ive had in Las Vegas in the last few years.

I understand that these days waffles are not just a sweet breakfast, they are a full on dessert treat for breakfast. I went the the standard waffle. The wife went with the butter pecan waffle. I found the waffle itself to be too crunchy for my liking. Very unique waffle & coffee bar with a variety of good food and drink options. Prices are standard with a normal sit down location but the servers are wonderful and the food is fantastic. The store does allow you to order ahead on their website and they do have a handicap accessible entrance and parking lot. This should be on the list for all people who love coffee and waffles. Try the Waffle grilled cheese sandwich with avocado. Its phenomenal.

Delicious and beautiful creations. I tried four different lattes, the churro waffles and kale cookies over the course of a vacation and everything was amazing and Instagram worthy. Also, the price is unbeatable. Truly a great value!

Well this place has good food and decent coffee. I would definitely comeback here for the waffles, but not their coffee. We received great service and this place gave us hipster vibes. This place has no straws, so if you have sensitive teeth, you probably shouldnt order drinks here. Plus we have to save the sea turtles! Will comeback here again to enjoy their waffles.

I had the Honey Cream Latte and my husband had the Tiff’s Churro Waffle Macchiato and both drinks were very good. The mini churro waffle that came on the side of my hubby’s drink was a nice touch. The drinks were made quickly and we were quite happy overall.

Amazing and unique coffee drinks! I ordered the mojito cold brew not knowing what to expect and it tasted awesome! The staff were very friendly and the waffles looked great as well. My partner has celiac and cannot eat gluten, so we avoided the waffles, but they looked so good! :) We will be back for the coffee and hopefully to see a gluten free option some time in the future.

I had the butter pecan waffles and turkey sausage, it was so 🤤😋 yum yum. The waffle wasn’t too sweet and the butter gave you the sweet and salty flavor. The service was great and fast. We will likely come again before we leave Vegas.

This is an awesome restaurant! Its located close to the university and has a lot of vegan options! The staff are all very friendly and you can even buy zines here to support local artists. The coffee and the waffles are delicious, I recommend trying out their yummy wafflewiches (waffle sandwiches).

Delicious waffles. You wont get it wrong: sweet or savory are great and crafted in front of you with love. The sign in the restrooms was very unique and made me laugh. The only downside is that it has poor ventilation and the smell will get in your clothes. Service is not fast but very attentive. Will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved this place. We just stumbled upon it and I was happy that we did. This waffle spot was overall supper tasty. The only thing I didn’t to much like was that on the waffle with the sausage, it tasted like the sausage was the cheap warmed up sausage. The California style waffle was the best. Have some avocados 🥑 and tomatoes 🍅 and more yummy goodness. The coffee was delish as well. The iced waffle macchiato was topped a churro flavored waffle. I had the blended coffee which was flavored awesomely. There was plenty of food and it’s decently priced. Definitely a must go at least once if you’re in town.

I was thinking it was just for breakfast but the waffledilla changed my mind. They have breakfast items but they also have sandwiches made out of waffles, coffee and tea.

This place is amazing! We stumbled on it via Groupon and will definitely go back. The food is incredible and freshly made and they have some cool selections. The tea and coffee are great and the staff is very friendly. They were pretty busy Saturday morning but the food was well worth the wait. Well be back next time we go to Las Vegas.

We had a great experience here as I found them via yelp as we were needing somewhere that offer gluten free breakfast for my celiac wife. They took special effort to make sure hers was not only gluten free ingredients but sanitized everything prior to making hers. She had their signature Viva Las Vegas and loved it

If you are visiting Vegas, don’t miss this waffle place. They have authentic Thai basil waffle and many other choices. Coffee is great. Waffles and ingredients are fresh, really tasty. I would highly recommend this nice coffee shop.

It’s hard to find places with actual gf food that isn’t just something with items removed. It’s even harder to find a place with good GF items. This place had both. GF waffles with strawberries was delicious. Took time to do their best to avoid cross contamination. Wife’s food was good too.

Tiabi serves delicious waffle sandwiches and locally roasted specialty coffees! Ask for Cafe do Paraiso coffee! They have the best coldbrew in Las Vegas. They are also vegan friendly and have great vegan sandwiches and desserts. See also another location from the same owner called The Jolt in downtown Las Vegas inside The Center on Maryland between Fremont & Charleston.

The Guru burger was amazing! Never thought about a burger on a waffle! Be careful tho, they put dairy whipped cream on the side of my vegan waffle.

Was looking for breakfast/lunch place and ended up here to my pleasant surprise good restaurant with helpful friendly staff and music I enjoyed the waffle sandwich (try the vegan coconut bacon) and shaken lemon ginger iced tea! Only thing that knock it out the part would be a tomato soup but sadly thats not an option at the moment!

The coffee was good, but they served everything in plastic. 0 stars on trying to be environmentally friendly. Didnt get to try the waffles because it was an hour wait for food.

