Kaitlyn was literally the best, she helped my little sister out so much! She gave her the best glasses she’s ever had in her life, she deserves a raise. I wish more people were as compassionate and nice as she was. I won’t ever take my little sister anywhere else.

Here is my latest attempt at dealing with this place:I need my prescription, I paid Warbly Parker over $100.00, 3 months ago for glasses because I have not had glasses for 7 months, they cant send me my glasses because they can not get anyone to answer emails or phone calls, or respond to voicemail. Neither can I, meanwhile Im going blind, and have been damaging my customers electronics or my employers electronics during setups or repairs, because I cant see right with no eye glasses.Andre P. When in to get a screw replacement after work Diana assisted and was very nice. She installed the new screw and wiped my glasses for me, and for some reason they fit better than before. Thank you Diana!

I went to Eyeglass World on Sahara and was very impressed with the customer service I received from Mark. I was not expecting to get my glasses the same day. However, My technician Mark was very polite and professional while ensuring that I received my glasses within only a couple hours. Also, Mark made sure that I was completely satisfied with the frames I chose by letting me see the different colors available and surprised me when he found my favorite frames in gold. I will definitely be coming back because of his high level of customer service and initiative. Thank you Mark!

Eh, they were GREAT when they had the $25 insurance policy, so if you bought a pair of inexpensive frames and they broke, you could get a new pair for free... with the policy no longer available, now cheap frames become expensive, while the materials remain cheap... and Ive yet to get a pair in one hour... eh, oh well, drawing board

Well the other day one of my lens fell out of glasses and I needed emergency glasses went in today at 3PM and going to pick them up right now 🙌🏼I highly recommend Eye Glass world to everyone needing emergency glasses.

Let me start by saying Thank you again. Short back story, got new glasses in pahrump did nothing I had asked them to do ( polish and roll my Mr. Magoo lenses) wanted more money and two more weeks wait. Frustrated and on a whim I called eyeglass world spoke with Ed told him my problem he said bring them up Ill take care of them free of charge. A few days later sure enough as he said they were done in less than an hour while I was there waiting thank you Ed thank you everyone at eyeglass world. You guys are amazing.

When I need glasses I had on where to go, but my mom said to go to eyeglass world so I did with my aunt and the same day they had said to come back at 5:00 but we had come at 4:30 and they give it to us and was happy why I had school 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Both my boyfriend and I had amazing experiences. We first went in and got the pleasure of working with Bronson. He was helpful, kind, and relatable! We went back hoping for him and had the same amazing experience with Jennifer. Would go back in a minute and especially if we got to work with either of them. I cant say enough about eyeglass world. The Doctors are very thorough and put you at ease. The make sure you walk out with perfect vision. The Tech staff is super amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They take every care to listen to you and to give you the best possible experience. I have been using them since 2011 and I wouldnt change a thing. I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs.

Checked in today to have an Eye Exam, which didnt happen. Seems like their own staff should review someones benefits before making an appointment. Completely waste of time to be turned away for contacts and glasses! I specifically chose a plan that offers both, which I just found out that they wont cover my contact fitting.The person who called me yesterday verified my insurance and my appointment for the services. Never at one point did she say it wont cover fitting for contacts. Completely waste of time!Update: I was contacted to resolve this issue and they didnt disappoint! There definitely were some communication issues which they acknowledged and for that my rating has changed to 5 stars.I for sure will be coming back for future eye appointments as well for any contacts or glasses. My Husband needed glasses went to eyeglass world 🌎 and saw Red Rock Eye doctor that was in the same building yes I had to make a appointment first the doctor was great the selection of glasses were also a great selection within a week he got his glasses and we couldnt be more happy everyone was very friendly and very helpful I will be going back again

Sounds a good deal but is not once you arrive they start with an story if you are new with contacts you pay for the contacts + Glasses prescription + a class how to use your contacts they said is mandatory lol at the end you pay a lot more because they sell their own glasses or cotacts there with the prescription so they can make more money 🤣

I suggest the company create an online scheduling process. After calling in and holding for over an half an hour my encounter was very unpleasant & unprofessional when dealing with both representatives by the name Alexis’s & Alijandra They have definitely lost a customer.

