It took a few minutes to pick up my order but it wasnt too bad. All the staff were in offices instead of up front to greet anyone. I could hear they were on the phone, so it wasnt that big a deal.

It’s nice that they let you pick up in person instead of waiting for your order, but ten plus minutes on hold reach someone on the phone and another ten or fifteen for them to walk it out.

The pandemic being what it is, these people handle it great because theyll ship right away or if local theyll leave it by the front door and let you come grab it off their porch. They knew what they were talking about, got me the right clamp for my diesel and I was off to the races again.

He not only was patient with me for over 30 minutes, but he also didn’t just let me throw away my money.. he kindly educated on performance parts for my power stroke and guided me through purchasing items I needed and items I really didn’t need!! He also guided me finding serial numbers and dates on my truck to insure me I was purchasing the right item!! Thanks for your help jared!!

Great customer service. Had a faulty line and they overnighted me a new one.

Called to check stock on an item and was told they have 7 in stock, great. Drove 45 minutes to be greeted by someone who would be better off in the fast food industry and was told they dont stock items. Whats going on? It seems the phone number listed is for their NJ store, this location doesnt have a direct number. And when I called to ask if something is in stock they didnt bother asking which location, they just assumed its NJ. Silly me, I called the number shown for their Nevada location so thought Id get the NV location. What was I thinking? Hey guys, you have 2 locations now with one phone number. Better learn how to manage that before you lose more customers than just me.

Update: This update is after contact from XDP due to review. I have changed the stars from 1 to 4, due to dilligence from customer service. They made it aware that my order was delayed due to a manufacturer issue. On that, I do not feel it is XDPs fault so I have changed the review. However I did not give 5 stars because the original sales call I placed prior to ordering told me they had it in stock, that is XDPs fault.Ordered an item that was acclaimed in stock on 2/12/17 by customer service. The following day, 2/13/17, recieved an email stating the part would be shipped directly from manufacturer. Shortly after, I recieved another email stating out of stock and would ship on or before 2/15/17. That was fine with me, although if an item is out of stock, it should not be listed as available to sale. Then rolled around 2/15/17 with no shipping notice still. Called customer service and was told it should of been shipping let me get the tracking info to you. Waited all day for the email then the following day instead I got an email for it being out of stock and due to ship by 2/20/17. We are now going to be looking at nearly 2 weeks for an item to arrive. An item that was supposedly in stock. like XDP for the most part, but this is the second time I have ordered something and waited weeks for arrival.
