My family and I really enjoy this place!Excellent boba and other toppings make Fluff ice a go to when that craving hits. Almost guilt Free but even if you load up on all the good stuff, its so worth it.

Just like the writing on the wall says.....ITS SO FLUFFY!!!! I had the Coconut Craze and it was delicious. The almond slices and chocolate chips go so well with the coconut fluff!!

Not your typical shave ice but thats A-Okay with me. The halo-halo fluff was outstanding! The poke nachos is next-level. Will be back.

Hands down on of my all time favorite places to visit. The fluff ice is so creamy yet fluffy like a cloud, with an excellent selection of toppings my daughter couldnt even wait for me to take a picture finishing half of it before I realized it🤣. The tea here is mixed to perfection and the boba has the exact texture im always looking for. One of my favorite things to order as well is the spicy poke bowl. I love how the sauce has excellent flavor profile while maintaining its spiciness without overpowering the magnificent tuna they use. The cuts of fish are wonderful giving you the perfect amount of fish in every bite. To top it all off the staff are absolutely wonderfully kind and listen to your every request. Dont think twice about visiting this wonderful gem, i can guarantee you wont be disappointed.

Interesting texture but still great flavor. I got green tea fluff with chocolate syrup and strawberries. I enjoyed it.

For a low calorie treat I didnt hate it. Its like shaved ice with air so its similar to how cotton candy melts in your mouth but not sweet. Id go back. The halo halo was a 4/10 on flavor but the coconut was much better.

Omg. Better then I thought. I stopped in here for something to drink and got the Passion Lychee boba green tea and its was super pleasant. I was given a sample of the kiwi fluff ice (shaved flavored ice) blew me away. Couldnt believe how good it was. The flavor, the texture all so pleasing. Made my taste buds dance. Lol. Cant wait to go back.

Live on this side of town for five years and barley found out about this place today! Bomb! Very friendly and cost is more than fair. They always have poke! This stuff is yummy. Lots of flavors, toppings and add Ins. The only problem is that each order takes soooo long to prepare. There were 3 of us and one worker. Our order took about 25 minutes. I felt sorry for the customers behind us. I ordered a medium which was way to big for me. Next time I will order a small. Very refreshing treat.

A super fresh and delicious perspective on shave ice, and on point poke bowls. This place has great flavors, great toppings, and the portions are Hawaiian style generous. If kimchi is your thing, they make theirs IN HOUSE! Super deep flavor, just the right amount of spicy, my mouth is watering just thinking about their kimchi again. And thats just the side of an incredible shoyu poke bowl. Their shoyu flavor tastes just like youd get from local places in Hawaii, and their tuna tasted super fresh. If youre Polynesian its a great place to get some comfort food and dessert, if youre not, its a great place to get some awesome authentic Polynesian goodness!

Best experience I had on my 1st trip to Vegas! Staff was friendly and walked me through the menu. I couldnt decide so I got a fluff ice AND boba! Both were, of course, delicious! Cant wait to go back...I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I just happened to see this place recently and wanted to try it with the Family. Honestly... had I know it was there sooner I would have gone a long time ago and I am pretty sure I would have been a regular customer by now. Its shaved Ice but with toppings with the first two being free which also includes a drizzle topping. It actually reminds me of a certain frozen yogurt business (with a Spoon in the name) since I am sure this is also low in fat. They even have a card where you can get the 9th one free if you collect enough stamps. Its not your average shaved Ice however since it almost has a Ice Cream texture to it which is hard to explain... not your average shaved ice at all. I definitely can recommend this place to someone looking for a cool treat (both in Winter and definitely during the Summer time when the weather in Las Vegas hits the triple digits) and the prices are Amazing for what you get as far as toppings and portions go. It is seriously Good stuff and something I can Highly Recommend to any Ice Cream or Shaved Ice Fan like myself!!!

Hands down my favorite place ever for fluff ice cream. If you’ve never tried it, this is quite a treat! The flavor selection and toppings are plentiful and the combinations are endless. Fluff ice is a great place for delicious drinks, and fluff ice. But I ordered a frozen matcha drink and there was a hair in my drink. I would advise to check your drinks or things you order before you actually eat them.

When you Google boba drinks, which is what the kids like these days, this place comes up in a top spot. However, not 1 time but 4 times now when I have gone in, they have been out of Boba. If youre going to advertise as such, perhaps you should actually have the product more than 2 hours before closing. Service is slow, I suspect thats because most of the times when Ive been in the employees have friends there that theyre slow to get up from or stop talking to. When you can actually get what you want, its a nice treat....but good luck with that...what a disappointment.

This is actually not my first time trying shaved ice. My family and I usually go to Milkywave down in Spring Mountain, but since this is closer to where we live, Im thankful. We didnt even know this place opened up already, but we just passed by it last night. It was open now, fortunately, and we went in. I didnt even know that there was another one of these places, until I searched up this place. Well probably try the other location too. It smelled nice when my family and I went in. We knew this was a place that had shaved ice, because of the shaved ice machines. We knew what it looked like, because weve seen those before. We also saw the pictures of the combinations on the wall. I tried the Fusion Green Tea one and it tasted pretty good. I love red bean and green tea, so I HAD to get that one. Shaved ice is pretty much like ice cream. When you see it, it may seem (or look) like its rough. But actually when you eat it, it become smooth in your mouth. They shave the ice in these like, ice cylinders. Then, theres an actual ice shaver that rotates the ice into a blade on the bottom. Finally it goes into the cup, and whoever it is making it, puts toppings on it (or if you dont want any, thats fine too). Theres also many other different combinations and flavors of ice and toppings to choose from. From milk to honeydew, taro to mango. The possibilities are endless! They also have boba and other drinks, but I havent tried it yet since its my first time going there. I have yet to try all the flavors of ice. Hopefully, this place gets more traffic and customers, because this seems like a pretty nice place. I like the atmosphere, and the cute little drawings too. The customer service was pretty nice overall. Also its interesting to see a Halo-Halo combination. Im Filipino, so hopefully I get to taste that one day. It looks good to me. I also hope that they get more locations than just two in Vegas. In my opinion, shaved ice is better than just normal ice cream. If its your first time trying it, dont worry, ITS REALLY, REALLY GOOD! My uncle introduced me to shaved ice about 2-3 years ago. I was skeptical about shaved ice at first, but when I actually tried it, it was a bliss in my mouth. If you want to experience this, or if you just really like dessert and shaved ice, this is a place you should REALLY go to! Plus, it puts regular ice cream to shame. I mean, shaved ice looks much more cooler!

I recently found out about this place i wasnt sure what it was its not ice cream or gelato neither is it snow cones its like gathering a hand full of very fine snow but its flavored in most the flavors you can think of well its awesome i love it.
