Itβs a nice and pretty big for a Filipino store. However, Customer Service was not good. I picked two white bass for cleaning and frying and the price tag clearly says $4.99 but the lady who was weighing my fish told me that itβs a sea bass and it would cost $9.99 a lbs. and not $4.99. π€·π»ββοΈThat is not your customer fault that you put the wrong tag.We also bought food at their Grill City and the food was cold especially the BBQ chicken on the stick. The food taste good but very thing was cold like itβs been sitting. βΉοΈ itβs over priced and I wonβt recommend.
It is Philippine market. Some products are very good . But some fruits overpriced. So you have to keep in mind and compare. In fast food and backery areas you can find something vey authentic and interedting, and tasty ππ. I give only 4 stars because often there are many misunderstandings with ladies who getting orders. And lines are very slow to a cashiers.
Happy about the new store but need to improve on the attitude of the cashiers β¦ should be more pleasant and wholesome as well as accommodating and competent. All merchandise must be fresh and new.Donβt sell old, moldy and expired or nearly expired items. Donβt overprice or overcharge. Have great sale products often for promotion and marketing purposes. Discounts helps a lot too. Glad to have your new store around. We drive far just to get to you. Itβs worth our while. Keep it clean and tidy.
If I could rate ZERO stars this store would would be deserving of a FAT GOOSE EGG π₯ The whole store Smelled gross like rotten seafood.... all uncovered products looked dry and OLD... the LIVE blue crabs didnt appear to be LIVE will not return for a repeat shopping experience
The food is fresh and delicious, attentive employees. specially the blond lady with the black shirt. the bad part is that the sweet tea is out of stock and sometimes they forget to give me fortune cookie, but its rare
Disappointed with a couple things I bought that tasted stale and the container of Goldilocks buttered mamon had MOLD on 3 out of 6. I had to trash them all. YUK! Please, check the expiration on all your products and properly mark all with expiration dates. Things I bought did not have expiration dates on them.
Nice clean grocery store, they have grill city, if feeling lazy to cook or craving Filipino food. The store itself a little over priced grocery but they also have deals and you can get fish cleaned
Great selection and prices no doubt. This is my go to for rice, assorted pastries and bread and other Filipino staples. I definitely come here more than necessary everytime my parents are visiting. They have awesome restaurants if youre looking for variety and quality Filipino dishes. I do have to call them out on their product placement. It keeps getting more and more aggressive. Their aisles are still accessible but its gotten a bit overwhelming and some items that they have outposted dont make sense anymore. It has that lets place anything anywhere feel and if not taken cared of soon, it can really cause irrate customers.
Seafood city is amazing! Their food court is always busy and there are tons of interest Asian foods to satisfy your cravings. Prices are a bit high in my book but variety is not lacking. The cashier that helped me was very nice. Its a good place to introduce you to various different foods.
Always nice and clean. Full of interesting products. Fresh fish and seafood, that theyll clean and cook for you at your request. Theres also Grill City for plate lunches, Valerios and Red Ribbon for treats, desserts and snacks. An all in one place to get everything you need for your week or on the fly
A great place to find Asian related foods. Filipino, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc... are all represented well here. This is more of a grocery store like Albertsons instead of a small market. They have a fruits and vegetable section, a bake goods area, a huge seafood and meat section, and everything in between. If you are hungry, they also have several places to get something quick to eat. These eateries serve mostly Filipino foods and they are good.
Lots of seafood choices. PhilLipino store
Fresh vegetables. Asian staples at the grocery.Specialty shop, bakery, restaurant and Filipino delicacies. Yummy
Always my favorite place to visit. They dont speak much English but as helpful as they can be. They also have the best fresh seafood and they will fry it for you if you want.
Really great store. Good stock, friendly help, freshest seafood and bakery around!
This store is located in a wonderful shopping center of stores and restaurants. Its easy to get to.
Great Filipino market. Seafood looked fresh. Store was well organized and clean. Staff very friendly. Our go to for Asian food.
Filipino food galore! Get some red horse and fried chicken skins from the hot food section and youll be set
Nice selection. Wish they had live tanks.
Went to grill city today inside of seafood city on a friends recommendation and after havin the pancit and bbq chicken skewers which is the only Filipino combo I get everywhere I go Im sorry to say Fiesta Filipino on Durango will never see me again. Wish I would of knew about this spot long time ago. Hands down best Filipino food Ive had with more options and better prices. Highly recommend
Cashier Rosalyn A. This cashier is horrible and rude and very unprofessional. She threw all my items in the bag announced very loudly my EBTBalance and was beyond a horrible experience
Newer location. Clean and great produce.
First time here. I loved it! My grandson wanted fried mojarra fish for his birthday and they clean it and fry it for you there, and service is great. That was my first impression.
