Been receiving defective parts over and over lately. Been a customer for years but the last couple batches of iPhone X, xs max, iPhone 11 screen been defective. Had to change supplier due to no resolve since they only give credit back. When I’m using the same credit 3 times because I got defective part over and over is bad. Lost business with me and my partners.

Their sales reps are not experience in handling a customer. They call and waste your time and will keep negotiating the prices with you. I am a huge customer looking for a discount and they spent 20 minutes on the phone just speaking about what I repair and dont repair.TIP: When you have someone that orders 50K a month in parts, you offer them your tiered pricing and move forward. Dont call the owner to waste their time on discounts and finding out what they fix. They fix everything as he mentioned and he needs an additional supplier to his supply chain.

I had an issue with the cover for the L900 extended battery cover not staying attached on the top tabs - company says they will send a new one no charge. I was told it had been installed even though it had not. So no warranty. All is good with this company as long as you get a working unit shipped to you. Dont expect any help with warranty though. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!We had an account with this company and were purchasing parts from them for a few months. On 2 different occasions, they sent us parts that were defective which we returned and they claimed were not theirs and returned to us. One of the parts was an iPad screen. I dont like to leave poor reviews as I understand how this can impact a companies business however what they did was completely wrong! The parts 100 percent came from their company!

I have bought from them about 5 times now. 3 out of those 5 I had an issue with their screens. They do have good prices but having to deal with their returns process is quite a hassel because as soon as you take the plastic off the glass you can forget about a refund. Their QC people can automatically asses it as damage on your side (of course its the customers fault and not theirs!) even though the back light is visible in pictures but no image is projected into the screen even though the is zero damage on the screen itself. This last screen I bought went completely black after 21 hours. I do not recommend them and will not but from them again.

I read all of their reviews about two years ago until now, have been buying from them since then. well recently i bought a screen, it was bad...okay thats fine. its the first time its happened. so i send in a request for an exhange for the same part. they receive it within two weeks. i get a response about 3 weeks later. part comes in about 1 month in. no worries, mistakes happens. and now the new part is bad too. never buying from them again. i liked the somewhat speedy service on delivery for regular purchases. but this is too much. i had to pay 7 bucks each shipping fee twice at this point. if i return it again that would have me at 21 in shipping from Las Vegas, to Phoenix. im deleting my account with them, please go with someone else. seriously.

Strongly suggest against this seller. Part has very bad quality. Bought a screen (glass digitizer) for my iPad air. The new screen cracked when I install it. A hard press on edge or corner on the screen can crack it. So fragile! Not like other seller, they refused to exchange it. Bad bad experience. Spent ~20 bucks, got a cracked screen on day one.

We have been dealing with this vendor for a long time. They started out great but the product quality kept getting worse and worse -- we had to return a LOT of bad parts. We NEVER received a refund, they would ONLY give us a credit on our account, then they started accusing US of damaging the parts when they came out of the box damaged. We were spending in excess of $1,000 a month with this company and are now cancelling our account because Bank of America has traced our credit card hacks to this firm. I have reported the problem to them multiple times and they just blew me off so we setup a tracing mechanism with BOA and the fraud department confirmed today that all the fraudulent transactions on our business credit card (12 in the last 2 days) came from the unique account number given solely to this company. Unless you are paying cash and picking up the parts at this company’s office I would look elsewhere. There are plenty of honest and reliable mobile parts dealers out there.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a replacement digitizer for my phone, when it came in and was installed at a local certified shop here it didnt function correctly. It just displayed half the screen with colorful lines down the side. When i contacted their customer support I was told I would have to ship the part back first, and then wait for a replacement to be sent back. When I inquired if these items were QCd, I was assured there were tested several times before being shipped out. So if thats the case why did this not work? When i requested a replacement part to be shipped first with a return label i was told no, and then asked to purchase another part to be shipped instead of sending a replacement part. So I was expected to buy two parts? To get the result I was originally supposed to get!?!?! This is so ridiculous, If i had ordered their part through amazon it would have been honored without a question. Im so angry and now Im without a phone.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do not buy from this company they are complete crooks. Bought a Hisense Sero 7 LCD replacement. Got product and installed immediately, now Ive replaced literally over 100 screens on various tablets, phones, etc. Once I installed it I turned it on only to find the top half of the LCD was black and the bottom with just lines in it. Upon further investigation I checked the ribbon and it appeared to have charred marks on the gold plates of the ribbon. Almost if it was a returned screen or refurbished screen. Guess that why it was so cheap and called Grade B. The worst part about this company is that when I messaged them to return it they say Did it have a crease in the cable? Of course it has a crease in the cable because the way it over laps to hook into the motherboard. Then they have the audacity to say our investigation department will look it over to determine the eligibility for return or exchange. Any damaged product due to installation will not be eligible for return or exchange. So basically I have to go off what theyre company even if they lie but they wouldnt do that! Also another thing google how about you remove there advertised review of 4.4 stars and show the actual Google Review of 2.2 Stars by actual people who actually ordered a product. I wish I could give this company 0 stars because thats what they really deserve.

