25 bucks for a burger and beer, but they dont have working machines to tell me when my burgers ready? Sat here for 30 minutes and when I finally came up to see whats going on, they handed me a lukewarm, soggy burger and told me they were sorry the tracker they handed me wasnt working... The room at the MGM is great, but walk across the street to eat.
I gave 1 star because I was harassed by cashier about my mask when the one I had was broken, he offered me one but then rushed me to put it on, while doing so I noticed that his coworker didnt have one on while making my food nor was his hair in a net. His hair was swinging around while making food and mask was not on his face. Food was good but employees very very rude and not working safely or in standards of food service.
Slowest staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. There was a super long line and not once did the employees move with a purpose. They didn’t care. I stood in line for about 10 minutes and it took another 20 minutes for my food to come out. All I ordered was the most basic burger and fries. It’s supposed to be FAST food. Ridiculous…
The staff arent friendly. A young lady waited on me. She was cold hearted to say the least. Yet, my receipt shows the cashier name of Luis. I asked if they offer a military discount. While they do offer a military discount, the young lady asked to see my ID which is no problem at all but she wouldnt return my ID and credit card until I signed the receipt. This is the reason many people have IDs and credit cards lost and/or stolen at establishments.I got egg and cheese on an English muffin. It was okay which is being generous.I cant recommend this place with the lack of customer service. Besides that, the food is not good. Ive been to several Johnny Rockets locations throughout the United States and this is by far the worst one.I was being treated and the young lady didnt allow the other person to pay for me.Hopefully, someone from corporate will read this and retrain this location, specifically this young lady to provide better customer service.
I had their grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and a chocolate malt. Sandwich: very good. Fries: average. Malt: excellent. The service was very good - the young lady was very polite and patient. Plenty of seating in the food court. They play videos of employees dancing to old rock standards, which is fairly entertaining.
Definitely avoid. Line was long, food took forever to come out and it’s so expensive! 5 dollars for an iced tea. A meal for two was almost 50 bucks for some burger and fries. I would go across the street to shake shack and get the same and better food for half the price.

MGM hotel 🏨 was a blast. I wish that they would add a microwave and refrigerator to each room.
The meal was expensive but everything in Vegas is but I expect quality for the price. The strawberry shake was the only good thing I had. The fries were blah and the cheeseburger was sloppily put together.

Great late night burger, with a friendly effective staff.
The food is good and fresh and the service is decent. On the flip side, the prices are outrageous. There are no soda refills unless you buy a high price special cup that allows $1 refills. It was almost as much as a sit down meal. The seating area is shared by multiple eateries so it can be crowded but the cleaning staff do an excellent job of keeping tables cleared as soon as they are empty. Being Vegas, they offer alcohol infused shakes so your drinking binge need not be interrupted by that shake craving.
At the MGM food court. The fries were awesome and crispy. Made just right. The iced coffee is... watered down mud water. Not even a hint of bitterness. I was quite sad. They did get the iced part right though. The lady cashier was nice and showed me the cup size difference between regular and large to make sure that it was what I wanted.

Personally I dont like the food. Cannot complain about the service. The food can be much better. Im happy that I did not take the fries because they were whey to far.Next time better

Worst staff ever, including the manager that has been there since the store opened. Wanted to charge $12.95 for two biscuits. Didnt want the egg, didnt want the bacon... Theres no button for that was not the appropriate response. Honestly, dont care how you ring up a fair price, just assist costumers in getting what they want --theres always a way. When one of the guiding principles of your business is Enthusiastically serve our Guests and meet or exceed their expectations at all times and you treat customers in this fashion, you have failed. Miserably. I will never eat at this establishment again. Period.
Horribly overpriced.First we recieved the wrong food order. Once they shoveled through the contents of two trays opening up the burgers they gave us what we hope was our order. The portion of fries was not suitable for a child, let alone for an adult who just paid way too much. My burger had so much grease I honestly had to use a dozen napkins to clean it up well enough to hold without grease dripping on everything, it was disgusting. My bun looked like a grease saturated sponge. My drink was iced tea or at least that is what I thought I was getting. It was absolutely horrible. All in all the worst food I have ever ordered and the most overpriced food I have ever ordered. For the price you should get a burger and fries that will blow your mind....all you get here is a huge disappointment.
Old school Americana burger and shake joint. Limited menu with just the essentials. Burgers, fries, shakes and sodas. A few other sides like tater tots and a breakfast menu are also available. Open 24 hours. Friendly staff and quick service.

Terrible veggie burger. Should have more respect for people who don’t want to destroy the planet by eating beef (even if I do eat beef sometimes). The veggie burger was so undercooked and gross. Waste of money.
Lame. Was looking forward to trying out a new burger as Im from out of town. Fail. Although they offer many options of burger they do not allow any changes whatsoever. They have a double cheese. And and they have a double bacon cheddar cheese. But they do not allow you to change the cheddar for plain American cheese. Not changes to anything she said obnoxiously with glee of her face like it was an absurd thing to ask for. I cant be bothered with service or nonsense like that from a simple fast food joint. Neither should you.

A staple of the MGM Grand. The day you leave, is the day I stop going to the MGM.

While I was on vacation I came to eat here and the lady who was taking our order her name was Janette, she was the rudest person. Worst experience I have ever received at a Johnny Rockets! I asked for an extra slice of cheese on the side and she said no. And when I asked why, she said it was company policy?!!! But instead Of like empathizing she gave me and my friends so much attitude. I have never heard of this policy, But I will never go back.

Ordered bacon burger, fries and coke and it was average......total bill $19.44. That is ridiculous!! MGM must be charging these franchises and arm and a leg to have to jack prices up that high.

Located at the MGM GRAND food court.Johnny Rockets, unknown in Japan, is a hamburger chain on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. Its a nostalgic shop for cruise fans, and I think its a shop where you cant control your excitement! It is famous because the clerk sometimes starts dancing, but the timing is unknown. If you ask for ketchup, it will draw a picture on the plate with ketchup. The taste is an American seasoning with an impressive spiciness of onions. There are milkshakes with alcohol and without alcohol, so please drink either one.
I was hungry without much thought, so I just bought a hamburger and was surprised by how delicious it was. It really was one of the best hamburger buns Ive ever had. It was like a local chain restaurant, but it was delicious. Ive tried In-N-Out, Shack Shack Burger (in front of New York Hotel right in front of MGM) and Gordon Ramsay Burger in Las Vegas. The hamburger buns were chewy and very savory, and the combination of meat patties, vegetables, and cheese was fantastic. French fries are also very good. (However, as in the US, the quantity is very large, so ordinary women assert that they can never eat a hamburger and French fries all at once) I know that Johnny Rocket is located at Hyundai Department Store in Pangyo in Korea. do it
The food is really good here. The staff is really nice too.
