Great place. And great food. It was nice and clean for the most part, the fans were a bit dusty. The service was great and fast. The cost is just right. We got a regular size and its big really big. And for the price, you cant beat it!

Would definitely leave a 5 star review only if I knew the red beans on the menu are actually red beans and not jelly beans. Other than that amazing ice cream!

Great place to get shaved snow and if youre craving something sweet but not exactly ice cream or frozen yogurt. Its all very flavorful and very generous portion sizes. There are three different sizes to pick from and the largest one is a very big. its also a great place to hang out with some friends or just hang out by yourself while eating some dessert.

They shave ice-cream here! Let me say that again.... They shave ice-cream! The sizes are huge and it is good too. It is very small inside, so if it is busy, there may not be a place to sit.

The servings are delicious and gigantic! I recommend the Chico Loco. You wont even need a large to fill up: look at the cups ahead of time trust me theyre huge. There are three sizes (small, large, and monster), and the monster looks like something straight out of a food challenge. Seriously forget the strip and come here for a cheap, delicious, plentiful dessert

Went for the first time on thrusday which the store hours are 12-10pm, went around 4pm, doors are locked. Disappointed

Unique concept and combinations available, Ill give them that. Our server was sweet. But my shaved ice cream basically was a all compressed back to just being a ball of ice cream. It also tasted watered down for lack of better terms, like the flavors arent as bold as Id prefer my frozen desserts.

Always love it here. It definitely freezes your mouth though. The sesame shaved ice is really good with bananas and Graham crackers with a bit of chocolate sauce. On this occasion I got the strawberry combo from off the board. It was delicious as well.

Perfect for a day when you’re craving ice cream, but in a flakier form. I had my first shaved cream here and no place I’ve been to can ever replicate how good this place is. The ice cream formula is creamy and more delicious than other places. Also, the portions are huge! I always go a little too crazy on the toppings so my ratio of ice cream to toppings is a little off balance :)

Loved it, they closed a few seconds before me and my wife had gotten there but they let us in and served us great dessert!

Wasn’t open at 5pm on Sunday, very excited traveled 40 minutes away for this and no one is there….

Tasty shaved ice cream. Yes ice-cream. In a play off of shaved ice. Wavy and creamy sweetness. It is a creative change from the traditional frozen dessert. I had both the delightful strawberry flavored Extrawbinary and chocolate rich Coco-Loco. Gave a reasonable experience for a cold sweet treat. Found in the Asian center of town. The hole in the wall place has drawbacks sometimes trying find a place to park in the strip mall.

Great shaved ice cream. Lots of great, fun options. Price is a little high and parking is a little difficult but that doesn’t stop me from coming! ♥️

Tastes amazing, the sizes are huge for such a small amount of money, and very much worth it. The flavors are great, and they have a lot of toppings and combos. The ice cream is really soft! The employee was nice and really packed the big cup with ice cream and fruit and drizzle.

Rotten parking! Limited seating area, they added benches outside. Young man who helped us, seamed mad at the world. In a funny/odd way. Oh yeah the treat was different, need to return and try more flavors. My pal had the mango one and loved it. Definitely a stop to make if in China town.

A fun and different, yummy dessert with plenty of flavor and topping options. It is NOT shaved ice. Its shaved blocks of ice cream, so its milky and creamy. It has the consistency of snow. Go try it!!

I ordered a small crunchy cookie to take home and you get a lot for what you pay for. It had really great flavor but just a bit on the sweeter side. I would definitely opt out of the chocolate sauce next time. When I stopped by it was empty so Im not sure how busy it gets and parking is atrocious. If you are in the area it is a really great place to stop by though.

The prices displayed on the screen were different than what I payed, I bought a mini with ice cream and one topping and than I got a small with two toppings and I was charged $5.50 for the small but for the mini it was $5.00 and so the price displayed was incorrect and the ice cream was wavy at the top but once you get lower it has ice chunks. It as well had inaccurate date and time on its system. The tile and wood seats had also been really dirty and scratched up.