Fresh seafood never have fresh orange roughy or swai
Accessibility to this location is idealCan appreciate lack of crowds but product placement doesnβt make sense from shoppersβ POV
It is full of fun and exotic things to a westerner, and common place for those who know good product and love to make more traditional foods. It is a nice place to get lunch and dinner, but the prices are a bit high. But good things tend to be a bit more. My tendencies when going there are for specific things, more than commonplace items.
I can attest to the service quality of the staff as excellent. And also the cashier that attend to us was very accommodating and friendly.
I love shopping at this place for my Filipino food, but sometimes, its too crowded.
I enjoyed buying all my Filipino foods here.
It was first time there and I loved it.Lots of recognizable mainland American products alongside new and exciting brands and products. As an amateur cook, I love wandering the nice, clean, spacious aisles and seeing everything they have and wondering what I can do with it.Their produce looks nice and fresh and their in-store eatery is delicious, clean, and tasty.I would give the place 5 stars but the staff werent super knowledgeable when I was asking to locate certain items.
Trying to find red snapper was extremely hard. I asked the butchers and they were very stand-offish. The service sucks will never shop here.
Every single time theres only 2 registers open and like 20 people in each line. Be prepared to wait 20 mins to check out.
I am pretty sure I had a security officer in this store following me as I shopped. I do not pay money to a store to be followed. This is not acceptable, and from from now on I will take my business ton99 Ranch Market.
This location was extremely unsanitary. tons of people, including staff, were wearing their masks under their noses. one customer even had his mask completely off. they donβt enforce social distancing, either.to top it off, the chicken we bought from the deli was dry and smelled REALLY bad. and the employee who gave us the meat was also not wearing his mask properly.iβd say make the drive to chinatown for a better asian market experience..
Run by all Filipinos. No managerial skills. Fish cleaning wait an hour. Not worth the trouble.
Went there today to get fish, terrible customer service by the fish department and I asked them to clean the fish apparently they take your fish in and cut it open for you without cleaning anything brought the fish home had to re clean it back again and remove all the diets and organs by my self. I would look into other alternatives than going there.
Disgusting store with shameful business practices. Will never return.
They have so many new things to try
Please have the health code department Inspect this store because the smell when entering is horrible, employees are handling the fish with their hands, not wearing gloves and there are flys everywhere. I never seen majority of the employees hanging out in front of the store laughing and talking very loud. Making the front entrance of the store look like a party is going on. Inside of the store there are employees sitting and laying down, wherever they please and talking very loud in Filipino while they are working. Poor customer service. Nevada state department needs to inspect the employees supervision and structure where there is none.
Very clean. Staff was very nice. Food was fresh. They had an incredible variety.
Popular place. Clean, warm and friendly environment. I enjoyed itmb
I love that they clean and cut fresh fish.π
Everything needed for my filipino cravings
Fish is not fresh and smells old
Cozy and adventurous Filipino mega market with its own grill, deserts, fish market, and bakery. Lots of traditional Filipino classics and newer Asian delights
Its typically decent in selection, however a major problem is that 20% of thier items are priced improperly or not priced at all. When you tell the cashiers about it they genuinely dont care. Also, it took over an hour for them to clean our fish when there were only four customers ahead of us. They have a good selection of fresh fish and good selection of fruit and vegetables...moderately priced.
Very fresh food. I plan to enhance my taste buds with these groceries
I love this place i dont even live in the area but I make the far 20 minute drive to come here cause I love everything they sell and the restaurant inside is so amazing If you get the bbq pork skewers it WILL change your life
The smell beyond the restaurants was absolutely horrendous. Old fish and steaks that were clearly rotted. I was so excited to see what was in there but was terribly disgusted and disappointed.
The store branch is new, still clean and organized. They have more merchandise than the old store on Maryland St. Just make sure to check the price they ring in at cash register is the same price as posted. I bought fish to fry that was on sale, they charged me the regular price not the sale price.
Clean and fresh
Love it. A Chefs paradise for ingredients..... Chef L
Great seafood! Lines can get a bit long but when youre good everyone wants some of you!
Red Robin Bakery is in this store!!! Also This store has a HUGE selection. My favorite place to go for island flavors.
Very clean and well organized supermarket. Very good prices. Excellent produce, deli, meat and fish departments. Kind helpful employees.
Love the many choices for pickup and eating!!
Friendl staff and good quality white shrimp 30/40 4lb package
My wife and I love to come here every time we come to Vegas. Theres a lot of good things to find at this store. And the restaurants inside the store are amazing. Theyre absolute delicious and full of flavor. Seafood City has really good pricing on their sales. Its a good place to find good deals.
