This is my hat shop of choice. A word of advice, check the size on your head not just the label and always look through their clearance. They also have a military discount. Great place for your not so run of the mill types of hats.

Not many hats for small headed people, but good products.

I went here for a hat to keep the sun off and keep me cool for two weeks desert camping. They had a really good selection, and the lady there helped me choose one which suited, a good colour to hide the dirt and adjusted it to be a perfect fit. I am really pleased with the hat and the excellent customer service I experienced. You can buy cheaper, but you wont get the same service. Highly recommended.

Great shop. Felt at ease to find the right hat with no pressure to buy. Plenty of styles to choose from and a plethora of fedoras. Was told by the owner that if I wanted different detailing or a style that wasnt on display that he would make me one up for the next day.Interesting display of Steampunk gear for sale as well but that will have to be another day.

12/22/19I had a Horrible experience while shoping at Hattitude today. I live in Minnesota and last time I visited, my father had specially picked this hat that he wanted from your store. Today I had come in to purchase the hat for him and left with Nothing. First, I noticed that I wasnt greeted but the other two ladies that came in after me were. Second, I needed help because I realized the store had been reorganized so I couldnt find the hat I needed. I eventually found the hat and when I could get her attention, I asked her how much the hat was and she barked back at me the price is inside the hat. The whole experience made me feel really uncomfortable. I dont feel welcome and I have decided to take my business elsewhere.When someone is seeking to shop at your store but is treated poorly to the point of not wanting to shop there is truly a waste of time.

Went in last week to buy two Fedoras and took a picture of two hats I was looking at to send to my wife for her thoughts (I didnt see the small sign 10 feet in the air that says no pictures). An employee approached and I told her I was looking to buy two hats but needed my wife to help me decide. She points to the sign and rudely tells me I am not allowed to take pictures. I apologized to her and told her I had not seen the sign and was just trying to get my wife to help me decide on which to hats to buy. She responded rudely that I did not need to send a picture to my wife because the hats are all the same shape. Again, I apologized to her and said it wasnt the shape but the color combinations I was trying to get help with. She again reiterated that I was not allowed to take any photos. I apologized for the third time and left the store. I found a clothing store in the same mall and purchased two hats about 20 minutes later (for which I paid more) and the very kind associate in that store was more than happy to allow me to send my wife photos. I understand that they have a policy, but the employee could have done a much better job explaining it without being rude.
