When it comes down to ANY firearm, rather pistol or rifle, at least 1000 rounds should be put through the firearm before you give a 5 star rating. I purchased a 7.5 AR pistol from pawn depot gretna Louisiana. The website says these ARs come with flip up sights, so Im pretty sure the pawnshop is taking the sights off before they place them on display. But back to ABC Rifle company. I put about 100 rounds through the AR with no problems, then about the 2nd or 3rd time, I went to shoot it, I started getting short stroking problems,every single shot. Called ABC rifle company, and someone answered and hung up without saying a word. I found out my bolt carrier key had loosened, with only 100-150 rounds. So I wasnt getting enough gas to cycle the BCG, causing short stroking,took Allen key and a tiny amount of blue loctite,fixed that problem, next my castle nut on my buffer tube started backing out on me, . . ABC RIFLE COMPANY doesnt stake their castle nuts or their bolt carrier group keys properly at all. Plus bad customer, I paid 999.99$ for this entry level pistol only because it was a pandemic,. Now Im having jamming issues every 10 or so rounds,and Ill find out whats causing this later.the trigger is great for an entry level AR pistol, accuracy is acceptable, love the 1:7 twist rate.but just be patient and get an m&p 15 sport 2 or m&p 556 pistol. I promise you.

I bought this rifle and took it to my buddys place so we can go to the range in the upcoming couple of weeks.For starters, it looks sick(in a great way)! It feels very durable and solid. I bought this for $500 and for the price, Id say its not bad and is comparable to my relatives ruger ar15. Collapsible stock, m-lok rail, muzzle, ambi safety, charging handle- all flawless so far! FYI, customer service was GREAT via email.For the cons- The iron sights are meh. I like that theyre made out of metal, but they were SUPER stiff when I got them. I almost thought they were broken because of how stiff the buttons were.Lastly, for the order. I ordered the Alpha Style ar-15. It was suppose to come with a USA Flag Engraved Charging Handle. I dont quite see the engraved flag on the handle. Unfortunately, they may have mixed a part up.Despite the cons, I am still giving it 5 stars since they were very friendly. In addition, this was straight out of the box feel. Ill give another update if needed in the future with this rifle.Quick Update: Put about 60-70 rounds(give or take) through the gun and it was actually FLAWLESS. No hiccups whatsoever!

We purchased the AR10 308 for resale as we are an FFL. We have not fired it as we are selling the rifle as new in the box. However, based on close inspection and comparing the rifle to products from very well known name brand manufacturers selling their products for hundred more dollars, the ABC10-TML18-RG is comparable if not superior to the higher priced name brands.

I own 4 other AR platform firearms and this one functions everybit as good as any of the other despite them all being from big named companies. ABC is producing a very good product. Im very happy with it.

The flash can is a much darker and less shiny blue than what is pictured. Also it is smaller than what it looks like in the photos. But it still looks good. I wish I could add photos.

I got an AR-15 for a Mother’s Day gift (belated). There was a three week turn around. No problem. The owners were nice and very informative as this was my first AR. Had the rifle sent to my ffl licensed gun range. Paid the transfer and Yea! I am a happy owner. I am pretty happy with their complete lowers I caught on an email blast sale last week. Ordered 5, all 5 arrived in perfect condition with nary a mark to be found! To my surprise and delight, all 5 are sequential serial numbers too. They are going to family members for Christmas after I finish the uppers, and just plain cool I can put them in order. For a mil spec complete lower, I am very satisfied with the quality and service for the price.

I did not have a good customer service experience with ABC rifle company. While the product came out good, the process was terrible. Poor communication is the root of their problems. Horrible telephone system. Emails were on such a delay. Very little direction on what would happen next. And for someone that spent close to a thousand with them, you’d think they would take better care of you. I will never recommend this place or spend any money with them again. Two thumbs down!!

I ordered a barrel and a handguard last week and although they have a message up on their site about processing and shipping delays, I received my items in three business days, across a holiday weekend. At first I had some problems with the gas block. I took it in and they were able to correct it. It runs fine now, and hopefully there wont be any more issues. 500 rounds later and running just fine.

Fast shipping in times where its hard to find gun parts. I ordered an ar9 lower. It was here in less than a week and it looks well built.

Purchased a reasonably priced slim hand gaurd and low profile gas block and received it in good time. All installed easily and very satisfied with the results.

With a 3x9 Bushnell hunting scope, I was getting 1 moa groups but didnt want to think about math/bad so I purchased a Primary Arms ACSS 1-6 sfp optic. This is a great combo. Tested at 25, 50, 100, and 200 yards. I plan to set up a private range and try this combo out to 600 yards. There are no public ranges in my area that will accommodate this that I can find. After pickup the complete lower receiver I realized how many upgraded options where on it. And it fit perfectly to my upper reciever! The alignment of the receiver pins was great they slid in with ease and held the entire assembly with minimal rattle. The grip and trigger guard were another bonus! This an outstading value! Add a backdrop to the story. I ordered 2 rifles from Bear Creek, over $1100. I sent many emails, and attempted to call, with no answer. This went on for 2 weeks. I needed to update the FFL information, for shipping. Nothing. I cancel the order and get refunded. I found ABC Rifle and Mr. Cole.I had a question or 2 about their rifles, and he answered them promptly. I pulled the trigger. Within 12hrs of order, my upper and lower was shipped. Within 3 days my rifle arrived at the FFL.This is a huge deal. Customer service is absolutely important and ABC is impeccable. The rifle is put together very well, real nice handguard design and shoots like butter. No issues.Thank you Sam and ABC Rifle, i will be purchasing again soon.

Ive purchased several AR-308s from them and one 9mm. Their customer service is top notch and they really help you find what youre looking for from their inventory and if you cant find the perfect one, they put together the perfect one for you. I went in there and asked for different parts from different builds and they slapped it all into one unit I couldnt be happier. The prices are extremely reasonable as well.

Ordered a weapon from them and am a local. They send them to Ventura Munitions for pickup(was initially told they had it in stock there at their own store when I called to check. When I arrived, they did not.) Then my background check got denied because of an inaccuracy on it which Ventura gave me the info to get it corrected. While I was doing that, ABC refunded a PORTION of what I paid and canceled it WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. No phone call. No email. Nothing. Now I have to dispute through my credit card. Never received any product and never authorized return or cancel of my purchase. They are trying to charge me $195 for nothing and without ever telling me anything....UPDATE: Nowhere on the receipt did it say that you would automatically return it without my authorization and you failed to communicate to me that you were going to return it without my consent. And the receipt stated restocking fee if I RETURNED it. How can I RETURN something I never received??? If you refund me fully as you should, then Ill remove the review. Otherwise, the facts will stay here and Ill have it refunded by my credit card company. The inaccurate info on my background check has been resolved and removed. I was still going to pick it up. You never said there was a time frame for me to pick it up and Ventura told me how to get it corrected which I did as they instructed me to do so so that I could still pick it up. I was still going to pick it up. You cant cancel it and charge me $195 while your pickup location tells me to correct the information and I can still pick it up. No reason you cant at least give me a call before canceling. You should at least tell Ventura that it will be automatically canceled as they told me I could fix it and still pick it up. Scamming me out of $195 without even a phone call? Thats absurd.YOU failed to communicate with YOUR pickup location. I told them I was going to still pick it up. The lack of communication is 100% on your end.FYI: I called before I went and they had it in stock that day they said. Magically it wasnt when I got there less than 10 minutes later. Lol....
