I went in to purchase the new hair care line. Was asking the rep some questions and she seemed very impatient. Talking down at me instead of to me. I love The Body Shop but I’ll shop at other locations or online.

We use to have them here in Cleveland. I was disappointed to learn they discontinued their scented body oils. Couldnt buy too but in fear of TSA throwing them away.

Easy to find the cashier was very helpful and gave a better deal than what I saw on and was very hello ful

Just popped in for a few essentials. Had everything I wanted. Rewards program is pretty cool, too.

The girls that work at this shop are fun and they know the product. I will always shop with you guys what a great experience I had and thanks for the free samples that tea tree facial serum is bomb coming back for moreeeeeee!

I LOVE this place but they closed the Galaria Mall location and the other 2 locations in Vegas are a pain in the butt to get to. Very disappointed.

This place has one fragrances that I love!!!! And omg its amazing I dont like anything but his home fragrances but why cant they just make it a spray omg amazing
