Everything is original and very nice and friendly Customer service and we got some free gift

Lovely small store with skin care, makeup and fragrance.I am not familiar with Korean brands but they are known for their skin care.I purchsed some eye tape that is a favorite of mine.

This store is amazing the lady was super sweet I recommend this place if you’re into Korean beauty.

We have been a regular customer at K Town I was the one who recommended this beauty store to my Mom and my sister.But today July 16 Thursday around 1430H there was a sales associate in this store who does not have any customer service skills.Her communication skills are very poor. Her statements when being asked are all close ended as if she wants you out of the store. Her demeanor is so flat sending negative feelings towards the customer. We won’t be back and considering all your prices are way marked up we used to choose to buy in this store due to So Yung excellent customer service skills but whoever the lady at the store on the above date and time please educate or train her how to talk and display non verbal behaviors towards the customer.It is sickening.

I’ve only been here once. The sales lady was very nice, very polite and extremely helpful. I told her what I what skin problems I was having and she knew instantly what to suggest to me. When I checked out with my items she gave me about $10 in free samples and gave me her card with her number to reorder my items because I had told her I was from out of state. Will absolutely shop here again and have already suggested this store to others.

The older lady was very nice and helpful. She even informed us of a sale happening later to help us get some savings. We came back on the day of the sale to have the younger woman who works there be extremely rude to us and tell us there was no sale (in a very impolite way). She then proceeded to kick us out of the store because she wanted to close (5 mins early and we were browsing). We stood outside for a moment dumbfounded by how rude she was and then an Asian couple came up and knocked on the glass. She proceeded to let them in (speaking in their language) and let them browse and purchase after closing hours.It’s not entirely fair to leave a one star review I suppose because I have no qualms with the nice older lady that works/may even own the store, but as for the other lady I have never met such a rude employee practically ANYWHERE. But she left such a sour impression I can’t bring myself to ever do business there again (I had made many purchases at the store previously)If you do go here don’t be fooled by the happy innocent Kpop playing on the TV outside, depending on whose working you may have a very rude and disrespectful experience.

Super friendly staff, always so knowledgeable. Great variety of beauty skincare and health items.

Asked for help because I have no idea what I would even need, just know that I have some wrinkles I would like to start treating before it gets out of hand. Irene was amazing and helped me figure out products while also letting me sample them beforehand. She also showed me how to rub in the eye cream the right way. Then when it came time to check out she gave me some samples as well as some free samples for my husbands acne. Definitely recommend this place.

I love this place! Best shop to get Korean cosmetics. They have a large variety of brands and the lady running the store is very nice and attentive. Im definitely going back!

Rude, judgmental sales people. I will never step foot back into this place. Ive been to K-Town a couple of times now so this was not a one-time incident. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like trash. Sales people act high-class but are far from that. One of the rudest people Ive ever encountered. The prices are super inflated. I can get better prices elsewhere.

I will never again go to this store again i went in with my two daughters and as soon as we walked in an older lady maybe in her 50s or 60 starts following us around the store. Now the store isnt that big just one row of products in the miidle of the store. Not once did she offer help instead kept looking at as if as we were going to steal my daughter felt so uncomfortable she asked if we could please leave which we did ended up going to miin k cosmetics which was more helpful and better service.

They said there was a sale. The prices were not lowered. The products are cheaper versions of other Korean brands but more expensive. Do not go here! Find a Tonymoly instead.

Dont go to this shop to buy cosmetics. They did not send all of the products and gifts I ordered when they said they wouldnt.
