Amazing all around. They were able to come out the same day and earlier than originally planned. They worked quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with their service.

I booked this company to repair a window for me, said they would be out next morning, never showed up, never called back, wont answer their phone. Dont waste your time calling this clown.

When they say rapid, they mean it. I got home at 12:30 p.m. and they showed up right as I got here. They gave us a quote in 5 minutes, and had the job done in twenty. Out the door by 12:50. Super professional, and they really live up to the name.

This would be the last place I would call for anything! They have absolutely no customer service skills at all, their so called techs know nothing about glazing at all, 2 hackers w/no knowledge or ability! I hope you like silicone, cause thats what they repair everything with! Lol

By phone, I was quoted $50 per small single pane window replacement because my window frames were the old style metal grid. Still that price seemed fair so I scheduled with them. On the day of the appt. they did not show up and did not call. I had to contact them again. When they arrived the next day, I was told that each window would be $80 and they wanted CASH -- no checks. At no time over the phone did anyone mention the cash requirement, I had to run to the ATM. Im a senior on a fixed income so this was stressful. Still, I had to get the job done, but I wish I had disputed that inflated price. The work took no more than 20 minutes. The windows were not re-glazed, just sealed in with a thin strip of clear silicone caulk. Ive since noticed there are air gaps between the glass and the caulk. In hindsight, I am disappointed in the work and feel ripped off for paying $160 for a quick, sloppy job.

I needed a window replaced and Rapid Glass came out did a quick and great job for what i thought was a great price.I would use them again and again.Thank you for making a not so pleasant experience bearable!