Place is very clean place on the outside but the Inside is not as clean. Kitchen was a complete mess and is visible from every seat in the restaurant making it hard to not focus on. I got a Chia latte and it was very sweet but tasted good, the waffles are very thin and werent completely cooked when they came to the table. I would recommend for a quick bite to eat but I would not recommend for breakfast or lunch.

This was our third visit to the new TIABI location. Will not go back!!! Stick to TIABI on S. Maryland!!! Each time at Rainbow the wait was ridiculous...with no one else in there! When we went in today, we were the only ones in there. After 30 minutes, they told us they had to make the gluten-free waffle batter because they were having trouble with it and the waffles were breaking. Why wait 30 minutes to tell us that? After an hour, we couldnt wait any longer. We had to get a refund and leave. They only ever seem to have 1 cook in the back and the cashier. Would hate to see what happens when it gets busy. But at the rate theyre going, they dont have to worry about that. What a horrible start to the day! Maybe you need help from your coworkers at S. Maryland.

Nice spot for delcious waffles. Had the West Coast Wafflewiches and a cup of coffee. I wanted to taste all the other waffles especially the one with nutella.The wafflewich was delcious. I ordered my food with the sauce on the side (just in case) but it was really good. The chicken was tender and so was the bacon. I dont like hard crispy bacon and this meal was delicious.Great menu selections and I hope to return again soon.

We ordered the bfast waffle sandwich with bacon, kale smoothie (without the agave), the bananatella waffle and one red velvet waffle with fresh fruit, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce! Everything was really good and the staff is very friendly.

First and foremost...Jay was ultimately the most awesomely host and cashiers that I have encountered in awhile! The calm & graciousness of his soul really exudes from him from the very first words that proceeded from his mouth. The experience of being sereved by him was a delight within itself, even before we received ANY food or drink! Once the drink were ready they were very cold and both tasty with natural herbs (from the Citrus Mint) and beans (from the coffee w/Dark Chocolate). They both were hitting the spot! Afterwards, the food begin to arrive...first, the Avocado Grilled Cheese! Ping, Pang, Pow...it knocked whatever idea weve had for a grilled cheese sandwich, OUT THE PARK! The just right sweet flavor of the waffle combined w/the avocado and basil special sauce as well as cheese, was a perfect combination which provoked a symphony of taste throughout the palate! The other Waffledilla sandwich was not as tasty w/an AWESOME waffle still until Jay gave me some of honey sarachi sauce on the side, which elevated the sandwich to what was needed. Oh, oh, OH...dont2 let forget how awesome and should be bagged were their homemade crinkled chips were...just perfect seasoning w/salt! This a Gotta Go To Place! Will definitely return!

We ordered the West Coast and the Waffledilla. Also had a side of chips, a 12oz Lavender Latte and a Tiabi Green Tea Latte. Since I like to explore new drinks I also ordered a large Just Peachy and a large Coconut Cooler to go. They even have special menu items too, like The Frankenstein and more.

Hours listed on Google and website are wrong. I placed an order online at 3:45pm for delivery, thewebsite even showed a driver on his way to pick up my order waited till 4:50pm to call and I was told I will get a refund. My order was not processed because they close at 3pm everyday, i was told over the phone. I find this weird because I drove by it in a different day and there was people going in n out after 3pm. Tiabi has great food but maybe they need more staff so you dont wait too long.

This place, OMG! When eating, Do as the locals do! Exploring local vegas, wanted to get away from the tourist trap and Tried this cute waffle & Coffee Bar. Its life! Definitely a must try and close to the strip. Worth every bit of the uber ride there. The staff is so Amazing, The vibe is so relaxing and the food absolutely Delicious. Dont waste your time with this place. I added the vegan option to my order only to be told when I arrived that they did not have a vegan option. Maybe this is true but they could have at least not put bacon on it. Dont offer vegan options on your website if you dont have vegan options. I also ordered a coffee with oat milk and when I arrived to pick up my order they did not have oat milk. They cahlrged me a dollar for the vegan option. 80 cents for oat milk and 50 cents for hazel nut. I got none of these. When they gave me my order one of the 2 sandwiches I ordered was not in the bag.

I will probably change my rating if I try something else on the menu or they improve their service. First time going I ordered a coffee and it took so long to get my order that the people who came in after me started getting their orders first. I eventually got my coffee. The 2nd time I ordered from here I wanted to try one of the waffle sandwiches which was pretty disappointing because it was basically all waffle with barely any sandwich. It was very dry and boring. Otherwise the drinks were good. I wish I took a photo!

Charming little coffee house and off the Strip so you can get away from the hoards of people! I ordered off of the seasonal menu and got a Candy Cane coffee on ice. It was minty without being over powering. I wish Id had time to try the waffles because they looked and smelled fantastic, but was pressed for time. Plus, the staff and owner have a sense of humor as demonstrated in the photo.