I went in thinking that I was going to have an affordable place to continue my eye care. Ed was pretty great and helped me get two pairs of glasses. The main reason I went in was for my contact script to be updated. I left forgetting to ask for a copy of my script because they gave me one single pair of contacts. I called for months and they refused to give me my script. It’s probably been almost a year and I’ve had to since get a prescription somewhere else. I paid the price to get my prescription and never received it so it continues to make me angry. I will never recommend this place and I’d hope they aren’t ripping other people off like they did to me. Terrible terrible place! If i could give zero stars and be able to write a review i would

It was amazing. Here from Colorado found a lense on the plane googled repair shop and hit the jackpot. Super professional and tuned up every part of glasses and set a pin that will not come out. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Walk in very courteous Ms Karen patience whit me I took my time picking up glasses and by my suprime she found the glasses I was looking for, they take great precautions whit cov disinfect all glasses counter top excelente service all personal. Is far from my house was wort the travel 👍🏻 And got my glasses the next day. Recommend this establishment

Shepherd Eye Center said that my glasses made by you were not made right. I cant see out of both of them. Then I was told that Shepherd Eye Center has made the mistake of making incorect priscripions before. Im caught in the middle and still blind as a bat.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed while choosing frames. All the prices and options were explained to me.

Got my glasses quickly done, so I had a pair for the vacation driving... one pair next day and the in about 3 days...Everyplace else was saying 10 days minimum...A great part was that they were about 40% less for two pair of eyeglasses than just about any place else was for 1 pair.On top of being less expensive, eyeglass world offers a no problem warranty. This means that even if I lose a pair, they will replace them.Since I have lost two pair in less than a year (thanks to our toddler ripping one pair off my face and throwing them in a stream and who knows what happened to the 2nd pair) it us likely I will have to use it.Barbara and Kenia were fantastic, so get them, if you can

No communication with the staff contacting me about the order being delayed. Believe me I understand delays especially at this time. However, no communication is not a resolve. My business will be done somewhere else. My previous review was a bit negative I wasnt very satisfied with my glasses, after waiting two weeks to receive them I return them immediately there was no issue with management and doing this they were kind considerate and exemplatory of what one would expect from a good business. Sometimes things get lost in the shuffle such as my request for a return phone call management got lost in that shuffle. After a while my call was returned Ed the manager was great we worked out a deal I will be returning there for another examination to compare to the first one either a bad prescription call or a mistake at the lab I am preparing to make another appointment

I just returned from eyeglass World. I had an extremely pleasant experience. I was greeted very kindly upon my immediate entrance of the building by the general manager Edward. I brought an old pair of my grandfathers Air Force glasses to be fixed because the ear and nose pieces were irritating me. Edward did not have the necessary means to fix the glasses, but that did not stop him, he engineered a solution that worked and fixed all of my issues. He also did it for a great price and in a timely matter. Most of all he was very knowledgeable about the piece and frame itself. He even taught me a thing or two about them. I 10 out of 10 would go back again. In fact I will be returning to have them make me a new pair of tinted lenses for the glasses!

Dont ever go here. The only polite person was the eye doctor. Nothing but problems with the glasses. Lenses continually fall out, when initially got them had to go back at least six times over the first two weeks. They claim to have a warranty one year. They dont disclose that you need to pay for the warranty. Its basically just a mill. I dont know how anyone with a conscience could actually work there but based upon the lack of courtesy from the employees, one would not expect they actually care. They seem to have more fun telling you that they cant help you. I should have known better to come to go to any discount eye place. Very unprofessional. 2 stars for the examining doctor who was great, everyone else gets a zero.

Ed was great to work with. I had to get a replacement pair of glasses due to my car being stolen and not being able to retrieve the original pair. He took care of everything and ordered me a replacement set on the warranty at no cost to myself. What a great help during a stressful time like this. Thanks again to Ed and the whole staff.

They did a great job refitting the glasses I originally bought online, and got my new pair of glasses done the same day I brought them in. The staff is nice and the lines are spaced for social distancing.

The girl that does the checkout that wears regular clothes outside of scrubs has the nastiest attitude ever... This place wants you to spend good money on contacts but doesnt care if you can actually see with the contacts. Im not handing over hundreds of dollars if Im not satisfied with the results... You ask the lady for detailed questions about what your paying for and she huffs and has an attitude about it... Also, it would be nice to have the same doctor every time you come for a follow-up this way they can remember what you previously discussed... Go to another place where they have better customer service

I got Rushed through my eye exam..then picking out my glasses was even more of a nightmare. Waited for help received none. Then I got skipped. When it was turnThe place is a joke.

I was not expecting to pay 84 dollars just for an exam and pay an additional fee for the glasses. I believed that the exam was included in the deal they have going. I paid and she said I was done gave me a prescription for the glasses and said I could take it somewhere else or purchase from them yet she said that they were separate from the glasses. When I had expressed that that is not what they said she just looked at me. I would have never paid this much just for an exam I feel like I got ripped off.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience. It was really nice. From the ease of making an appointment with the optometrist I needed because my script was old to actually picking up my glasses. (Optometrist was less than $80 and a really nice girl). My glasses would have been ready that day as well even though I had some adds...like UV protection (under $10!!!) and double tinting. Anyways, the day I picked them up it was super busy. It didnt matter, they were all very polite and I was outta there within minutes. And yes.... they practice all the have-tos since the Covid got us. Oh, my glasses? I love them. To quote Billy Crystal, they, look marvelous! Thank You Eyeglass World staff

Absolutely 5 stars for the excellent customer service my husband and I received from GM, Ed Joingco!!! Ed was so understanding and quite knowledgeable about my husbands disability and specific frames needed to accommodate the custom eyewear and prescription. Ed went above and beyond to assist us and gave us a valuable recommendation that our Ophthalmologist had never suggested. Thanks to Ed, we now have an option other than surgery to alleviate my husbands situation. Eds assistance in this matter was a true blessing.

