Extremely friendly and helpful clerks. They oriented me where to buy hard alcohol. Definitely would recommend for know how of the area

So I come here one week and buy 3.99 beer its expired by 2 months. When I bring it back with receipt I am told they dont refund or exchange. I look a few weeks later and see a local brewed beer for 6.99 when I get to the counter they tell me its 8.99. I pay so as not to hold up the line and tell them to fix the price in the cooler. Today I stop again to get gas and see a local brew I like... I hesitate then take a picture of the price. I grab an IPA that said 7.99. When I got to the counter it said 9.99 when I told him I just saw this and took a picture he told me thats management do it all the time. They put the wrong beer in to trick us. Im done and going to stop buying gas here as well.

What a very inconvenient store. Amazing that a top selling soda like Mountain Dew would be out of stock at a busy convenience store.2 clerks working. 1 was fussing with stuff but apparently was available to assist the customer behind me, the other guy at the counter volunteers to help a guy that barges in asking for help with getting his gas cap off of his car.After politely helping him, he then rings my stuff up and simply walks away. Doesnt tell me a total, nothing. I insert my card. He asked if I wanted a receipt, to which I declined. He then simply went on to do other things, probably didnt include re-stocking the cooler. I will not be back. I only frequent stores that have basic staples on hand and serve the customers in line, not pick and choose which customers to help first. The dismissive behavior from the clerk wasnt a selling point either.

BE AWARE ! The card reader was not working, we tried a few times then decided to leave... 2 hours later we received a call from the bank warning us that there had been a fraud attempt on our debit card from this gas station.

The cashiers were the friendliest, happiest people I have ever met. Their energy was contagious! I now know to stop here every time I pass through Vegas! You’re missing out if you don’t do the same. :)

Stand in a sea of trash while being charged top dollar for your fuel. How is this not a health hazard?

We paid in cash at the food mart. They stole money from us. They claimed we gave them less than we actually did. We called them on it and they were too interested in taking our money to believe us.

On the night of October 5th of 2014 I was driving when suddenly I experienced some mechanical issues with my car ending up in the Chevron gas station located on Dean Martin and Tropicana Ave. During this situation I didnt carry any of the tools that I needed except for some useless tools and a weak flash light that my fiancée provided me with. During my journey I had to go inside the store a couple of times to get something to eat so after your employee saw me and my fiancée around for a while he approached us to see what was going on and after we explained, he offered to lend his tools. This employees (whose name I believe is Shonnan tall and slim African American young man) brought his own head flash light and an adjustable pressure wrench. Few minutes later another guy, this time a white male dressing like a security guard originally from Idaho lend us his tool box so we were able to fix the issue in minutes. During that time both of them were available for assistance so at the end as a gratitude gesture I offered your employee a tip. He rejected it politely telling me that he assisted as an act of kindness. Your employee was exceptional with his customer service and you dont see that in Las Vegas too often. Im very happy with Chevron and thankful to this person, thanks to him now you have two happy customers, please recognize him for going above and beyond.Thank you in advance.
