I have been using them for 15 years. Just recently it seems i never get the right parts. The staff mostly the older guys lack knowledge of what they are selling. The new guys really dont. What I mean is if they are selling a panel . They dont offer anything like hey you need a ground bar with that . Or the breaker just any dam panel. I called in for a will call the guy said Id call you right back when I see if we have it . 20 minutes later I called him back and he said no. 5 minutes later he text me yes we have it . You walk in the store the part is on the main floor 30 ft from his desk. I ordered 1000watt lamps I get 100watt, I ordered 1/2 and get 1 and this is just the last week. All Im asking is for better customer service. If your at work you are working, fellas. Just be glad you dont have to go out in this heat and install what I didnt get the right parts for. And at a really high price for that matter. But like I said up until recently this place was awesome. Other vendors are looking better and been around less time. Sorry for the rant . I had a really bad week with this store . Wanted to see if anyone else has..

Sparky and winnard are slow but good ole cousin Kenny is the best fastest service plus an unbelievable true take. Kennys family personal library in Virginia and was set free by president washington wife Martha gave the family freedom papers I not only got the best electrical products and a great teaching about history . It makes me feel at home cause kenny and Sheri are the best to work with

The people working there are incompetent even after calling 3 times for confirmation of the items ordered they still manage to mess up. Talking to a manager is worthless because even if the workers messed up he refuses to acknowledge this and doesnt try to resolve the issue. The words back order never left my mouth.

Good pricing and stock on most items. They will refer you if they dont carry it. Also they will do the research of they dont know. Getting in and out in the busy time of the day can be a problem though.

They always have everything electrical. Great tool selection also.