Excellent huge selection of Filipino and Asian food, fresh fish, vegetables, etc. Its a newly built store and also has a Grill-City restaurant and Red Ribbon bakery. You can also drop off boxes for shipping to the Philippines. My wife loves this place as it has virtually everything she wants from the Philippines. The store is well-organized and clean.
Great service great for my drink and snaks after a hard day
Nice clean store with lots of meats, fish and vegetables. They also carry a large selection of dry goods, pots pans and a beauty section!
Awesome π store especially for seafood and Asia-Pacific foods ππ ππππ
Nice store. However, I called for a price check today and was told, βwe donβt give prices over the phone.β
Great selection of products produced in or sold in the Philippines. Promotional prices are excellent and there is a Red Ribbon bake shop along with a food grill available.
They have a nice small cafeteria where the food looks tasty and fresh. The grocery isles were well stocked. There was a good selection of seafood and Asian food items. We really liked the whole fish packed in ice down a long isle. You can get a much better look at them than when they are behind glass cases.
I canβt believe how much they increased their prices for everything given that their meat & veggies arenβt the freshest in the market. For example, I bought ginger that molded 2 days after & pork neck bone with hardly any meat.Given that groceries are suppose to be exercising social distancing due to COVID-19, they only have 2 cashiers open in any given day and lines tend to go as long as the next aisle. Because of the lines being so long at checkout, those who want to buy an item on the shelves, must get close to you to reach.I use to come here until I discovered 168 Market. If you think other groceries are increasing prices, Seafood City has marked their prices dramatically, this a good example of price gouging.
Love the variety, quality and prices
Nice place to shop. More space for my mobility scooter. Good staff n friendly.
Very clean store. Fresh fish, hot meals if you want. Lots to chose from.
Love the place good prices and fresh meat
This is not Bistek....
Clean and friendly environment. Really like there pandesal bread inside the Valerios bakery
Good place to go if you want Filipino food/grocery.
The cashier does not know how to greet the customers.
The store sells fish. As you would expect
Lots of things you cant find in an American grocery store. Even different cuts of meat.
Freshest fish in Vegas ππ½! Great spot for palutan broh!
Great location (1.2 miles away from my house π). Newly opened... just 2 days ago. All things brand new, though this place used to be sports chalet. The supermarket side is clean, neat & fully stocked. Employees are friendly. Noodle Street is awesome! However, I gave it just 4 stars only because the tables & chairs at the eating area is not being wiped down properly by the busboys assigned in the afternoon.
Good to buy what you need
It was wonderful!!!π. The workers are not only professional but friendly as well. And the cleanliness of the place is beautiful!πππ. Love the place and look forward to coming back soon π
Seafood citys grand opening is today. Its an Asian based store. It has fresh, & I mean FRESH fish, shrimp, chicken, & beef. They have fresh veggies too! Theres also an indoor grill that appeared to be either dine-in or take-out. First experience there was pretty good. Check it out, see for yourself.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Good quality meats at affordable prices. Great variety of Asian products from Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Filipino. Found a lot of things you cannot find at the Greenland Market. Although its a little out of my way, I definitely prefer this place to Greenland Market. I was able to get high quality pork belly to make kimchi stew (close to 4lbs for $13) and they even cut it up for me. Great quality seafood and snacks galore/drinks galore. Definitely will be going back.
Nice Filipino grocery store. Large selection of Asian vegetables and fresh fish. Theres prepared food area with food court. And a Red Ribbon bakery at the entrance.
The name says it all, lots of fresh good looking seafood. Very clean and nice displays. You will also have variety with specialty cuts of meat, including belly, liver, tripe. Has two food counters in the food court up front and a bakery and money exchange too.I got fresh turmeric root, ginger, shallots, passion fruit for super cheap, lots of random snacks and breads, and their household goods aisle has lots of cute and practical bowls/trays. I got a coconut broom for $1.99 and itβs perfect way to clean the edges and corners of my backyard too! Go early when they open to avoid busy times you will have lots of time and space to browse and the employees will be friendly and helpful. If you need to stock up your freezer with quick and tasty snacks there are plenty of little buns, lumpia, etc which will beat out frozen pizza rolls any day of the week.
Line is until the back of the store with only 2 cashiers. Tried to call several times and no answer. Just a dead airspace, you cant leave a voice-mail. People are trying to get in and out quick due to covid and making people wait in line for over 30 minutes is ridiculous and irresponsible
I think this is the best branch for Asian store compare to their other branch.
Filipino and more foods
FOR AN ASIAN STORE IT IS EXTREMELY PRICY.JUST GO TO PACIFIC ISLAND ON TROPICANA AND DURANGO FOR BETTER FISH AND GROCERY ITEMS.