The return process is horrible. Will not offer any assistance at all. Expect you to make YOUR customer wait, because you have to ship there product back. I constantly lose my headphones so I ordered 10 Iphone 2nd generation headphones and all of them have been crap. It has been 3 days and I have already broken 2 doing nothing out of the ordinary. Using the headphones on my Laptop for just the past two days has caused the component that sends sound through the left of ANY headphone on my computer to now be Fd. I wonder if they have a Computer Parts USA that they will now send me to to fix my computer. So I rated this 1 star because google wouldnt allow me to rate it 0 stars.

The screen they sent me didnt work as I was testing it before installing, so I PAID to ship it back for an exchange and they denied my request because the customer damaged it!!! I run a computer repair business and have been in business for 6 years. I mostly fix computer systems but occasionally fix apple products as well. PhoneParts has been my go-to vendor for iPhones and iPads for the past 6 years. Ive had my run in with silly issues like receiving what seemed like a returned iPad screen that had a crack in the corner but when I contacted PhoneParts, they were quick to compensate. I always seem to get what I expect. A grade B product is usually something I take a chance on, however, there is always the option for grade A or new for a few bucks more.I have bought parts off eBay vendors before and the communication was something that I had truly missed with not choosing PhoneParts.The parts are what I need, the communication is fabulous, the shipping cost and time frame couldnt be better. I always pick PhonePartsUSA.

It is pretty lame that this place doesnt have more stars then 3.2. THis is due to some disgruntled people who, based on their history of 1 star reviews, are not happy at all....with anything. This place is the only place in town ive ever bought phone parts from and they always came through.

Purchased a glass Digitizer + LCD for replacing a screen for a cellphone. Part arrived broken. I took pictures of the part with everything attached to it, and the packing materials. Quick response/approval for RMA and returned the part. Took 10 days for them to respond after they received it. They pulled the packing materials off the part, removed parts/shards of the broken glass and was given pictures back of the part taken by someone with a cellphone from an office desk. They stated that I installed the part and that I broke it. That is completely false. The company falsified the evidence. see the attached pictures for example:Their claim:Upon processing your return, we have concluded that the damage which renders the part non-functional is in line with damage caused by installation. As mentioned in our returns policy, our warranty does not cover parts that were damaged during installation making this part ineligible for return. We are unable to issue a refund, credit or exchange.This item has been installed and has a chipped corner on the glass.We apologize for this inconvenience but this remains our final decision. We care greatly about each of our customers and are willing to investigate each case to its full extent to provide the best customer service we can.--my response:Hello Priscila Pestano,You are incorrect in your assessment. The product remained within all of the adhered plastic it was packaged in. It was never prepared for installation, cleaned, had glue applied, or tape adhesives. Thus, it can be determined that the part was never installed. I found the damage upon opening the box and inspecting the product. I took a picture of the damage, and immediately requested an RMA# from your company. I then repackaged and mailed it back to your company.Since this part was previously damaged upon arrival, I request that you re-evaluate your conclusion.The crack is near the re-entrant corner of the glass where it is formed/cut. However, such cracks are results of concentrated loads. The re-entrant corner of the glass in that location has a VERY small radii and thus has an exponentially higher concentrated loading if subjected to even a minor load. Consequential fracturing from minimal loads are very common in this scenario. This glass design will cause stress concentrations at those corners that result in fracturing. I am happy to provide an example of what concentrated loads are and damages caused. I stand my ground with the fact it was damaged on arrival and not from installation. I never installed the product onto my device as you claim in your assessment.This kind of crack can be created by an incidental push with your finger during the packaging process. I understand these things happen and am awaiting a resolution.--last response:Our Quality Control Department has investigated this matter further and they noticed that this issue is due to mishandling, or installation from the customer. As the item was individually inspected and tested prior to departure from our facility, it can only be concluded that the damaged condition in which it was returned was due to customer action and we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or credit for the item.Please refer back to our terms and conditions that were agreed upon checkout, I have provided you with an image of the terms and conditions. First time I bought anything from the website. I ordered a replacement iphone 5 screen and when I installed it I turned on the screen and only a faint light emitted from it when I looked at the screen closer the LCD connector wasn’t attached to the phone so when i called the customer service they said I couldn’t return it because I tried to install it.