Fantastic place for dessert if youre looking for something sweet after your meal but you dont want to eat off the dessert menu where you just had lunch or dinner. Big serving sizes and unique ice cream. Hopefully they can get more staff soon--one girl was working it when we went a couple of days ago. Very nice but she was at times a bit overwhelmed with the high demand.

Got the black sesame shaved ice and the mochi was not edible. It was hard and doughy. Texture of shaved ice was good though.

Interesting twist on ice cream. But it wasnt very creamy...very Dry. Need some kind of sauce. Got taro. But it looked more like a pork roast. Maybe I couldnt get over that. Didnt care much for it.Portions are huge. Prices reasonable. Service is good.

This place has is so tucked away that you have to fight for a parking spot! Its nice that you can get interesting flavors like cookie butter and ❄ (sweetened condensed milk) and original flavors like strawberry and chocolate. Its something that youll taste anywhere else!

I had tried Taiwanese ice cream in NY and was hooked. On a recent trip to Vegas, we wanted to explore the diverse Asian culture there and found Milkywave and it did not disappoint. The customer service was great, they were nice enough to let us try a few different flavors and we finally decided on the cookie flavor ice cream (it was kind of like a Biscoff flavor) with mochi, brownie bites and sweetened condensed milk. It hit all the right spots! Definitely enhanced our trip and left us wanting to come back for more!

Such creaminess! I got the sesame sensation which had mochi in there and never in my life have I ever thought Id think Id have too much mochi. Very generous portion for toppings, I actually had to avoid eating mochi because of the over whelming texture.

Its open late, and the coconut delight is the perfect level of sweetness (not overwhelming). A small size is enough to share with another person.

This place is great, a nice little business with huge cups of delicious ice. Their seasonal cookie butter was amazing, it tasted like gingerbread ice cream. the lady was such a sweetie, so polite and professional. I will be back.

It was good, just wished the toppings were mixed more throughout than just concentrated on top. After your done with the toppings at the beginning, it just tastes more like vanilla ice cream.

Tried the butter cream and taro combos. Both were very tasty. Great way to battle the las Vegas heat!

Update: Not sure whats going on but I took an Uber out there today (4/16/19) arrived at 12:45 pm and the place was locked and dark. Website and sign on door reads that the place open at 12 pm. Total waste of money. Not the first time place has opened late. Will downgrade to 2 stars for unprofessionalism.The Green tea shaved icecream with snowflake sauce is divine. Its so light, but decadent. I stop by each time I come to Vegas!

This place is great, huge portions for vey reasonable prices. Not shaved ice but shaved ice cream.You get a giant bowl of ice cream folds of chips topped with as many topping as you want. Each topping is 50c more.

We are crazy about this place and have been going for years. Recently though they are having some quality control issues. The past 3 or 4 times weve gone the portion sizes have been cut in half. The small Im eating right now has maybe 1/3 cup of shaved ice cream. Its basically just a bowl of toppings. And this seems to be the new norm. We are so sad!!!

Very refreshing place to get flavored ice..Victor is wonderful and pleasant..he packs the ice down..and concentrates on your order..the others not so much..they barely smile and the place has a funky order during the summer..hard to enjoy food with a not so pleasant order in the shavery

Go to Zen Curry Japan next door and get the chicken katsu curry, spice level 6 with brown rice. Then come next door to Snowflake Shavery and get the mango ice cream w/ mangos, mochi, chocolate chips and snowflake sauce (sweetened condensed milk). Then you can write your own review and thank you for my review. Youre welcome, by the way.I talked to the very cool worker there tonight and he assured me that the reduced portion sizes was a temporary thing as they were trying to find the sweet spot. And then he delivered me a small bucket of happiness that was in said sweet spot.Who knew that shaved ice cream could be better than shaved ice and ice cream? The sum is indeed greater than the parts. Julie regrets her negative review, but we all make mistakes. Love you julie. Love you Snowflake.

Sorry to say its not for me you shouldnt try to shave icecream thinner.It loses it flavor yes the toppings are amazing but it doesnt save it.The main problem is parking is difficult and hard to find.So for me its not worth the trip.

I go to Vegas every year for the annual NFR and Cowboy Christmas and without a fail I stop by here every time! You get a lot for the amount you pay and the workers are always so nice!!