We got there right before closing, and instead of rushing us through the process, or having us come back another day, they were very pleasant and helpful in every way. Kenia and Ed even helped save me money with their suggestions. I got the 2 for $78 frames with progressive lenses, 1 reg and 1 sunglasses. I was happily surprised with the large selection of frames to choose from because I was expecting just a couple of choices at that price. Also, the exam is the least expensive I know. My husband is coming back next week to my new optometrist for his Rx Thanks Kenia and Ed! 😊

KENIA IS THE BEST.I literally watched my world fall to pieces as my glasses broke during my work day, mind you; I really cant see a thing without my glasses.She was able to find me frames to fit my current lenses and had me in and out the door in less than an hour.I have NEVER been treated with such respect or priority at any Eye Doctor that I have seen in the past. I definitely will be coming back here from now on and I recommend that everyone comes to see Kenia.

Was visiting and was in a tough situation since I can not see without my glasses. They were broken. I was referred to Eyeglass World at this specific location. Yesenia greeted me and adjusted and repaired my glasses in 15 minutes. There was no charge. She was friendly and very thorough in fixing my broken glasses. Very professional. I highly recommend EyeGlass World and Yesenia.

Dont go here. The customer service is fantastic, but Ive had nothing but problems with the glasses. After consulting with another optometrist, I learned that the lens was not in specs with my perscription.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time...poor quality of work on my glasses. I had to keep returning my glasses over and over and they are still not up to my expectations. I have been coming here for 10+ years, but never again will I come here...

My 5 stars is for the doctor and nurses, but trying to get frames was an ugly experience. We waited for an hour while they called people who signed in way after my husband and I signed in. We gave up after they called 4 people who just came in and went to another place to get frames. All in all the exam was great I was a walk in and was seen quickly, and professionally.

Awesome!!! service. I came to Vegas with 2 pairs of glasses scratch badly (sun glasses and eye glasses). I didnt want to spend my week in Vegas not being able to see clearly. All my local (in Arizona) places didnt have a onsite lab with my prescription. I called while driving spoke with Edward and he made sure I had my glasses that same day. Awesome service, awesome staff if I was a local this would be my go to location. Keep it up guys. Thanks again.

The Doctor rushed my daughter and I through the exam. Suppose to be same day glasses after I paid more than $1,000 for our glasses we are still waiting for them more than 1 week later. Do not fall for their $78.00 glasses nor their same day. I tried to cancel the glasses but they said I was to late

This place is terrible, paid for an office visit and eye exam. The doctor was nice but lacks competency in the field of vision. Spent hundreds of dollars for glasses and exams just to fail a DOT physical for vision with my new glasses. Now they want to charge me another office visit ect to make it right, this place sucks and I recommend running as far away from this store as possible.

Went to have frames adjusted and upgraded and the service was incredible Jessie one of the eye specialist was most helpful throughout the whole process. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

Great prices and great people!!if you are looking for good prices this is the place to go ( I needed 3 pair of glasses one for each of my kids).Yes, it is not the most fancy place and Yes, therere no 3 people following you around all the time, you get what you pay for, you want to get glasses at good price despite waiting time ( I waited 5 minutes) this is the place.I tried other places and with the price of one in other stores I bought the 3 pairs that I needed.

I went into Eyeglass World for an eye exam and bought two pairs of eye glasses according to that prescription on 3/12/16, and the following day went to California with my family for a week. During my vacation I noticed there was something wrong with the glasses I purchased. I called Eyeglass World on my return to Las Vegas and scheduled an appointment for another eye exam. I was told by the the doctor that my previous prescription was wrong and he changed it. With my new prescription, he also recommended that I get an A/R coating that would help me when Im driving. I then went over to an optician and give him my new prescription. The optician told me that the change in prescription was insignificant and told me that I didnt need to change it. He suggested that I should just get the coating. When I went to pick up my glasses I noticed that one did not have the coating. I argued with Shaun, the optician, that one did not have the coating, but without checking he sternly insisted that they were both coated. The day after, I went to Pearl Vision to ensure that they both had the coating, and the optician confirmed that only one of them had the coating. I returned to Eyeglass World to tell Shaun that I had the glasses checked to confirm I was right. He admits that he made a mistake and gave me a refund for the glasses that was not coated. I do not recommend coming to Eyeglass World, where they suggest that changes in prescription for vision is insignificant, and the quality of their glasses, which have a direct impact on eyesight, are not checked properly. I cannot use the glasses they have provided me because they are not the right prescription, because I gave in to his suggestion that the change was insignificant.

Would no stars if I could . went to eyeglass world approximately six weeks ago . went thru the exam and ordered contacts . after two weeks went back to pick up my contacts, after no one called me, and when I arrived I was told everyone was out to lunch . came back after another two weeks, which again, no one had called me, and was told that no one had ordered my contacts . so they gave me a pair of contacts, which I didnt have to see a doctor . again came back in two weeks to pick them up . was told by the girl at the counter that had to wait to see the doctor before she would give them to me however the doctor had just gone to lunch . I told her I didnt have time to wait an hour for him to return and to just give me my contacts cause I am not returning a fourth time and she still refused . I then told her to just refund my money for the contacts and she stated she would have to get approval from her manager . are you kidding me ??? so she attempted to contact her manager by phone who, and go figure, was out to lunch and would call me . as of today I havent received a phone call . save yourself time and gas and go to a reputable eye glass company that can render services that you paid for in a timely manner and a company that seems to have more staff that arent always at lunch !!!!!

So last year I went to this location had no problems.I used my insurance and paid a ten dollar difference.This year it seems like politics influences customers service because the guy insulted my intelligence by thinking I couldnt add.He was nice to me.However, 35 for the lenses and 78 plus tax for frames doesnt doesnt come close to 145 dollars and some change.It doesnt matter what his name was but I sense this attitude with the outside crew. There was no problem with the doctors office.When I asked for a copy of what he was charging me for he wouldnt give me copy he just wrote it down.He showed me the screen of what he was charging me for but he knew dam well I couldnt see without glasses.Lol I knew total before he rang me up.Im not ignorant.I also will take my business from both the doctors office and retail and I shall never refer folks or return to this business. People came there because it was affordable not because we wanted to be treated rude or cheated.Thank but no thank you any longer!!!!

A year ago I went to buy glasses and I liked the service this time not really . I called to make the payment over the phone and they said theyd call back in about 15 minutes to let me know when my order would be dont they never call 3 days passed I called them the said they were out of stock on some glasses I wanted . They once told me that the glasses they use on display are the ones they use to put the lens in so idk how the glasses I had pay for went out of stock if I picked them out of the display they were taken back with my prescription so now Im waiting to have my glasses . They didnt have an good explanation to give me when I told them that . I just hung up and let it be . Just know I dont want to go back there . They were nice . Never rude but not the place is go back to .

I would like to say, I wouldnt like to go anywhere else except EyeGlass World. This is our second time here. David helped me and my daughter. He was really helpful and nice. We felt really welcome and got our glasses in less than an hour. Thank you David

I meant to post this last October, when i was originally there. The staff was amazingly helpful. I’m from Texas and on Oct 18, 2018 I was tboned by a drunk driver the night before my Vegas trip. My life has been flipped upside down multiple times since. Long story short, my glasses broke in the accident, but everyone who worked at this Eyeglass world in october 2018 was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of my very urgent needs. Even the people that weren’t directly helping me were nice. Shout out to the Store Manager Edward for making the worst experience of my life one of the best ones ever. I was able to see the show I anxiously waited for MONTHS. THANK YOU!!!

I am surprised with the negative posts but this place is greate. I have visit them so many times and today was one of those impressions. Just stepped in to their door because of one of the frame screw came out. From the bottom my heart and the reality, I did not have a sit when KATE came and greeted me with her friendly smile. As I said with honestly speaking, she fixed it with in 2 minutes. Also previously the same thing happened and David was awesome that he did the same thing with friendly service.

I broke the string on my Oakley glasses and David was amazing. He restrung and straightened both sides. Being out of town,I was nervous on finding a location that could repair them properly. I would recommend this store for all your glass needs!!

Everyone here is super friendly, very helpful, and answered all my questions! We only came to look at frames at first to see what my daughter would like and they got us in right away as a walk in so I wouldnt have to make an appointment and come back at a later date. Hello my name is Nancy and I loved everyone there. It so happened that one of your staff members took my keys by mistake and had gone to lunch. She thought they belonged to the doctor. Everyone was helping to look for them.When the young lady came back from lunch the doctor came over to me and apologized. I was just glad to have found them. I will be coming in on Friday to have a lens that came off of my glasses put back in. No biggy because Im glad I have the other pair.

I had to replace my son frame because he broke them. It was 1 min till close and David help me replace the frame hassle free. Thank I would buy glasses here again forsure!
